Hello guys,
I need a suggestion for a good android phone for about 350$ (20k RS.).
Its for a friend of mine, brand name doesnt matter, it basically should meet these :
1) Should have good development in xda, (atleast cm7, cm9/10 would be a added+)
2) Screen size should be as big as possible
3) Processor and RAM is not a big problem since he doesnt multi task much, also less internal memory is not an issue (Processor can be over clocked if there is cm9/10 I guess and battery life is not an issue too)
4) Camera sensor and quality should be good(the more MP the better )
I would appreciate if some suggestions would be given, Im basically looking at xperia series, Xperia Neo L and Sola looks good but want to know more suggestions before finalising.
Thanks for your time
Regards!

Hi there!
I'm in the hunt to replace my HTC Sensation this coming Christmas/New Year sales with a new Android 4/4.1 phone.
My budget is £300-ish and what i'm looking for is the phone must be dual-core, a 1.0Ghz CPU (at least), 1GB RAM (at least), current-gen GPU, a BSI camera (with all the image stabilisation/low-light/1080p stereo recording, burst-mode, etc.features), a very good sound quality (with Dolby, some sort of surround sound and customisable equalizers) and one that has a replaceable battery and/or good battery life.
Any suggestions guys?
Could you please use the stickied thread in the Q&A forum for these type of questions please.

Hey guys
this is my first time posting here on xda but i have been a fan for a while and you guys really rock.
so iam about to buy a new smart phone and i have a limited budget , i did some research and ended up having a choice between the sony xperia v and the Alcatel One Touch Idol X and they are both pretty cool phones and are in the same price range and their specs are great and pretty close.
i have been a fan of the sony xperia line for a while now and my heart really sways towards the V but the idol x has almost the same specs and is better in some cases and has a bigger 5.0 inch screen compared to that of the V's 4.3 inch screen , sure water resistance is a cool feature but i dont want to make the wrong choice here especially because the idol x has a quad core processor while the V has a dual core one.
so if you guys can help me choose and also tell me if the quad vs dual thing will affect gaming so much? , and also if the quality of the phones them selves (you know fabrics , cameras , screens , battery and such) will make a difference in future use. that would be great.
thanx in advanced.

thanx a bunch i'll be sure to post in the right place
So I searched the forums for a place to write this but couldn't find so I decided to post here.
I am looking to buy a tablet, but have no idea which one of the millions to choose.
What I'm looking to in a tablet:
- Good (to excellent) performance
- Big screen (around 10 inch), and a good one
- Supported by the forums (I'd like to install all different kinds of ROMs..)
- I came across the possibility to have dual-boot with Windows, so that'd be awesome (of couse win10)
- 64GB would be great
- Nice battery life
- And, of course, the cheaper the better (I don't want to spend more than 300$ on it)
I'm pretty sure I'm asking for too much, especially with the budget price, but can you guys please do me a favor and suggest me tablets around the specs I want?
Oh and I looked at Telcast's X98 Pro tablet, it was perfect, but problem is that the tablet isn't supported by the forums at all..
Thank you guys in advance!

Sry I am new here so I didn't know if this is the place to post questions like this, but I need your help on choosing a phone with good performance and good support with cyanogen and root.
I don't know which device I should choose whether the Samsung A3 (2016),Samsung A5(2016) or the Sony M4 Aqua.
Sorry if this isn't the place to post but I can't decide between these devices.
I like the sony because it's waterproof but heating issue and kinda out-dated,love the samsung but don't know if they will be supported enough and if they have good performance.
Please give me your opinion and thanks in advance.
P.S Money isn't the issues, just need to decide on the device
