Whenever I make a phone call, for some reason the phone almost always disconnects the call, this is the 2nd nexus I've had, first was replaced due to poor GPS lock - this issue has happened with both phones?
Could I be touching something accidentally during the call causing it to disconnect?
Got me baffled this, if I can't sort it the phone will have to go

As you said this your 2nd Nexus, tell me one thing, Are you using a Wi-Fi network for your call and you leave the Wi-Fi coverage area, your call might disconnect. Try the following actions:
Make the call using the mobile network instead of a Wi-Fi network.
Move back into the Wi-Fi coverage area, and try making your call again.
or If not, then might be its your telecom provider problem.:good:
I don't you are touching something accidentally. My guess would be a poor network connection.
am facing a weird issue with my pixel 2. Whenever the phone is in idle state I dont receive any calls or sms.
For e.g. if I just made a call and kept the phone down. And there was nothing that I received for next 20 to 30 mins. The phone shows its switched off. I cant receive any calls or even sms. This resolves when i restart and then work for next 30 to 60 mins and problem reappears. Really frustrating.
I tried the sim in my samsung and it works great. So defn not a provider issue. Not sure if its a volte issue as i tried using an alternate sim and network wont detect in pixel 2. The network in same as original VOLTE enabled.
I reset my phone twice also reset the network settings. Tried using the 4636 menu to change radio mode. All of it works for 5 6 hrs and the problem returns.
I spoke to the google technician he seemed helpful but asked me to try all things which I already did. Any idea what it could be?
I am on the march patch smaller pixel 2.
Hi! Is it true that while the watch is connected over Bluetooth with the phone, the SIM in the watch is disabled?
I asked Huawei support and they said it's true. I want to receive calls on the watch, from the watch SIM, and also receive notifications from the phone on the watch, plus phone calls on the phone as usual.
I mean, can I use the watch as an independent cell phone for calls when connected using Bluetooth with a cell phone?
I don't have the watch to try it out, I'm considering buying it.
Thanks!

I'm gonna answer my own questions, since I found the answer myself after buying the watch. Also, not even the Huawei support could not clarify this for me.
So by default, the cellular connectivity is configured as Auto, which indeed will turn off the SIM when connected with the phone over Bluetooth, to save power. But that option can be set to On, so the SIM will always be active, which is what I wanted. To save power, I also set the Preferred Network Type to 2G in the Advanced section. Also, the Smart Power Save feature can be set to disable the SIM card data, only leaving voice active, which should also save power if you don't need it.
Hello everyone
I got a poco x3 pro for christmas and I've noticed if I have wifi or mobile data turned on when I receive a call the phone rings but has no notification for anywhere from 2 -5 seconds, and sometimes the person just gives up because I "dont pick up" , the thing is , the phone simply does not give me option to anwser the call.
I suspect it to be xiaomi's(or a default 3rd party) caller ID trying to identify who it is.
If i turn off both mobile data and wifi the call notification pops up and if I receive a call when either are turned of its instant aswell. I use WhatsApp all day , everyday, so turning internet access off is not an option.
My question is : Is this a feature that i can turn off? As in , use only the contacts on my phone instead of a 3rd party service??
Thanks in advance
