Question Delayed Caller ID\Call notification Issue - Xiaomi Poco X3 Pro

Hello everyone
I got a poco x3 pro for christmas and I've noticed if I have wifi or mobile data turned on when I receive a call the phone rings but has no notification for anywhere from 2 -5 seconds, and sometimes the person just gives up because I "dont pick up" , the thing is , the phone simply does not give me option to anwser the call.
I suspect it to be xiaomi's(or a default 3rd party) caller ID trying to identify who it is.
If i turn off both mobile data and wifi the call notification pops up and if I receive a call when either are turned of its instant aswell. I use WhatsApp all day , everyday, so turning internet access off is not an option.
My question is : Is this a feature that i can turn off? As in , use only the contacts on my phone instead of a 3rd party service??
Thanks in advance

Is there a phone shut-off app?

I'm looking for an app that will shut off the phone only. I want to be able to turn the phone off, and have all calls sent to VM, while still recieving texts and keeping my data connection on.
Does this exist?
turning off sound would do kinda that
don't believe there are other ways of cause if you don't want
to see when you recieve sms's and calls you have to turn off the notifications

[Q] Problem when receiving network messages during a call - Android

Hello,
I'm a portuguese vodafone user and i'm using a pre-paid sim card.
My main trouble is that every time i make a call and my balance is under 1€ i get a text message from my network operator saying that my balance is almost over. That wouldn't be a problem if every time i got that message my phone wouldn't switch back to home screen to show a popup. As my phone doesn't have an end call button, i often have to go to the notification bar, select the call from the list of things i have there and end the call. It can be a little messy.
I had this happening in all roms i used and all android phones i used. Is there any solution?
Thanks in advance.

viber problem with calls on wifi (missed calls)

Hello people, I have a problem with Viber when on wifi, can not receive calls (when phone is locked) but only get notifications for missed calls when i unlock the phone. On mobile data all works nicely. Do you have an idea how this can be solved? Messages are doing nicely on both Viber and WhatsApp.

HTC Desire 500 dual sim, stock rom 4.1.2 Jelly Bean. I set in wifi sleep privacy to always keep wifi connected even in sleep mode, also in Viber i did that. Maybe its something with aplication, because messages arrive normally, just calls are problem... I read a lot on google about some ports for push notifications i opened them and nothing changed. So, my push notifications work, just the viber calls are problem. When i am on mobile data everything works well. Thank u for ur reply!
Your ISP may block some OTT service!
Thank u for ur reply. I tried many wifi networks to see if its problem only with mine, always the sam story. I can call and speak normaly when i unlock the phone, just i can not recieve calls when phone is locked.
I figured out the problem. Solution: set phone's wifi sleep policy to turn off the wifi when phone goes to sleep, and then in Viber's wifi sleep policy put option to always keep wifi on. That's how i solved my problem and now calls are comming just like messages.

unfortunately it lasted for me 2 days and now again problem. I figured out another solution, install wifi timeout app from Google store, then set it to 0 sec, in WiFi sleep policy put option to disable WiFi when screen is locked. Also do this in Viber.
Then ur phone will use 3G (mobile data) when its locked, and push notifications will arrive on time, and when u unlock it it will use WiFi. That's now solution that works for me good.
another solution is to just install advanced wifi lock and problem is solved. it is problem with rom, it shuts down wifi when phone goes to sleep.

Problem with making/receiving calls

Hi people!
So I've had a galaxy s6 for about a month now but recently there has emerged two problems to do with making and receiving calls that have made the phone all but unusable.
1) whenever making calls to an unknown number this (http://imgur.com/DYnZZgF) is the call app that is used, it looks almost CM and I have no idea why is has changed. It doesn't show up in recents or in programs running, if I close it then I can still hear the call through the speaker but I have to restart the phone to get rid of the app.
2) whenever receiving calls from unknown numbers I hear ringing but there is no visual alert (ie nothing comes up on screen) so accepting or declining is impossible and as the call app doesn't exist to get rid of the ringing I have to simply wait until it stops. These calls do appear in the call log which I assume is a different app but the phone app doesn't appear at all.
If anyone can help me with these problems I'd be super grateful, it's making the phone all but unusable..
Thanks in advance!!

Popup when redirecting calls

Hi,
I use tasker to redirect incoming calls to my landline phone as soon as my phone is connected to my home WIFI and reverse this when disconnecting from WIFI. Each redirection generates a pop up telling me, that now calls are redirected and vice versa. This is annoying as I've to press OK each time and every thing I do is interrupted by this message. My phone (LG G5) is NOT rooted and I don't want to root it. Is there any chance to suppress these pop ups?
TIA
