This smartphone is idela for those who want cheap smartphone with medium specifications like a snapdragin processor 401, smooth.
Also is ideal for people who dont want a enormous screen like 5.1 inches or more.
In my opinion 4.7 inches is perfect
Miui is a good rom if your samrtphone has enough ram memory, but in this case with only 1GB is not very suitable, the rom runs well but when you install several apps it begins to go slower. So to solve that i installed kumajaya lollipop rom
Hi,
Please see this sticky from the top of the Assist section, http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2764768
Normally we would give a link, but as your posts here have had no real purpose, I would not know where to refer you.
Regardless, Assist is here to help navigate the site, not for posting opinions on things.
Cheers, and thread closed.

Hello guys,
I need a suggestion for a good android phone for about 350$ (20k RS.).
Its for a friend of mine, brand name doesnt matter, it basically should meet these :
1) Should have good development in xda, (atleast cm7, cm9/10 would be a added+)
2) Screen size should be as big as possible
3) Processor and RAM is not a big problem since he doesnt multi task much, also less internal memory is not an issue (Processor can be over clocked if there is cm9/10 I guess and battery life is not an issue too)
4) Camera sensor and quality should be good(the more MP the better )
I would appreciate if some suggestions would be given, Im basically looking at xperia series, Xperia Neo L and Sola looks good but want to know more suggestions before finalising.
Thanks for your time
Regards!
As this is a question it should be posted in Q&A but please use the dedicated thread for your request - **DEVICE SUGGESTION THREAD** -- Not sure what device to buy? Ask here!. Cheers.
I'm a product of the system I was born to destroy!

Hi all,
Not sure what area of XDA this belongs in but would greatly appreciate some form of a reply to help me in my decision to get a new phone.
I have narrowed down my choices to the Umi Zero and the Xiaomi Redmi 2. I have had great experiences with a Redmi 1s, especially after putting Cyanogenmod with Lollipop 5.1 on it. As such I know this is a phone that is reliable and would expect the Redmi 2 to be similar in that regard although Cyanogenomd is not yet available for it.
The Umi Zero seems like a real giant killer but I know so little about Umi. I have read great reviews about this phone but wonder if people on here who have used it could recommend it? I don't have money to waste so it would need to be a phone that will last me for a considerable amount of time and has quality hardware and software.
The best prices on both put the phones close to each other on price so any opinions from the good people on here would help me to make my decision...
Thank you all!

Hello xda forum. I recently joined this comunity. Heard of it on a youtube video by C4AEtech in the same day that I have rooted my phone - Samsung galaxy note 3 SM-N9005.
Please dont be hars on me, I dont know where to post, so if I'm in the wrong category please move my topic, i'll learn from mistakes.
Since I'm new to rooting and dont wanna do anything by my own cuz there are risks and dont want to intentionally burry my phone, I would like some guidance.
Basicly I have some questions
-I play this game called Taichi Panda and I lagg really hard sometimes, and yeah, my phone has 3gb ram and a strong cpu. With my old phone I had an octa core with 1gb ram and it was same. The issue here is that my old phone was running at 720p and note3 at 1080p . Is there something that I can do to switch my graphics from 1080p to 720p ? (only to this game) I want to record and make some youtube videos and I'd like to be lagg free for extra video quality. The difference between 720p and 1080p is not that big of a deal, and if it helps my game to run lagg free it will be great. P.S. I play only on wifi and I have 50mbs up and down.
-I saw here something about custom roms and kernels. I dont know what are those, but I want to improve my phone in a good way and get the most of it. I would like it to run well, not to lagg somethimes, not to freeze and stuff. I'd like to OC my CPU to a safe limit (what I saw is about 2.7 ghz). I would also like something custom that will improve my phone to perform better.
Offtopic: Recently my phone had some problems (before root). When I plug it it for charging , sometimes it doesnt charge at all and sometimes it charges for 1 sec than for next 2 sec it doesnt and so on. I dont know if its my battery fault of my charger, mabye I have killed it with that game Could you recommand me a program where I can see my battery life remaining ?
Any tip and tricks are welcome, I'm opened to any suggestions. I just want my phone to run better and this comunity just rocks -been searching for stuff in past days but cant do anything on my own.
Best wishes

Hello again.
Since you seem to have several separate somewhat unrelated concerns, it would best for you to start separate threads in that forum if you still have questions after reviewing the information already available there.
Once again, good luck.

So few days ago I ordered OnePlus X and can`t wait for it, but as far as I go I`m getting worried that the specs is too low for 2016 smart phone. I`m planing to use it at least 1.5 year and I want it to work as fast as any high-end smartphone. So I`m asking you guys if that Qualcomm® SnapdragonTM 801 processor with 2.3 GHz Quad-core CPUs; Qualcomm® AdrenoTM 330 will satisfy me after a year or so? I`m planning to use a stock android rom with a custom optimization, for the most time I will be using this device for web browsing, messaging and few basic games/apps (For example: Crossy road, Youtube, Spotify) the most important thing for me that everything would be working as fast as possible. What do you think? Is this device is the right choice for me?
You could read some review threads in the device sections general area here,
http://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-x
And decide for yourself. But if you must ask others , then here's a dedicated thread for such questions,
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1620179
I'll close this thread. :good:
