After wrong Rom update no Bootmenu MDA Compact 2

Hello,
can everbody help me my Pda Compact 2 fails after softupdate with
wrong Update (qtec)
Now after start the device, the display is flashing short and than nothing !!
with plug in AC-Power I come in Bootloadermode(without usb or seriell shown) but with usb cable nothing.
The bootmenu does not work !!! What can i do ??? (before flashing bootmenu ok)
are there tools for flashing rom directly or a other way to come in bootmenu ???
without bootmenu i can not boot from SD or ???
please help !!

My sad story is…..
I purchased MDA Compact II a month ago. I changed its ROM with JAMin’s ROM (after unlocking with LOKIWIZ). The device was OK but camera was not working, so I updated it again with K JAM’s ROM process started 10% to100% as usual & massage appeared congratulation your device is updated successfully. The process was also running on my device as usual. But after that my device (I mean MDA Compact II) refused to start normally it just blinks LED & so LCD. (It is dead now) The PC doesn’t detect it no boot loader is available to update it with its original ROM that I got now. So if you find any thing plz help me & if I get any thing I promise I'll inform you my email adres is [email protected] plz mail me to have your email adress to comunicate

if you say you can get into the bootloader with the AC cable then you should beable to download a SD card image on to the phone.

When plugged in it is not bootloader. Same thing happened to me and i tried the sd image rom. The screen looks like the bootloader but it is not. There are 3 colors and no mention of serial 1.x or whatever it is. I am going to send my unit in 4 repair. Look in the prophet forums there are 2 threads. One is titled upgraded prophet with wizard rom and the other thread is Can anyone help fix my brick. If anyone knows a fix it would be great but I think it has to be repaired by disributor.

hey guys,,
i have a problem when i tried the hardspl ,
it seems i tried to use the simunlock first i am notsure, anyway , i have the tilt now in the boot loader option , tri-color, when i use the hardspl again it is not working, sometime it open the white screen but no transfer stoped at 0% ,
any ideas, please, thanks

finaly , problem fixed by reflash the att flash and use winxp instead of vista ,,
but now when i open it ,, says att test only not for sale
how i can change that

i have big problems when im trying to update cerom or extended rom,i have 2 error codes ,error 112 and error 113!!!the only thing that i can do with my universal is to set him in bootloader mode 1.01 or to do hard reset and have the white screen witch ask me to puch 0 to restore default or x to exit,when i do this and puch on 0 to restore default settings he shut down and do nothing else!!!!when i charge my universal no light wil appear like before,the orange one!everything is begon when i do clear storage in running windows of my universal!!!!
please please help me to restore it!!!!

when i try to do update of cerom or extended rom it begin the update from 1% in one step to 7% ,then i got error 112 or 113,please anywone can help me,please....
my universal is unreconized in xp but my htc tytn is reconized!!!!

i can do any update of radio rom succesfully but no another update

UNI dead?

Just tri to update my UNI to Pdaviet Rom 6.1 latest !!
When going to bootloader just went dead !!
No charge .. no turn on !!!
Just conect to windows and say's "new device ... but windows can not identity device"!!
Can any on help me?

Just move to full reset .... led blinks red and goes to full reset screen but canot make full reset ...

can u help me out i am stuck at the screen where it says press x to restore defaults and 0 to exit i have tried everything exit bootloader mtty everything given on wiki can u tell me how you got your uni working again

Strange that you couldnt solve your problem after reading the Wiki
Try to reinstall to another different ROM form cero, perhaps this could help

and when i go to in bootloader i see this message "DOC version is error"

Have you tryied to hard rest, or look for HTC Universal in the XDA Wiki there is all information you may need. Good Luck

Try use MTTY tool if you stuck in the bootloader. Remove the sim card, The SD Card and have your battery fully charged. When u use mtty you must disable active sync's usb connectoin on ur pc so the mtty can connect through this port. What is the status of your device at the moment? what happens when u connect it to your pc?

Hi, Your Battery Is Dead, U Need To Change One. It Does Not Link To DOC Format. I Have This Problem Before.
