Happy Sunday everyone. Hope all is well.
So quick story short, I'm trying to run an app from my Samsung smart tv, but I also need to have a "SAMSUNG ACCOUNT" loaded into my phone.
When I go to accounts, there is nothing loaded there. I tried to add, and there's nothing there. When I downloaded Samsung Hub, and try to sign in, it says it is disabled and I should re-enable it. Well, there's nothing to enable, because I can't find the Samsung account. Can anyone help me out?!?!?!
I am using a Jedi X19 rom on my Note 2.
THanks for your help.
Hi friends, i'm having problems with this:
When i try to download any app from S3 Frontier i'm receiving that message (verify your identity to activate your samsung account...) but i can download from the cell phone.
Please help!
Thanks for your time!
following.
have the same problem...
I was really annoyed by this as wellI until I went back to my "Welcome to Samsung Services" email and pressed the start button, followed the instructions and was able to login and accept the new terms and conditions! Hope it helps!

Hello,
I had the same problem before.
Try login into Google account on your watch when your phone and the watch are both connected to the same WiFi network.
Also, the first OTA update fixed a lot of things for me, including the ability for the watch to get internet by Bluetooth from my phone connected to mobile network.
If you can, try updating the watch first (using Samsung Wearable app on the phone) and then try to login with your Google account again on your phone.
Hope it helps !

Anyone found a solution to connect Huawei phone (p40 pro with google services) with galaxy watch 4?
I am getting error that Google account cannot be copied to watch.
I tried to connect my phone using 'connect to new device' after google account was copied to watch using another phone but with no luck....watch is reset and connection to google account is deleted.
Is there any solution for this or hope that we can get some working workaround in decent time?
I am thinking to change my phone for some galaxy phone or samsung watch fkr huawei watch 2 or 3.
I am really disappointed that in 2021 there is soo hard to connect 2 android devices. Not to mention all time spent to got working GSM on my huawei phone. n Maybe I should switch to apple ecosystem - there at least i can be sure that everything will work out of the box

i guess the only way for this to work is to buy a samsung phone.
After one night of try and error, I think I may found a solution. I haven't tested the watch thoroughly to check if the functionalities work but it appears to be connected to my huawei mate xs, with google account logged in and google pay set up.
This method needs another phone that has access to GMS. I used an old oneplus phone.
Firstly, read this regarding how to use samsung health to conenct to the watch:
https://www.reddit.com/r/WearOS/comments/p82h39/_/h9rpsob
Secondly, read this regarding how to pair the watch to another phone without factory reset using adb: https://www.xda-developers.com/pair-android-wear-without-factory-reset/. In this post there are two major steps: 1. clear gms data and reboot 2. force it to start paring in bluetooth.
Now please follow the below steps:
1. connect galaxy watch 4 to huawei phone using samsung heatlh. set it up properly.
2. turn off wifi and bluetooth on huawei phone and reboot
3. use adb to connect to the watch, clear gms and reboot
4. use another android phone, with galaxy wearable, samsung health and all necessary plugins installed (watch pugin, watch4 manager etc.)
5. use adb to open bluetooth pairing on the watch.
6. use another android phone to connect to the watch from samsung health, similar to how you would set it up. but the progress will never reach 100%. do not use galaxy wearable app to pair as it will tell you to do factory reset on the wtch.
7. wait until the setup progress shows some percentages, like 20% or 50%, on the watch open google playstore, click login and your phone should show some login page for google account. click login. Then on the watch download google pay from playstore, open it and add your card with your phone after clicking add card on your watch.
8. close samsung wearable, turn off bluetooth and wifi on your android phone (not huawei)
9. use adb to clear gms and reboot, then turn on bluetooth pairing.
10. reboot huawei phone and turn on wifi and bluetooth. open samsung wearable. your watch should still be paired but not connected. try to connect it from samsung wearble.
11. if it fails to connect, repeat 9 & 10 and try again. for me it worked after rebooting for 3 times ish.
UPDATE 1: google pay will not work because once swtiching phone, the cards added would disappear
UPDATE 2: cards can be later added on huawei phone

