Phone Stuck, Tried EVERYTHING! - T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy Note5

Hey,
I have a sm-n920t (tmobile note 5)
How it started: Was trying to load a new rom, kept telling me no OS installed.
The Error: Stuck at the samsung galaxy note 5 screen powered by android
What I tried (other than everything):
load up every firmware in obin 3.10.7, all of it downloads on the phone successfully, but still stuck on the same screen.
After I load up the firmware(s), I did the typical wipe data/factory reset, even cleared the cache, still nothing.
I tried every firmware: COj5, COKC, COI5
Goal: Just trying to get it to boot, I can't even get stock crap to work!
Here is obin results, which says successful:

Have you tried emergency firmware loading through the Samsung smart switch computer program? Pretty simple, download it to your computer and plug your phone in to your computer run smart switch and it has instructions.
Also I've found some versions of Odin don't work on this phone. I don't have my computer where I'm at or I'd tell you which version that works for me.

Have you tried to use Odin3. V3.09 with stock rom N920TUVU2COJ5? After Odin, try to factory wipe and reset the phone in recovery mode, the phone should boot up fine.

Did you do a factory reset after you odin'ed? Make sure your usb drivers are good and your usb cable is also good.

I'm on the same boat here. I did factory reset, wipe cache after flashing odin (3.10.6). I also tried to repair the EFS folder using Octoplus box but the problem remains the same. It's just stuck on Samsung logo.
Any help will be appreciated.

+1 for the USB cable. I haven't had a problem on this phone, but back in the Vibrant days I ran into the exact same problem as you're having. Come to find out that something with the USB cable was making it so that everything wasn't getting copied correctly. Don't know how, but once I changed the USB cable, everything went smoothly. And if you're using the stock USB cable, with the reputation these cables have with failing, it wouldn't surprise me.

I had the same problem. Apparently the partition was corrupt. I used the PAC file from ere http://dl.samfirm.net/post/133865885867/full-note-5-n920t-n920tuvu2coj5tmb-511 or http://dl.samfirm.net/tagged/N920T, (the second link has a widr range of PAC files of which the newest you have to pay, but older files are free) which cleared up the issue. I don't know if it's free, my cost you a dollar or two, but in my case (I paid for the latest) it was worth it.
I hope you find a work-around.

Are you putting the .tar file in the PDA slot in Odin?
Is your phone in download mode?
What base was you phone when it was working? ICS or JB?
If ICS stick with flashing root66 ICS for now (not any bootchains or modems) so that we can focus of getting your phone working first before any type of upgrade.
Also, if you cannot restore your phone by simply flashing root66 in Odin, follow this guide HOW-TO Unbrick Your Soft-Bricked Galaxy S III

I am a base ICS and yes i have the phone in download mode, and i am using the pda slot but i cant get anything at all to flash sucessfully. That is the guide that i got the files from and i cant even get the first file to flash....
1.Open up ODIN
2.Select only the following box: F. Reset Time
3.Flash the VRALEC bootchain in the PDA section and wait for a PASS message
Thats where i get a fail message

Did you check your MD5's? Also, just confirming that you already tried to restore by flashing root66 .tar in PDA with only Auto Reboot and F. Reset checked off? Also, read the second post in that guide and see if your symptoms are similar to the guide's second brick scenario.

Maybe this will help, i tried for the hell of it to boot normal and now it will go past the splash screen and come up to an "encryption failed" error with a reset button. The reset button does nothing..
have you tried getting into recover since the Odin flash failed?
Also, do you have Kies running on your computer? When using Odin, kies needs to be disabled.

That's the file you mentioned in the OP or the one I just pointed you to (different files)?
That last one was the file you pointed to me and yes they were different files, neither one work.
Flash this (stock bootchain) in PDA: http://truelinux.net/sch-i535/bootchains/BOOTLOADER_I535VRALF2_618049_REV09_user_low_ship.tar.md5
then download this (stock rom), unzip it, and flash in PDA:
http://goo.im/devs/invisiblek/i535/...535VZWALG1_743127_REV09_user_low_ship.tar.zip
Having so many files fail with an Odin flash makes me think the error is caused by something else, though...
What else could it be?

