please help with a terrible recall procces - Shield Tablet Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

i have been in a 4 months of a very very bad customer attention with a tablet recall. I started the procces in august (ticket number 49440219) and i had to do it by phone because the country that i am living now is not listed there (i bought the tablet at wen york)....this is the worse process i have ever been.
Any of their agents can`t even register my recall process beacuse i am not in a listed country and the excuse is that their emails cannot receive an attached photo. i sent it over like 6 or 7 times. 4 months of waiting with no new answers (the only one is that my request doesn`t even started) in all this time, and the only thing that i can do is call again, and again..and no new answer, their agents, the only two agents sandra (who was vey kind but cannot do anymore) and daniel (this is the one that tell me that there is only one two persons now for recall), don´t know anything at all, and just keep me saying that emma, their supervisor will call me back, but never happens that and i told them to write me an email which never happens neither.
can you guys tell me please where i can put this compliant properly even beyond nvidia maybe??

to help others, i started to write them of twitter and facebook, twitter was faster, they give this canal for complaint https://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/chat/chat_launch now i am waiting for a response. this is the only way that apparently is working, if i received my tablet, i will let you know. The recall procces is managing by steerycicle company and the said they cannot do anything beacuse nvidia doesnt tell them anything about the non listed countrys.

Hello guys,
this is my first post on this forum and I hope it doesn't sound to agressive.
So, here goes:
I bought a HTC Touch Cruise that was locked on the RO Vodafone network. Before finding out about this great forum and all of you guys I ordered and paid, stupid me, ~30 euros for an unlock code from deblocage-htc.com
I sent them the correct imei, and the money via paypal and the next day i received my unlock code.
I inserted a sim card from the telecom company i work with and it asked for the unlock code, so i entered the code and... surprise: INVALID CODE.
I sent an email back to the site owners (that was 7 days ago) and asked them to help me solve my problem.
7 days have passed and still no answer, although I sent several other emails.
I filed a claim on paypal and the guy managed to send evidence that he is ok in only 2 MINUTES, but still doesn't find time to answer my emails.
This was the first time (and definitely the last one) I tried the easy way and I ended up with a "fat lip"
I managed to unlock my phone by miself today thanks to the nice utilities and the very explicit guide provided by Olinex (hope I remembered it right), so i promise i'll make a donation to you this week.
What I'm pissed about are not the money, but the fact that they didn't even bother to answer my emails.
PS.
My lawyer would love to know their real name and address, as I record each and every online purchase I make, and print screens with all the terms and conditions.
Hopefully the guys in the IT dept in my company will manage to provide me with the information I need.
I apologize again if this post doesn't belong here, but in a moment of stupidity (this was my first windows mobile phone and I didn't have any patience) i've been scammed for the first time in my life...

Apalling HTC Support

I have just about come to the end of my tether in trying to work with HTC support in order to get my HTC X7501 repaired.
After 9 call to the "Support Centre", 3 e. mail support tickets raised (One of them involving 9 message pairs) trying to clarify charges related to the repairs, I have just received the device back unrepaired because "after 21 days we have received no communication from you".
They have consistantly ignored my requests for the name and contact details of the person responsible for customer relations in the UK.
Can anyone suggest who I should be contacting?
There is no way, ever again, that I am going near an HTC device despite the fact that I have been using them for 5 years.

how old is the device? You may be covered under consumer rights.
Also, you should google the MD of the company and email them directly... honestly! I've now done this successfully with Sky and Expansys and had contact from both....

Has anyone had any recent purchases from Expansys?
I've been reading around their reviews aren't good.
Apparently communication and customer support is bad.
Been using them for years, with no major issues.
And they do get the nice "toys" before most
They are good in general, just hope you dont have any problems.
I got one of the IMate 8502 earlier on this year for £99 and after a few days the E key stopped working then another week on the L key stopped also.
I dident want to change to a different device as they did not have anything close for the price so I asked them about replacement as the device was no longer under warranty from IMate and they said if I sent it in then it would go to replace/refund depending on stock.
Anyway lots of emails backwards and forwards and they would not do anything unless I sent in the device. So I did reluctantly and I phoned them (this was a mission in itself) and spoke to the customer services manager and asked him if they cant fix please send it back as I could still use it and I did not want a refund if they could not replace.
One week later I got a refund, no call or email when I asked them not to and after numerous emails (all with no reply) I tried calling the manager many many but he was either sick, on leave, in a meeting but never returned my calls.
So as long as your devices does not break then they are great, if you want more proof take a look at their support forum it says a lot.

