I have a shell hosting secondfloor.ca, and permission from the sysadmin to mirror Android roms. No ads, etc. Hosted in Montreal, Canada. I believe it uploads at 100mbps. It costs me $10 per terabyte to upload, so if it comes to it I may have to add 'Image verification' for downloads.
I don't have an easy way to give other's ftp access, and so I'd prefer to download the rom from some other site, and then give a link for the mirror. A readme/changelog file would be helpful too, with contact information (email) for the rom maintainer.
Some conditions:
Android roms only.
To save space, old releases would get deleted when there's a new release.
I want copies of all the patches, a text file with the list of modifications, the git pull version and git url for the upstream sources. No secrets. I want to be able to reproduce the rom. This will be archived along with the rom.
So each ROM would involve 3 files:
android-rom-htc-desire-xxx-v1.zip
android-rom-htc-desire-xxx-v1-readme.txt
android-rom-htc-desire-xxx-v1-patches.zip
And an index.html if the team wants to make a web page for their rom.
I can also host a forum if development teams want their own forum. The forum would also allow uploading the rom to the site as an attachment.
Please feel free to comment on this offer. Let me know if there's anything else I can do.
PM me to mirror your rom, or email [email protected]

I have 87+ GB of online space I am willing to allow anyone to use for ROM's.
I am encouraging chefs to use this space but I have no problem allowing application/game developers as well.
It's simple for up-loaders to use and couldn't get any easier for down-loaders. There is no file size limit for uploaders, no cost, no ad's/popups.
Only thing I ask is to allow me to add your ROM to my web site (with link to your ROM's thread, no download link on my site) but thats not mandatory. (http://sites.google.com/site/windowsmobileapplications/)
Just to give you an idea how it works.
For Up-loaders:
Unfortunately you have to download the client (Only for up-loaders) at http://www.wuala.com/ (Top right)
Download and install.
Create an account and log in.
Join my group "Windows Mobile ROM's"
When you join my group it will ask you why? so please Add your XDA Developers user name and ROM/app/game's name (A link would be nice) and then I will add you as a moderator so you can add and delete your files. P.S. you can also just become a member of my group to use the client to browse/download files.
Now once you are apart of my group this is how you will upload files:
I will make you a folder in the correct area for you to do what you wish.
All you have to do is drag the file into the desired area or click add file.
Now copy past the link into your ROM/app/game's thread and your done.
(for more info just look on there web site)
For down-loaders:
Click on the link, click download to my computer. easy...
No waiting period, speed limit, ad's, or download amount limit.
Here is an example file to show you how easy it is.

If you use this and want to support me you can donate to my web site but otherwise just adding thanks too "talontsi07" or something is good enough.
Any ?'s just post or PM me.
For the last 6 months I've been hosting files for developers in the Eris section. I made the site to people wouldn't have to use all that MultiUpload crap, got sick of the waiting 60 seconds to download a file, entering a verification code, etc etc.
Anyways, the site's worked well. You can direct link to your files, upload everything via a simple web interface.
I just thought I'd offer the site to developers in other forums now.
http://android.grdlock.net
Anyways, if you're interested in using it to host your files, just make a username on the site real quick, shoot me a PM, and I'll give it upload permissions.
And no, this isn't an advertisement or anything. People in the Eris section have just liked using the website over MultiUpload, so I thought I'd offer to let other people use my bandwidth as well.
I can jump in on this as well - I have unlimited bandwidth so if you need another mirror, let me know and ill set you up on my server.
I have decided to dedicate my personal site to hosting files for the MT4G community. I personally despise megaupload and the such. I have uploaded the current roms and kernels, and have set it up so developers and themers can direct link to their files. Unfortunately, I can only allow uploads of 8MB through php, but I can setup FTP accounts as needed for people to upload roms. If I've already made an FTP account for you to use I have changed the login path so it will be accessible by the site. for the time being I will need to create the links for the files, but I'm working on setting that up for the developers as well.
http://www.t1mgmaps.com
i have put the link in the bible thread. if this works out then i will put up a mirror link under the thread link for each for quick and easy access
hopefully I can the developers onboard uploading files there, because downloading them all from megaupload then reupping them kinda sucks especially since I can't wget or curl the files straight to my server from megaupload....
Undeleted. Sorry
Any solo devs or teams of devs that need a place to host a website or ROM files, please PM me. You will get unlimited space, bandwidth, etc...
All I ask is that you put up 1 ad for me on your site, this is just to cover server costs. Other than that I won't ask for any money. If you don't want ads on the site but would like hosting, contact me and we can work something out.

I might look into this once II finally release my android tweaking tool can you post a picture of what the ad looks like?
I just posted OpenOTA to GitHub today for anyone who would like to download partial source code (Full source will be in the GitHub after Prototype is finished.)
About OpenOTA
OpenOTA is a project I started on 10/27/2014 that will hopefully change how users get OTA Updates. OOTA allows a developer to "Self-Host" their ROM's updates and also allow users to get them, over the air. A neat feature of OOTA is that the ROM Update does not need to be hosted on a web server you own, you can use d-h.st, mediafire, 4shared, or whatever hosting provider you like , it doesn't matter where!
Here is how it works: The user's ROM, on boot, will check for an update, if there is one, the user will be prompted to download. The prompt is once per boot, and once per OOTA app launch. When the user chooses to download, it will open the users browser to the download the update.
Why did I do this you might ask? To keep the apk file as small as possible.
Why integrate the download when we can just use the web browser that is built in?
This also allows developers with limited bandwidth use other hosting providers.
I hope some developers find this app very useful as I made it to be open to everyone!
Please let me know what you guys think, give me ideas, tell me where I can improve.
I currently use it in my Custom ROM AdvancedStock7 for the LG Optimus F3 from Virgin Mobile but the app itself is compatible with android 4.0+
