I made an Upload file manager for us here at XDA-Developers.
For those of you who hate rapidshare or megaupload like I do, I'm donating some of my 3terrabyte bandwidth to you all. No pop-ups or advertising either..
You are able to Upload almost anything that you would like. (Roms, images, cab files...ect)
Maximum of 100MB (if you need more, please send me an email or PM)
Very easy to use and navigate
I will support hot-linking (only from XDA-Developers)
All phones listed
Uploader does NOT have a progress bar during upload, just be patient.

Read the rules and conditions
Click on Shares near the top.
Select your phone.
List will be displayed, from here you can upload, sort, view, and display file information.
Clicking on the file will display file infornation on the side bar, you can right click copy download link to paste it into your post if you would like.
I started some files in the Wizard section.

All of the OS version violate this first rule. So, are you saying that you only want programs and such uploaded, no OS's. Thats the reason that XDA had to stop hosting these also.

Maybe because of the unfreezing process you have no inner monologue
As many have learned, there are no CYA procedures that will get you away from M$ lawyers. You are taking on a big thing here. Good luck if you continue to allow this.

like
ROM, OEM PACK, Programs

upd: erm.. file WF2.6 in wizard section may be ROM, that i made - Wayfarer 2.6 final...i don't know who uploaded it there, i did not...I will UL readme soon, if i may..

For some reason, adding sub-directories cant be done, only new shares can be added. So untill I can figure out how to do sub-directories.. the folders are staying as they are.

What application are you using? Ill help you figure it out. Just send me a pm with the name of the script
Just called Ajax File Browser (AFB) - search for that in google.
Looked like my server was having some problems, but the techs worked it out. Site is running faster than ever.
*Any mods wanna sticky this?

So far so good, no letters from MS...
I have been a long time visitor to XDA and decided that it is time to start giving back. I have a large web server with traffic that I do not even use. Would anyone be interested in helping me to create a repository to store all the files that these awesome people create? I can install and setup a web based file management system. I can give the developers their own section. It will be quite some work at first but it will stop us having to go to RapidShare, MegaUpload, and 4FileShare for our roms. I have over 500GB of space and want to use it.

Hey guys,
Just a quick update, I had some people contacting me about FTP accounts or file hosting services. So I just want to give an explanation about what I'm offering here. What I can offer you guys is web hosting, unfortunately I can't set up FTP's. What you can do is build a small web page, that provides and option to upload and download files, maybe some explanation about your ROM's or MOD's.
Like a small home page but with a download option. I can give you unlimited storage and a descent download speed (no monthly bandwidth limits). There are pre-build sites on the web that can get you started(like file and photos sharing gallery and stuff), and I will help you set things up and running.
In addition I want to offer a chose of domains. (as I explained in my previous post, I'm offering you a sub-domain "yourname.my-domain.whatever). So the options are:
1-host.net
argali.net
cacomistle.org
frilled.org
hosting-1.org
linux-devs.com
my-ad.net
one-host.org
pichiciego.net
souslik.net
time2play.us
watchmedream.com
The domains are currently on parking, but I will unpark the chosen domain and set it up for hosting.

I have a shell hosting secondfloor.ca, and permission from the sysadmin to mirror Android roms. No ads, etc. Hosted in Montreal, Canada. I believe it uploads at 100mbps. It costs me $10 per terabyte to upload, so if it comes to it I may have to add 'Image verification' for downloads.
I don't have an easy way to give other's ftp access, and so I'd prefer to download the rom from some other site, and then give a link for the mirror. A readme/changelog file would be helpful too, with contact information (email) for the rom maintainer.
Some conditions:
Android roms only.
To save space, old releases would get deleted when there's a new release.
I want copies of all the patches, a text file with the list of modifications, the git pull version and git url for the upstream sources. No secrets. I want to be able to reproduce the rom. This will be archived along with the rom.
So each ROM would involve 3 files:
android-rom-htc-desire-xxx-v1.zip
android-rom-htc-desire-xxx-v1-readme.txt
android-rom-htc-desire-xxx-v1-patches.zip
And an index.html if the team wants to make a web page for their rom.
I can also host a forum if development teams want their own forum. The forum would also allow uploading the rom to the site as an attachment.

I have recently set up my new Azure Servers, and have about 3TB of unused storage, which i am willing to let Devs here use, to provide direct download links at 1GB per second download speeds max (dependent on download speed).
I will provide storage for any project ! My cloud link can be found at http://cloud.jduffy.co.uk , and i will provide you a login to upload to your folder within Dev Work.
This will allow you to provide high speed direct downloads for all of your users!
PM Me here with a link to your project, why you need the space (user base etc), and i will simply reply with a folder link and a username and password which will allow you to upload to your folder with unlimited file size.
Any abuse of my server space will leave you banned!!
