[Q] [1032][OTA 5.0.2] Recent Apps causes Launcher restart

Hi guys,
Had a problem with my stock Android (4.4.4) when it softbricked - got a black screen during boot.
Flashed Stock EU 4.4.4 (RETAIL-EU_4.4.4_KXB21.14-L1.40_36_cid7_CFC_1FF) and all worked fine, got an OTA upgrade to 5.0.2 again all fine.
Yesterday the phone started playing, when I tried to close and app through the Recent Apps or Uninstalling an app that was in Recent Apps, I get a Black screen and in 5-10 seconds I have a freshly rebooted OS or Launcher (cannot say for sure).
Decided to do a Factory Reset.
Now the fun part, after the restart and I got my Google Account Setup, Chrome disappeared, after I realised this, installed it from Google Play and each time I wanted to launch it got the Black Screen and Launcher restart.
Did another Factory reset, Installed Chrome but selected the option to have Chrome tabs in Chrome rather than in Recent Apps (you can change that when you set it up)
Now Chrome works, but still any manipulation through Recent Apps (Closing and App) or Uninstalling an App that is in Recent Apps restarts the Launcher.
Any suggestions?
UPDATE:
After another reboot, the boot process was stuck at the M logo with ripples.
In the end Flashed 4.4.4 and did another OTA 5.0.2 Update...

[Completed] Galaxy S4 19500 (OS 4.2.2) lock screen freeze issue

My Galaxy S4 is running on android 4.2.2, lately I've rooted my mobile. I had no problems, but now I'm facing a problem and that's with my built-in lock screen.. When ever I lock my screen in the middle of using any app, the lock screen freezes. Then when I try to unlock it the lock screen pops up but the touch doesn't resonps. Then I have to pull out my battery and restart it. After restarting the mobile for a few times it's works good but after a few locks and unlocks it starts to glitch again...
After rooting I haven't done any thing with the system apps, excluding some google apps that I removed from the system apps. I've also tried uninstalling my user apps one by one and factory resetting the mobile but that didn't help me at all. Please give a solution to this glitch.

Hello, and welcome to XDA! You could try going into recovery and wiping cache and dalvik, to see if it helps. If not, an idea would be to clean install a rom or reflash stock firmware. Or you could ask for help here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s4. There are roms here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s4 in the development and original development sections that fit your particular S4 version.
Good luck!

[Q] Htc One M8 System Ui has stopped??? How to Fix?

Im on TWRP recovery, and in the recovery menu i accidentally wiped internal sd, and now when i flash a new Rom, after it installs an i get through the typical new phone start up process, i get a message that says, Unfortunatley system ui has stopped, and another one that says htc dot view has stopped. I can still access my apps but cant go back because there is no soft keys. I got the same problem too on my lenovo A316i :crying: pls. help!!
I had the same issue when using TWRP; took all of the steps mentioned below without success. I then flashed stock recovery and wiped - this fixed it
If system ui stoped and your phone running just copy the apk of system ui and replaced it system ui apk use a root explorer or every thing go to device/system/app then find the system ui apk then replaced it or device/data/app lib/and find again the apk and then replace it .......... If your system ui stopped and u cannot used your phone follow this steps go into 'stock' recovery mode and choose wipe data/factory reset that's it
My HTC one M8 sprint all of a sudden, after installing xposed came with this error: "Unfortunately, System UI has stopped. I cannot shut it down and my battery is inbuilt. I cannot even reboot. in fact, i cannot do anything. please help, what is or are the options I have. I am desperately in need of help. Thanks to any God sent in advance.

[Completed] Cant delete or add anything to my internal storage of SM-J100H, cant even hard reset

Hello mates
I have a Samsung Galaxy J1 , android 4.4.2 and its being really weird. I just woke up, turned on, screen went black and "appname has stopped working" piled and popped up for system ui, play services, play store and many more. I rebooted, it worked but the network bars stayed on for about just a min then bye, it went to no service, now thats what keeps happening . I tried uninstalling some apps but it'd reboot and keep very long on logo. Same happens while deleting a message.
it was a rooted device but apps are showing phone doesn't have root access. IMEIs are there but network stays for a minute . I tried hard resetting from recovery and it succeeded but when i boot the phone, all apps and settings are there laughing at me ... And i was like OMG WTF..... not even one app erased.
I formatted and flashed with SP flash tool, it showed download complete but not even an app went, nothing erased omg. Help me.....

Samsung Galaxy S7 Stuck on Samsung Galaxy Logo

Hello again Xda community I really need some advice here because I'm unfortunately having problems with my phone at first it was a problem with it randomly crashing. In order to address that problem I did the following things - I prevented all apps from running in the background, I set several apps to run on the low data usage setting, and I even cleared the SIM toolkit cache as well as the individual caches of apps that I regularly use but for some reason my phone was still crashing. After installing the latest update my phone was stuck in a boot loop, it's stopped doing that, but it's now stuck on the Samsung galaxy logo screen.
You may have to flash your phone with Odin to fix the issue if you're stuck on boot loop and can't get pass it.

Well, I've managed to turn my phone on again by pressing the power button and the up button, but I'm still having the problem in regards to my phone constantly crashing. One thing that I forgot to mention in my original post is the fact I also removed a large number of files which I was no longer using. I backed these files up by transferring them to my external hard drive even after doing that my phone was still crashing from time to time.
I'm not 100% sure, but It might have something to do with all of the data being kept in my internal storage instead of my SD card which isn't recognised.
