[Q] CWM Recovery

I tried posting this in Android Development thread, but due to the fact I don't have enough posts, it will not allow me to do that.
I am trying to find out where I can download the CWM Recovery Installer for my TF101. I was able to download 2 of the 3 parts for root, but can't find a usable link for the recovery installer. Several of the links I have found on here are not good links any longer. Can anyone help??

[Q] trying to install philz touch recovery on one s

I am trying to flash phils touch recovery on my one s, curently I have twrp and flashed the philz zip with that but when booted into recovery twrp still there. do I have to flash image separately as with roms.
I do have Hassoon 2000 tool kit do I just flash the image of the whole zip again?
I need this to get KitKat.
any help appreciated folks.

hi the_ziom i followed the links on the philz recovery thread on xda to the ville section which took me to goomanager downloaded the zip extracted it. hit flash own recovery on hasoon 2000 tool box browsed to the image file and got a messge label incorrect syntax error.

u can download from moulnisky...that rom is wrking tested ..so no issues if u need stock u can download n flash that.....wrking perfect..

Can you Please make available Custom Recovery Philz Touch for Micromax A106 Unite 2 Lollipop ROM?
I have recently come to know that micromax has officially release update of Unite 2 and it is from Kit Kat to Lollipop...
So I am planning to flash the update within a day or two and then i will in need of supported philz touch recovery (I like the most)

Extract the zip and flash the img file of recovery through flashify.

Please Can anyone point to STOCK RECOVERY link For 8GB Kitkat ?
I am not able to find stock recovery for UNITE 2,

The recovery read the temperature from sys/devices/platform/sec-thermistor/temperature. If this is not the correct address for the CPU temp please let me know.

The "TWRP 2.8.7.0 T31x.img" file can be flashed with dd command or Flashify, the "T31x odin.rar" file must be unarchived and flashed with Odin and the "T31x.TWRP.2.8.7.0.flashable.zip" file can be flashed directly from recovery (custom recovery).
The files attached here must be unzipped and flashed with dd command or Flashify.

Quick question. Not too familiar with dd or Flashify, but I do have Odin. If I renamed the image file Recovery.img and tar'red this image file, could I flash it through Odin?

No, you can not flash recovery.img with Odin.
For Odin download the recovery attached, unrar and flash with Odin.

Much appreciated. Having the Odin option is always handy for us Samsung users, especially when it comes to pre-Knox devices.
PS. I obtained the T310 Odin recovery, but now you've removed it. I can personally confirm it flashed OK. I'm about to use it to Nandroid prior to tossing out the stock software in favor of CM12.

Download the T310 and reflash it. The version that I removed was not the latest version ( it was one of my test builts).

Worked just fine once I flashed it with Odin. Seems Lollipop is a little too new for this tab, so I used this to go back to KitKat (the tablet actually had Jelly Bean 4.2 when I first got it, so it's still an improvement).

I attempted to flash this from 2.8.3.0, but it gave me an error.
I thank any assistance.

The zip file from the first post is not flashable. That file was a simple archive.
If you like a flashable file for T310 download this file.

but i still on costum recovery

In Odin deselect F. Reset Time and flash the recovery again. After that, reboot the tablet.

after install . Nothing changed I still on the custom

I removed the error from the box in front of F.Reset Time .
and start .install .
I don't know what I did wrong.

Try to deselect Autoreboot and select F. Reset Time. If this in not working, download the. img file and flash it with Flashify ( if you have root; you can root with cf-auto-root and odin) or flash with odin an old recovery and after that you can directy update the recovery with. zip file or with odin.

How to get a cwm recovery for gionee p3s

I am trying to find a recovery for this phone for about a week. I have tried almost everything i could find in google and various forums, with no luck.
I have tried using mtk droid tools, magic twrp installer, carliv recovery and also cwm builder. But could not build any working recovery for my device.
Can someone tell me if it is possible to find any recovery (or build)?
