Seriousness and respect for mobile owners

Hello Yoki
I am Spanish, and I can tell you that the brand ELEPHONE does not have a good reputation, but not for its mobile phones, if not for the support given by the BRAND once you have purchased the mobile.
I give you an example:
The model VOWNEY, which you already know and many of its owners have even talked about scam for their problems with the screen, battery heating ..... etc that you already know your insurance, if you do not read in the forums more known That you have the links on the Official Web.
Or his brother VOWNEY LITE not with so many problems but left unresolved.
I guess you know that the owners of these phones, for the first case they spent more than 240 Euros and for the model LITE about 210 Eur, an amount that should make reflect the MARK ELEPHONE if it has to support or not support this class Of models.
For the moment and to date have not done anything to solve the problems and has not even made the effort to update the software that would be the best option to improve and repair their problems.
For all that I expose in these lines I say that the owners of these models have been disrespected and we have not noticed the seriousness of a MARK of mobiles such as ELEPHONE.
Thank you for asking how you can help us and I await your response as soon as possible with an ELEPHONE commitment to make this disaster.
King Regards.

a company working on a Rom which gets already ovverun by 7.0 /7.1 nougat is trashy.
a rom update from a basic rom porting it to a already produced phone must be simpel for a company producing them.
If not, the company is useless just like their phone, which is much better as a toaster than to take phontos with.

All new Mi A1 Whatsapp Group! (No Rules)

Whats up guys? I am Vivek. I recently bought my A1 and its amazing as we all know it. Xiaomi has surely done a fine job with this beauty. And we need live support to take care of our new investment. I am here to share something made for every A1 user out there who wishes to share and care.
As some of you may know, there are 3 other groups made for our phone. 2 of them are almost full and 1 is only for photography. However, the irritating part of these are the so called rules n regulations made by some bossy admins which needs to be followed all the time. A group is made to bring along different people on the same place so they can open up and share their concern. Now let me ask you fellas something! What's the point of being in a group if anything you share is being watched n restricted?
We all live in the free world today. And freedom of speech is a right! So I am here to introduce you all to my new group where you can ask n share anything about A1 with a free mind and without any rules n stuffs! Age, language, race is not an issue if you are getting the answer for your question.
So come along and be a part of something which is made only for us A1 lovers!
Welcome to Mi A1 Help Zone!

Oh, and I will be giving admin rights to the ones who helps the most.
Good day, god bless!

why not telegram?
As you say, there already is a whatsapp group

Fanbase and supoort

Hi Im wondering if the Oppo Find X2 Oro has good fanbase and community supoort?
I have ordered mine already but havent found much information on the popularity of the device.
Do you guys think its just a matter of time? Or do oppo devices flop in terms of community support just due to low popularity?

You have this community and also the one below.

For the UK, it is the first time this year that oppo has come into the market.
I read somewhere Vodafone signed a big deal with oppo to do their phones.
Essentially they just part of the same main company of oneplus, Realme etc. all under the bbk electronics.

I had a look at https://community.coloros.com/forum.php though it looks a mess. How do you see topics only related to the x2 Find?

As IV noticed everything to do with oppo is a mess, there's no clear directions on anything

Is anyone else disheartened by the lack of development for our device?

Just a discussion I've wanted to bring up for a while, I'm honestly disappointed in the lack of development for our device tree, the Xiaomi Mi 10 series. I feel thanks to Xiaomi overly saturating the smartphone market with a strategy similar to BKK Electronics, we as consumers have suffered the most from this practice. It does is not beneficial having dozens of similar devices, budget phones to midrange phones to top tier models such as ours with small changes or new gimmicks that leave consumers confused on what model to purchase. I wish Xiaomi had more timed releases such as Samsung or OnePlus, where we can see lots of development for OnePlus due to its open nature, but instead they found they are likely making more money or shipping out more product by flooding the market with a new model every few weeks. I'm bummed out because our phone has been out now since February, and we still do not have a custom ROM... had there been less competition from Xiaomi itself, we likely would have seen more developers purchase the Mi 10 series. What do you guys think about all this? Will someone fulfill the prophecy of producing our first ROM in the near future?

If you're disappointed have you thought about learning and developing a ROM yourself?
You shouldn't be disappointed about something that people give up there free time to do.
More popular devices will always get more attention.
They will come when ready

Xiaomi/Redmi Update Track record?

Hello world!
I'm currently thinking about getting my first Xiaomi phone ever; the Redmi Note 9 Pro. My current phone is a Lenovo G5 and Lenovo's update history is weak at best. So I'm questioning my desire to buy another affordable, Chinese phone. I know it's ill advised to lump together all Chinese companies, but once bitten, twice shy.
It's certainly nice to get an upgrade from the release version of Android to the follow-up version, but without more than 2 security updates after that (yes, I'm talking to you, Lenovo), it would soon be unsafe to use the phone.
So my question to all Xiaomi/Redmi phone owners: How often and how long have your previous Xiaomi/Redmi phones gotten updates and/or security fixes?
Greetings from locked-down Germany, Frohe Weihnachten and thanks in advance.
