Best game
I tried it for a few minutes and the actual game looks quite smooth, BUT on my Nexus5 it was almost impossible to grab a stick and to place it somewhere else. Furthermore, I would like to see a better contrast (maybe just more transparance) on the free places. It waas quite hard to read the current equation.
Keep it going, seems like a nice caual brainy game
Very nice!!! =)

What is screen size for your device and if you can provide me with a screenshot from your device, I will really appreciate that
And what do you mean with "more transparance"?
Hi,
my device is a nexus 5 ... so 5" with 1080 x 1920px.
With more transparent I mean, that the available fields, where you can drop a stick, are so dark that it makes it hard to read the current equation.
By the way in the first level I wanted to make "9 - 3 = 6" and it says WRONG

I think this is a large screen!! Also about transparent , you can use light sticks as they are very clear and light to read the equation easily
About level 1 it is 8 - 3 = 3. and you just have one move then if you move left bottom stick on eight to put it on 3 it will not be 6
You need additional move to get right top stick on 3 to the left but you have one move only
... yeah it helps to know how a six looks like sorry, was my fault.
very interesting, I like puzzles :good:

nice game
I love matches puzzles in real life and so do I love your game as well! In my opinion, it is quite hard to control on a 5 inch screen, however. Mainly because the matches are too small. I would recommend landscape instead of portrait screen format. Maybe one could also thing about some different control sheme. Especially the "green" when you can put down one match does not help much, since it is completely hidden under my fat fingers

Over the last 3 weeks I ported the lua code from Pax Britannica to Android. I used libgdx for that. I only implemented the two player mode so far. There are also some differences in the speed of the units. This is because of the smaller screen resolution and the so decreased distance between the factorys.
Pax Britannica is a one-touch real-time strategy game by No Fun Games. Two players battle it out underwater, struggling to be the last one standing!
How to Play
Select your ship to start a battle against the computer. Select two ships to start a local multiplayer battle.
Touching your game area (Left screen for player 1, right screen for player 2) spins the needle on the radial menu in the middle of the player's factory ship. The needle will only travel as far as the player's current resources allow. Resources (gold? seaweed? who knows!) accumulate over time.
Releasing the touch creates a ship that corresponds to the quadrant that the needle is pointing at.
Fighter: Small, fast and cheap. Great at chasing down bombers.
Bomber: Shoots slow projectiles that do massive damage to frigates or enemy factory ships!
Frigate: A great hulk of a ship that fires volleys of heat-seeking torpedoes. Effective against fighters.
Upgrade: Improve your factory ship to accumulate resources more quickly.
Ships you spawn fight automatically using the latest in artificial aquatelligence technology. The player who keeps their factory ship alive wins!
This is a complete rewrite/port of the orginal game available for Windows, Mac OS X and GNU/Linux:
http://paxbritannica.henk.ca/
made with libgdx

works very nice on my SGS2. ty!
Game looks interesting. No issues so far.
Does someone got a Motorola Defy? The Defy seems to have input problems... :/
Works well on my HD2. Very cool game. With some added multiplayer over the net would make it amazing.
Sent from my HTC HD2 using XDA App
works awesome on my Nexus One
Works fine on Nexus One GRJ22. Maybe our screen is a little small for this game, but that's all.
First time i've tried this game and I think it's great
I agree that multi-device multiplay would take it to a whole new level
No errors or anything so far.
This is really good, just needs better graphics
Realy cool game and works great on my desire. Need some level adjustment because it is to easy to win

I really like the game!
It's the most simple game (control-wise) I've ever seen but I just keep playing it
- Some kind of level system would be awsome (keep upgrades but harder or different enemies fe.). At the moment it's a bit repetative vs cpu.
- Multi-device MP sounds cool.
- Could you have 3 or 4 player/cpu battles?
Keep up the good work!

Cheers!
Awesome port man. Maybe turn up the difficulty a little (same prob I have with the OG) but other then that perfect. 10/5
Fun game, really simple controls and is addictive!
I'd like to have it look nice on qHD screens though (for my phone), could you post the source for me to try doing that? Thanks!
Can it be posted on internet for multiplayer mode?

