I need to replace battery from my Mi max because it's too weak after year and half of heavy usage.
My question is from where to order original battery or at least some brand name like Polarcell or something similar ? I tried to order from ebay it says that's original but that's not the case because it physically like 1 or 2 mm smaller than original extracted from phone... And sot is like really small with new "original" battery...
service center!
Anyone else ?

Did you find one??
I'm in the same problem, but with Max 2 battery (BM50)
buy the one from Nohon on aliexpress, not bad (~4100 mah), and the temperature sensor is working.
you can go to service center and they will give you genuine battery with 6 months warrenty and i had bought a new one for my mi max which costs me 1800.
I need to replace my Mimax battery also but in Indonesia I couldn't find one that actually sells the original one. Most of them say original but it's not. I have contacted the local authorized service center but they don't have it.
Does anybody know in which country that sells it and willing to ship it out to Indonesia?
thanks

I got it installed at service centre , here , in Delhi, India. Well not actually in front of me, but they do it in a service room behind the reception. I think it cost me around 1500.

Hi,
Can anyone inform me where I can get spares for Vox (basically I am looking for Extended battery).
BTW I do not know if it is the right place to post this thread
No chance. You cannot even get the regular battery of Vox anywhere in Kolkata. Its only available usually at HTC service centre but presently they are also running out of stock.
The only option to buy is online.

So much for being in the largest upcoming mob market. , guess I will have to get the way you have advised. Thanks for the super fast answer. BTW can you suggest any site (s)?
Thanks in advance
you can get the battery from the hong kong based manufacturer cameron sino.
i had my battery replaced at the HTC service center last week.
There is no shortage as such.
cameron sino has 2 batteries for Vox.
1100maH and 2250 maH
Cameron Sino site not loading. You can also get the same batteries here.

Prajith, I need battery for my HTC S710. I checked with nearby HTC Service centre in NCR Delhi. Its not available right now. They told cost 1300 INR approx.
Which option is better? To go for online purchase from megacapcity OR cameron sino OR to buy from HTC service centre only.
How about 2250mAh battery with extended cover? does it look odd or not comfortable? How about performance?
I recd my 1100mah battery from "megacapacity" in 16 days. It is working well and giving me 1.5 days for normal usage with lefab clean 1.2 ROM.
The OP e-mailed me since I have 2 2250mAH batteries I am looking to sell, never got back to me unfortunately. I packaged them all up for him, just waiting for payment.

The problem is I have a ICICI bank Debit card and that f***ing card can not be used in Paypal or for that matter for any online transaction (even though they claim its an international debit card) . If you have a postal address, then I will be more than happy to send you draft in that address. I am really sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.
E-mail is on it's way. No worries about it, boss.

Its true i mailed you for the battery. After a couple of nails from both sides you just said that you are getting more in ebay than what i have offered and you will revert back if it is not sold through ebay. So no question of packing and waiting for my payment.

The cost of the phone in India is $485 (Rs.29000) for the 16 gig model and $550 (Rs.33000) for the 32gig model
So the $300 bill which they are charging is correct...

Since you say that the LCD is working fine... Why is LG saying that it needs to be replaced as well??
With all these altercations, selling the phone as a "whole" is out of question (legally).. You could try to sell the parts individually but it's going to be difficult and surely a long wait
So I would surely recommend you to buy a new one m8... Sorry for your loss..

thanks @vin4yak for the price clarification.
In this case, I would send it to repair and sell it for a fair price later on (if possible to get more than 307) Then buy a waterproof phone to avoid this incident. if you think it's not possible to sell for more than what they charge to repair, just keep it for you or
Don't spend any more money and time with it.

The Fake Xiaomi Mi4 on sale about 1 month ago. The ROM is MIUI but CPU is MTK. So be careful if you buy from ebay or aliexpress, especially aliexpress. Better ask seller give you IMEI number with your shipping bill togther.
Fake Mi4
I got one from aliexpress seller. the good thing is I found it out early because its a bit slower than usaual snapdragon phones so i decided to install an app which reads system information and confirmed that its a fake mi4 with MTK processor, 1GB ram, and 720p resolution.
and now I sent back the phone to seller and have to pay the return shipment. so disappointing.

Ooh, better not to buy from anywhere else either than real resellers.
I bought mine from http://xiaomishop.com. They seem to be the only ones that have an EU Warehouse with express shipping, so that if you live in EU you can avoid all the import tax crap. However the shipping charge for me was $48 which is a bit much IMO but it is a 1-2 day service.
Another 2 good ones are: Oppomart (http://oppomart.com) and Xiaomiworld (http://xiaomiworld.com).
xiaomishop.it is also working if you live in EU, shipping to Sweden in 3 days.

That is to pity. Fake Xiaomi device is quite common in China, the quality of it is very bad. There is a good way to devide fake things: enter the recovery of your Mi4, if there is a "Mi Flash", it can't be fake.
Sent from my MI 4LTE using XDA Free mobile app
I also got a fake, or perhaps it was a horribly refurbished and rooted used device built from scraps. It was loaded with bloatware (and probably spyware), but all the stat monitors seemed to say it has legit specs except for the the battery which was 2400mAh and discharged almost faster than it could charge. Interestingly it was all VERY well packaged like it came from a factory and everything looked 100% genuine on the outside, but when I removed the back cover I could see that it had been worked on and the plastic parts and battery were in horrible condition... so always buy Xiaomi from a reputable dealer if you want the real thing.
Phone Original Rom is duplicate

I bought from banggood.com. Its a magical phone for that price. but Rom is customized..they installed international ROM with lot of adware and unnecessary apps. It has not atleast mi Store. I installed mi store after. I want to change it but model is mi4 LTE-CT (China Telecom). This china telecom version does not support normal Global mi4 ROM. I did not root any phone before. this is a very rare phone to my country. bangood is good. but their OS Customising is very bad.
Does anyone know where to get a replacement original or good quality OEM battery for the Mi5 (BM22)?
My battery life has turned pretty poor (sometime the phone will switch off when it claims it has 20% left) etc and I usually get just over 2.25 hrs SOT.
Have tried different ROMs, battery calibration etc but think the issue may be the battery itself so looking to replace.
All the ones on Aliexpress are OEM and no brands I recognize. Any advise on which is best?
Thanks, Chada
I'd like to know too, I can find many batteries on eBay and Aliexpress but I don't know if they're good or not
I bought one from ebay. It worked as good as a new one for a month. After that the battery doesn't want to charge. Checked with different chargers but Ampere shows the charging current at around 150mah. Don't buy from ebay.

I just ordered a "Nohon" battery for my mi5. Specs are Li-Po (as original, not Li-Ion) and 2910/3000mAh. You pay a slight premium compared to the cheapest alternative on Ali, but maybe it's worth it. Dragon-tt has OEM batteries for sale (at least that's how they're promoting them), but they won't ship to Finland, so I couldn't order from there.
Anyone here who has experience with this brand's offerings? Let's see how it goes - I'll post back when I get it (in a month or so probably). *fingers crossed*
Edit: seems it'll take at least 2 months for it to arrive, since it can't be shipped by air to Finland.

Hi everyone,
Recently noticed that my battery life hasn't been as it good as it use to be, so i downloaded the OnePlus diagnostic app from apkmirror and sure enough battery health is around 75%. So I'm looking to replacing the battery. Just wondering if any one has recommends for replacement battery. Contacted OnePlus for direct sale of battery, but they won't sell parts, they only offer full repair service.
I would try to search the best option in AliExpress. But if I were you I would replace it at Oneplus.
Did they gave you a price for the battery replacement?