I guess keyboard failures can be fixed by opening the phone and fixing the keyboard properly.

i am planning to buy a new phone soon, probably a China one. i have already checked many china shops but most of them do not look like a safe place for spending a couple hundred euros, and paying with paypal is in many of them impossible.
so would you be so kind and share your expirence with chinapadmall, because i was unable to find any useful information on the internet. at a glance they look different from most of china shops and paying with paypal is also possible.
just another question: probably i am going to buy either a iocean/OU Sheng X7 or a UMI X2. which one do you think is better in term of build quality?

I personally would keep away from Chinese phones, generally because they tend to not have any support afterwards. I looked through this site and however designed/presented nicely, the reviews are mostly of customers asking questions about the product. They seem to respond back though so that may be a good sign (even though they're using the reviews section as a forum, which is deceiving). Sorry for not exactly answering your question, but that's just my 2cents.

you are probably right about support ,sadly not so many own those phones. actually i am buying that kind of phone, because in last half year i lost two phones (they were both stolen by somebody). now i do not want to spend much money on a new phone.
including taxes and DHL shippinig i can get a full hd phone for approximately 220€ (about 290$), and that is why i am interested in buying China phone.
i will have to think a bit and search the internet, whether it is worth buying cheap phone and hooping for best, or spend at least twice as much money for Nexus 4, Sony Xperia Z, or other flagship devices.

I think i can tell you something, I think there must something made you misunderstanding, i made two orders in chinapadmall.com, they response very fast and reply my every email and live chat, maybe the email sent to your junk box? it seem the live chat time from China time 9:00~18:00, you can try to see and try again. and even over 45 days, they accept return and refund, don't worry. one of my friend experienced it. it is better you tell him your order number first, so they can confirm soon. when refund the money, you must will get a coupon as a compensation( my friend got the coupon, hope the same as you).
and by the way, if they didn't answer you, how did you sent back the phone? where you got the return address?

On Friday Jerry said the chat today I would give the tracking number, but I ask you and I closed the conversation. No I think I have been scammed, and the address to which returned the phone was not the same that came in the package where they sent me the phone. ie they send from an address and returns go to another company and another direction, even in another city. All this is very rare and worst is that after almost 3 months I am still without my money and no mobile. SO I would not buy ANYTHING IN CHINAPADMALL. COM

I think I know where is the problem, the problem is not CHINAPADMALL.COM didn't answer your questions, it seem you returned the phone to the wrong address ( wrote in the package?).
if you purchased the phone via paypal in the store, it is better you follow the refund and return rules of paypal. you should dispute in paypal and ask for return and refund, paypal will show you the address that you should send to. remember never do not send to the address wrote in package. if over 45days, it is better you contact their after service for address before you sending. as I know, many package sent from China the address wrote on package are address of POST AGENT COMPANY, not the real seller, because the agent handle all for seller, seller only need prepare the package for picking up.
i suggest you keep contact CHINAPADMALL.COM , tell him the tracking info, ask him for help for find the package. if sent to the POST AGENT, they also can have it back, but will take many times, it is possible to get your money back, CHINAPADMALL.COM wont let you lost money, as I know my friend got money back and got a coupon for compensation and he made a new order with the coupon( 8USD discount for any item).

PS: I should have some form of official or judicial claim a refund of my money or sending mobile. The truth is that after this experience cost me a bit to buy mobile in china and you run the risk of having a problem and that the store is a scam as chinapadmall and not do anything responsbles. I have no problem with china mobile. Nice power for third price of regular brands with good workshop quality. Only problem is support...
.My phone I received from om them was faulty and they have asked me to return it to them. I have done by DHL but it seems to be being held in customs in Shenzhen. Is it legal to return a phone from UK to Shenzhen? Why would customs hold it?

[Q] Need Guidannce

I will keep it short.
I am from India.I won a neXus 4 giveaway back in dec 2012 from AndroidAuthority.com , The guy responsible for the event had told me that he shipped the device 3 times during these 8 months but i never got the device. When i ask them 1 or 2 time they threatened me that they will not continue if i keep asking them. Now all of a sudden they mailed me that the device was lost during shipment and according to their terms and conditions , i will get nothing. I tried to access that giveaway web page for T&C , but the page was removed. When i asked them to prove me that they really shipped the device (some reciept or track number), they are not even replying me.
Being a middle class guy from india , is there something i can "actually" do against such a big International organization ? i don't have any money to go against them . Please guide me on this . Should i stand against them or my protest against them will not even matter to anyone?
I have every proof and all the conversations and there is no way my point can be proved wrong. They treated me very bad.
