Hi all, on my phone i have the upday screen on the left and when i click in any news title of any kind it doesn't open the news page. Instead it says Page not found...
Any help in how to solve this?
Thank you
Same for me
Wouldn't know, I use Google news
upday app by Samsung: "This item isn't available in your country".
I'm in the USA.
My Galaxy S10e came with the Samsung Daily app which works fine https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00086642/

Was watching a video on YouTube of the learning hub app and was wandering if anyone had heard if it would be included in the American version of Samsung software at some point. Looks like another great application that utilizes multi screen, but with a new twist in linking the timing of the two applications. Would really like to know if anyone has any info on this.

Well, when I tried to download it I got a message saying that Product does not exist in the store. It appears the application that shows up in the search is for the galaxy note phone. Don't know if anybody has successfully downloaded this app but I would be interested to hear if you had.

Okay to get the learning hub app (honestly I didn't find anything useful in it but it might be for others) through Samsung apps here's what you need to do:
1. If you have a Samsung account on your tablet, remove it
2. Clear data and cache from your Samsung apps
3. Go to your Samsung apps, create a new account but list your country as United Kingdom
4. Create a new Samsung account and also list your country as United Kingdom (I suggest to open a new email account or if you have an old email address you don't use anymore/often and register your UK Samsung account with, note that you're gonna have to confirm it through a link that they will send to you via email
5. Login with your UK Samsung account and viola, download the app and enjoy it.
The app will require you to sign in with your UK Samsung account ,which I found annoying, so I removed the account from my tablet. I might mess with it later to see what all the fuss is about! I hope this helps
Hey guys, just got my note N8000 and i realize that i dont have learning hub installed, i am from philippines, do i need to install this app or should this app be included when i purchased my note? Oh and i also dont have the s suggest app

What error do you recieve?
I am sorry for late reply . I just got this app installed . The error was that I could log in. It refused the logging in. I was suggested to log in on YouTube app and put my Google account . It works now. However , the play store market still doesn't work . Someone said that because my Rom version is very high. 4.0.1 ...
Now another problem is the battery drains very fast. Is this due to the ROM that I am using ? Should I consider switching to lower version ?
Thanks

Hello, I can only find Hancom Office Viewer. Where are the rest of the programs located?
you must use the Hancom Office Updater to install the Office apps..
Thanks. Where is the updater? Under Magazine MX, there is one with calendar, email and office. I clicked on a circular symbol but there was no reaction. Just heard a beep sound. Clicking the Hancom symbol launched the OfficeViewer only.
I pressed "Office download' on the bottom left of Handcom Office Viewer. A list of Handcom apps showded up with the Install buttons all dimmed. Yet, I can't find the apps except Handcom Office Viewer in my device.
If I recall, I found them under samsung app store. Click categories on the top and then on the left side look for business. They appear within the beginning of the list of business apps for me.

Thanks. Those Hansom related apps on Samsung store are free. Does that mean even people who don't buy the PRO series can get them? As far as I recall, somewhere I read that those available for free are not as good as the corresponding ones that came with the PRO 12.2. Heard anything about that?
No idea.
As far as I know when you add your device to your Samsung account or register with Samsung for an account during the setup of the device then the apps show up as free in the app store for you (the Samsung app store).
I have no idea if those same apps show up as free to everyone else as opposed to showing up free to us because we are on the Pro 12.2.

It seems to be available to any of samsung's tablets running 4.4
I just bought my GN5 and noticed that the Galaxy app store is missing. I had it on my GS6 edge. I've searched all over the web looking for the apk but can't find a download link. Anybody else missing the galaxy app store?
It's a widget now, galaxy essentials I think. You can access galaxy apps from there.
Was a common issue for a while. When asking Samsung customer support they controlled my phone and could only way to access it through the gifts widget...... The new phones have it normally now. But the place we had to get it before was app.samsung.com or try this http://s000.tinyupload.com/index.php?file_id=11453714992468383350

You can acces Samsung Apps through:
Camera > Mode > Download
Finally found the link where you can download the official app. Now I can keep up with my samsung app updates. [emoji2]

I managed to purchase some watch faces that were previously not available to non Samsung devices. Have Samsung note allowed those with non Samsung phones to buy apps?
I had to register a credit card with them, but it was easy.
Using lion gate watch face at the moment, was £0.98
Seems like a good news for non-Samsung users Which phone are you using?
Seeing paid apps in the gear app store on my LG V10 and have access to prevously bought stuff as well.
Edit: Tested purchasing as well and worked fine.

Were you able to able to register your credit card on Gear App itself or did you have to do it somewhere else online?
I have it paired with a Huawei Mate 7 and can only see free apps with no apparent option to add any credit card details.
Thanks.

I managed to register with the Samsung gear app store via the app. Didn't have to register anywhere else.
I had to do it on my computer. I kept getting error messages on the phone.
In my case it never asks for a credit card. I have even tried creating a new account on a PC. It must be geo locked or something of the sort.

Can you download the gear manager in playstore? In my case it started working with payed apps as i could download the gear manager from playstore. As long i used the app offered here in forum i only got free apps.
Sadly there are still free apps i can't see in store, like ntv, kommot or golfcard.

Hi Javan, I always downloaded the gear manager app from the play store. In the meantime I finally got a reply from Samsung and they basically said that paid apps are not supported in my country (Malta).
My problem is that I don't know at which stage this "country check" takes place.
1) Is it when I am creating the Samsung account? In this case I would be able to use a VPN workaround when creating a new account.
2) Is it when I download the Samsung gear app from the Play store? In this case I will need to root my phone and use a market unlocker.
3) Is it when I am accessing the Tizen store? In this case I have no idea ... it would be too cumbersome to workaround this [emoji22]
One way or another there has to be a workaround, I just want to avoid rooting the phone as much as possible.
If anyone has any ideas or managed to access paid apps in the store from a non-supported country, I would be forever grateful if you can share your solution.