I failed in my Math exam and my friend passed.. thinking Math can't beat him. I made this game to prove him WRONG.
SUMX or SUM TEN is a simple number game where u have to add ten random numbers that appear one after another with a specific time delay between two numbers, then enter the answer and move to the next stage where the time delay decreses. Isn't that simple?? It actually isn't simple( this did beat my friend atleast).

"A simplest Game to Controlling & Empowering our senses"
Well my first thought was " Its the simplest TOUGH game, I ever played "
SumX targets your two important senses i.e EYES and EARS
Numbers appears on screen on a fast regular interval and we need to add them up - seems so simple but not really. Speedy calculation requirements hits our intellect. Besides the vocal output will try to misguide your Viewing sense !!!
Well d developer dont allowed us to take a breathe before we complete a level. Hence I view a powerful challenge in SumX
Must try this game.
I would like to rate it 4.5 stars out of 5.
And a AA+ for developers thinking !!!
Suggestions:
1. Time limit to encode my answer was not the really tough task which tighten up with every level, I feel. I meant I i could add up all digits I must have encoded right answer in almost same speed. Hence time to encode my answer should not be the parameter of Tightening of Higher Levels.
2. What really matters here was time duration between each number flips on screen and That can be the variety as we go up in levels.
3. Eyes can be further challenged with a sequences of various transitional effects to show up the Numbers on screen. This may be implemented to make the SumX more challenging.

thanks for your views and suggestions.. this is very helpful and I'll definitely consider your points while making the next version
thank you very much
I really liked it, it's very simple yet challenging. Maybe you can improve it a little by changing the color palette (blue dialog boxes, blue buttons and overall blue backgrounds together doesn't look very good) and giving a little more margin and/or center the text in the dialog boxes (it is too close to the left margin imho).
Didn't reach too far on the game but haven't found any bugs whatsoever. I'd rate it 4.5/5 too, good work!! :good:

Congratulations to your game - it's fun! Comments:
1) The popup advertisements block the whole screen. This would not be a problem but the timer goes on when they are displayed, so you loose important time while clicking them away! Since the difficulty is extremely high, it is frustrating to loose a round just due to an advertisement popup.
2) Some boxes in the early levels seem extremely fast and thus unclickable for me. However, that's my subjective impression. Maybe this game is also much easier on tablets than on phones.

The game seems colorful and interesting, need to try this, congratulations.
EDIT: played. You should lower the difficulty a bit, because it's already hard on a second level. Also, the "clicking" sounds in the main menu is too loud (maybe it's just for me). But the game seems ok

Hey XDA-devs,
I'd like to present to you my first game, Stellar Alien! It's a super rad space adventure/shooter where you control a little alien named Starbli! He's super brave, moving and grooving to save the stars from the evil Periculum aliens. Travel through the space with your hubble, and avoid being pulled in by planet's gravitational pulls and battle against the aliens trying to destroy the stars.

The game has undergone a huge revamp recently, it was developed two years ago when I was 14 years old. For those devs out there wondering, I wrote the game by myself in HTML5/JavaScript. The past few weeks I've been working to improve the graphics, controls, and level design. Any feedback is appreciated! Thanks.
Looking for feedback on:
Level Diffculty. How hard is the game for you?
Performance: Is the game running like a snail on your device?
Controls: Do they feel smooth?
If you enjoyed the game, please rate on Google Play or share with your friends. It's tough finding good feedback!

Cool game, the graphics is very nice! I encountered a bug on the very first "boss fight", the boss moved out of the bottom of the screen 90% of the time, I had to evade practically 0 of his shots (he just fired 5 shots or so in total)

That's weird, I think I may have solved the problem (hard to tell since I can't duplicate the bug on my devices). If you could tell me this: Was he was circling around you and was leaving the screen at the same time? Or was he just standing still quite often and not circling?
Thanks.
Update v1.7.0c
Thanks for the feedback everyone, a new update was published to Google Play today!
Hotfix v1.7.0c:
-Implement device's back button on level select menu
-Improve boss AI in Mission 1 - Level 6
-Fix Starbli's bullets sometimes not showing
-Better gameplay experience on boss battles
Good game, nice graphic, but I have some remarks.
1) Movemant joystick was on left side center. It will be better if it will be in left bottom corner.
It would be easier to play
2) First boss was to easy. You must fly up and that all.
Good luck with your game!