Thank you. Unfortunately my gaw4 is purchased in China so no google play services preinstalled.
Could you please connect to you GAW4 using adb and show me the list of packages & version installed on you watch?
Related command is in adb command.zip (This forum don't allow for complicated characters in the post. So upload in zip).
My list of installed package is attached below as list.txt.
Hi,
I have a new samsung galaxy watch 4; my phone is a Xiaomi Mi 9. I never could add my google account into the watch. Everytime I try (from the watch), the window opens in the phone letting me select the account, after a while it closes and the watch keep trying to sinc with a message saying "check your phone".
Both watch and phone are updated to the latest SW version available (not rooted and using the original MIUI global 12.5.1 in the phone, Android 11).
Thinks I tried:
-Resetting watch.
-Resetting phone.
-Unpairing both and connecting them again.
-Clearing cache of Galaxy Wearable app and Play Store in the phone.
-Disabling lock screen in phone.
-Disabling two step verification in Google account.
-Deleting my second account in the phone so only one is available.
Does anyone know if there is an incompatibility between both devices? Or any other procedure I can follow to workarround the problem?
Many thanks!
Posting the solution in case someone has the same problem.
The culprit was the watch (not the phone). The problem solved itself after a software upgrade in the watch. So now I'm at R860XXU1FVC8; Google Play Services are at (22.09.56 220300-438007115).
Hello,
I have recently purchased GW4 Classic, and had the "this watch isn't supported" message, It drove myself and appears others also nuts and frusterated, but the best solution is below.
If you have purchased a GW4 Watch and your device is either from a different country than your phone, or a different brand you will have a "region/device" lock the watch. When you use the Galaxy wearables app, the watch will not sync and a message "this watch isn't supported on this device" will appear.
There is a great and somewhat easy workaround that has been floating around the internet but it missed one very key important detail, don't try to use samsung health to connect, it will just fail.
Workound:
Apps - Wearos app
Galaxy wearables app
Steps:
1) go to wearos app settings
2) open Galaxy wearables
3) open wearos and try to connect your device, quickly switch to wearos app settings, and force stop "kill: wear os before the sync code appears on your phone and watch.
4) after force kill of the wear os, just continue on Galaxy wearables app.
and it will setup your device.
I hope this helps.
What do you mean by dont change page?
When i open wearOS it would ask me to link and pair my galaxy watch. Should i pair it then go to settings and force stop the app?

I somehow solve the problem "this watch isn't supported on this phone"
But my watch is purchased from China, so I cannot connect to my google account.

My watch and device is same as yours, use wearos to initialize the pairing but quickly force close it before the watch displays a pop-up to connect the watch, switch over to galaxy wearables and go through the steps as usual. Any problems then it's the timing of closing wearos

Sure, I can tell you that, but it's mostly the timing issue, you need to be very quick before your phone and watch gives you a sync code, basically as soon as wearos finds your device and you change pages to sync you should switch over to the app control and kill the app process
Phone: Android 12, UI 4.0
Wearos: V.2.52
Galaxy wearable: V.2.247
Mine is back working now. I just uninstalled gpay on the watch and reinstalled it, try it for yourselves

Sorry to bother you, but I'm new to this and I'm not sure if I understand correctly.
If I manage to connect Chinese watch to the app this way, it will change geo location of the watch?
Because I managed to connect it (had the same error) by pairing watch with phone (in Bluetooth menu) and then quickly clicking on the watch in the Samsung app.
But it remained a Chinese version without any Google services, and trying to connect to the Chinese Samsung website for signing in to the account (with error I must add)

This way is just to connect to a non Chinese phone, of course the watch will remain Chinese because of the OS, not because region lock