Honestly, we've reached the limit of my experience. Must issues with Odin result from the physical connection. I know you tried different cords and different ports. I assume you're doing this, but make sure your usb cable is plugged into a port on the motherboard, not a hub or remote port.
I honestly don't know what the next step is... Reinstall drivers and Odin?

Recovery is not seandroid enforcing

Hi,
I've just gotten my new s6 and I found there was a bit too much bloatware on it so I went ahead and tried to root it using CF-Autoroot.
I went into download mode, opened up Odin and tried flashing it. It said passed, then when it booted up it got stuck on the samsung logo and said "recovery is not seandroid enforcing" at the top.
I had the latest software update on my s6 (which came out like a couple of days ago), this is probably why it didn't work. I've tried flashing this "stock firmware" I found on the net with Odin but it gets stuck on "Setupconnection".
Any help is well appreciated.
Try a different cable, or try rooting with unikernel, it might boot up after that

My problem doesn't lie within Odin, it's just that I'm bricked and no matter what I try it does not work.
I tried to flash Unikernel and I've also tried flashing TWRP as well as quite some full stock ROMs, nothing seems to be working. I'm out of ideas.

GT-N8010 - Stuck on Downloading... Do not turn off target!! screen after KIES update

Ok so I'm new at this. Just downloaded Kies and it suggested to upgrade firmware (probably to 4.4.2 from 4.1.2 - google told me). With the tablet connected it downloaded and installed (as per the Kies notifications on my PC) and then it said that the device would reboot and then I would need to disconnect and connect the device again.
However, after like 20 mins or so the tablet never rebooted, or did anything, (the blue bar had completed and there was nothing else on the screen except for Downloading... Do not turn off target!!!...)
And it's been like this ever since... I did google some stuff and downloaded the firmware (N8000XXUDNH2_N8000OJVDNH1_N8000XXUDNH1_HOME.tar - 4.4.2 Kitkat - UAE Region) and then odin (v 3.10.7) and tried to unbrick it or whatever but after the odin shows that my device is Added!! and verifies the firmware I've downloaded is fine (leave CS), it keeps failing after I press start.
The tablet isn't turning off, or rebooting. The only thing it's doing is if I press the power and volume up button and keep it pressed, it reboots and shows me the same screen again but this time, it has this written in the corner:
ODIN MODE
PRODUCT NAME: GT-N8010
CURRENT BINARY: Samsung Official
SYSTEM STATUS: Custom
AP SWREV: A2
I tried using odin while this is displayed as well, but it still keeps failing.
Can anyone help please?
Question 1 what model do you have ??
Firmware you show is N8000
Odin shows product asN 8010 .

Greetings and welcome to assist. If you have root you could make a system dump via adb but I doubt that would solve your issue. Havr you tried kies emergency firmware recovery ? If that doesn't work all I can suggest is flashing a pit file, the fact that it is passing with odin but not booting is a concern though

Samsung J1 Ace (SM-J110F) Stuck in ODIN Mode after normal reboot

I woke up to my phone's UI being all funky and crashing so I restarted it and now it's stuck in ODIN Mode. I've made the attempt of flashing it with TWRP and even the stock firmware to no avail. I've used multiple versions of ODIN and different cables and computers and nothing. The closest I've gotten to any sort of success is by using ODIN v3.04 and using a .pit file( as it seems it was necessary) to flash TWRP and it is now just stuck at 'NAND Write Start!!'. All attempts of flashing the firmware has resulted in not being able to connect to serial port or there being no PIT file. As far as I'm concerned there's nothing else I can do on my own. If anyone has any ideas or knows how to help I'd certainly appreciate it?

Sent from my Redmi 4A using Tapatalk
I can't unlock the bootloader if I can't even boot the device properly, the device only goes into ODIN Mode no matter how I turn it on, I can't get to the OS to do that in the first place.
Same prob. with my sam j1 ace smj110f
Any fix for this problem yet?