Thanks for the feedback! It is interesting to hear that you think it would play better if the controller at the bottom of the screen. I think I'll just let the users position the control sticks in the settings, so everyone can have their own custom placement. Do you like that idea?
And by "first boss", do you mean the chase level in Mission 1 Level 4? Maybe I should make the enemy shoot more and have the player dodge asteroids coming towards them?
I think the controls needs to not have a static placement. I think stick controls work better when the game takes the first place my finger touches as the neutral placement and uses relative movement. If my finger comes up it recalculates the control upon next touch down.

Thanks for the feedback. I will add an option for dynamic controls in the settings.. The static controls will still be there by default, because I prefer them. If I keep getting more feedback preferring dynamic controls then they can be the default setting.
I just want to say that this game is terrific!
-The characters and the environment are simple yet vibrant!
- The controls are smooth.
-There is a little story to it, which I find rare and refreshing in these simple mobile games.
-And there is actual Dialog! Dialog which isn't bad by the way.
There was a bit of a learning curve' but once I got past it things got a lot better.
My only bug was that the game crashed twice, earlier in the game. That could've just been my phone though.
Over all great first game:good: did you do it all on your own?
Hello. I just published my first game on the Play Store. It's called Ball Grind. If you enjoy minimalistic arcade games like Color Switch, Super Hexagon or the ones by Ketchapp, this game is for you. But don't get me wrong, I made something original, there's no game that looks like mine on the play store. Feel free to to give my game a try, let me know what you think below .
Coming for Windows Phone and iOS soon.
Well, I'm not allowed to post links yet. You can find the game on the play store by searching "ball grind" (include quotation marks).

Description:
Your ball keeps spinning around each platform. Tap the screen at the right moment for your ball to jump from a platform to another. Be careful, as the game keeps getting faster and there are obstacles in your way. Your ball can only stay on a platform for a while, so think quickly.
The objective is simple, go as far as you can, but going far isn't that simple! Try to collect diamonds that appear in your way.
- Fast paced one-touch gameplay;
- 10 different balls to unlock;
- 4 difficulty levels : Normal, Hard, Harder, Hardest (sorry, no "easy"). Can you beat all of them?
Focus and precision are key here. Prepare to test your relfexes!
Screenshots:
First impressions: The blue text on an orange background is hard to read IMO, the icon peaks my interest.
After downloading: I denied you access to my photos, not sure why you need that. Looks weird that my in-game currency is off the screen on this menu. I don't really like the text you chose, and why isn't the "Exit" centered on it's button?
After Hitting play: Tutorial is straight forward although hard to read with given text and background colors. seems weird that you want me to hit "start" after successfully completing my tutorial, it should say congratulations and take me into game right away IMO.
After Tutorial: So I lost first level, curious why the level orientation changes after I hit replay? I assumed it should be the same exact level that I get to try again on. I like the SFX, game could use ambient music as well. I feel like the game really has no theme. Prices in store seem fair, I feel like I could easily save up for a skin if I was going to play your game regularly.
Final thoughts: I feel like this is a great start and you're really on to something, I could actually see the game being fun and addicting but right now you're missing the final polish. I feel like you should spend more time on the overall presentation of the game and take care in the way every little thing looks and try to imagine yourself in the shoes of a new player. Do some playtesting with friends and family to see what they think could be improved and ask for honest feedback. I come on these forums to offer honest feedback because I feel like that's what my fellow developers need! Please feel free to send me future updates and games for my opinion, always happy to help.
ALSO, pretty sure mods will remove your post because there is no link.. not 100%

ALSO, pretty sure mods will remove your post because there is no link.. not 100%

Thanks for your review. But it seems there's one thing I didn't make clear: Those levels you see after touching play are actually just difficulty levels, what changes from one to the next is the speed and the colors. This is about seeing how high you can score in each difficulty level. A difficulty level is considered "beaten" once you reach a score of 30 in each (just 20 for the hardest, because I think 30 is way too hard.)
The placement of obstacles is procedurally generated each time you play, that's why it always looks different when you retry.
This is not just about beating the levels, it's also about seeing how far you can go before you crash or miss.
Also, I didn't know my game required access to photos? I don't get that permisson request when I install the game.
Perhaps I should change the description of the game a bit. And yes, I will improve the UI .
