[Q] Need help with my phone, constant crashing - ONE Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

This morning my OnePlus randomly started giving me crashes "com.android.systemui has stopped"
I reformatted my phone and reinstalled the CMod 11S, then it started giving me "AudioFX has stopped working" constantly. I then tried to flash the nightly ROM, and now it's giving me the same "com.android.systemui has stopped" error.
I now have no custom recovery, all of my data is gone and the phone won't even mount to USB storage.
I'd REALLY appreciate it if someone could help!!!

[Q] Clean Install on LG GT540

Hi all,
It was bound to happen, and now the question is how to get out of this mess. A friend and I both have the LG GT540 - and both are not working!
I ran into some trouble with mine I am having the problem that every three seconds I get the following message: ""the process com.android.phone has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again".
Sometimes, I can still work around this by doing a hard reset or booting it up again. To make matters worse I can't seem to connect to the internet, as some internal process appear to be not working at all.
In turn, my friend's phone has become a brick, and does not function at all.
Therefore, the question is: how do you perform a clean install on the phone from your PC?
Any ideas?
Many thanks in advance.

Well bro,i dont know how to reinstall it,but what i think is tha you got a problem with the Launcher application.Try using any other launcher application,I am using ADW with bsic theme...and it works much better than the default, may be it solves your problem as well!

I activated the usb, now I always get an error.

Hi, after installing this rom and trying it for a few days I had the stupid idea to turn on the usb while I was using ubuntu and I uploaded all 3 partitions, then I realized that I was wrong and when I attempted to unmount partitions the cell did not respond to commands, it was stuck and I had to remove the battery to restart it.
Now I can not get into the image gallery and I can not open google play, always crashes android.process.media.
I can not solve this problem, there is a way to fix it?
Do I have to reinstall everything?
Ok, I lost a bit of time and I reinstalled everything.
Now everything works.

[Q] No OS installed

Hello,
I have been using the Cyanogemmod nightlies for a while now to run my One Plus One on Cyanogenmod 12s. While I was updating the nightlies on the 18th, the phone just did not boot up. It was repeatedly 'Upgrading Apps'. I tried to install previous nighlies using TWRP, but that did not work either.
Now, I have tried wiping the phone and restoring it to a backup. However, I accidentally wiped the entire phone and now I do not have an OS Installed. When I try to reboot, a warning saying 'No OS Installed' shows up. I tried connecting the phone via usb to my PC, but the PC does not recognize it anymore.
Can anyone guide me with how I should proceed?
Thanks,
Abhi2488

[Q] Stuck in bootloop after Cyanogenmod install error

Hi folks,
This evening I decided to install Cyanogenmod on my Moto G. All seemed to go fine until I started getting "Unfortunately, System UI has stopped" errors that meant I couldn't even get into any of the phone's menus. I tried to reset the phone to reinstall the ROM, but got stuck in a boot-loop where the phone won't boot to allow my PC to see it, so I can't copy the necessary files to it to re-flash the ROM. I also can't push them with ADB for the same reason.
I am stuck! Please offer any advice. Thanks!

did you install a custom theme? does your computer recognize your phone when in recovery?
Just a failed installation of Cyanogenmod. Windows can recognise the phone but gives an error when installing the driver, meaning I can't copy anything to it to re-flash.
On the phone itself, I can get into TWRP in recovery mode, but I don't know how to get files onto it to re-flash.

LG L80 D373EU won't reset to factory settings neither flash

Hello everyone,
Last couple days I'm having big troubles with my LG L80 D373EU phone. First I was looking for some custom roms for this model because phone lately started to slow down, poor application response even after phone
was recently reset to factory settings. After unsuccessful custom rom pursuit I've decided to look for new stock LG firmware. I've downloaded LG Flash Tool 2014, LG USB drivers, latest KDZ firmware and everything looked fine until I decided to pull out SD card to backup data from phone and than suddenly message "unfortunately the process android.process.acore has stopped" started to popup. Phone couldn't be connected to PC via LG software mode or any other except USB charging which is default, phone doesn't see mobile network, sim card, contacts etc. I've tried everything to solve this error, from clearing cache in every application -->Contacts, Contacts Storage... at the end "Reset to factory settings" from Settings menu wasn't possible. I've managed to hard reset phone with Power+Up buttons but error "unfortunately the process android.process.acore has stopped" is still present and everything else the same like before hard reset! At the end I've tried to flash phone with LG Flash Tool 2014 and latest DZ firmware. I succeded to enter "download" mode with pressed UP+ and connected USB cable but LG Flash Tool 2014 (CSE flash) doesn't recognize phone via USB port and whatever I've tried pops up the message: “The Phone is disconnected from PC" at 15%!
Is there anything I can do with phone or the phone is dead?
u should have octoplus box to fix it!
Octoplus Box is great, as I've seen on their site this box supports LG D373EU but only problem is its price - about ten times price of this LG price.
Is there any other cheaper solution?

If you had the sdcard set as Adoptable Storage, that would cause the issue with the "process has stopped" error when you removed the sdcard. Or if you moved some system apps to sdcard, that would cause the issue also.
Have you tried reinserting the sdcard? If you have wiped/formatted or deleted anything from the sdcard, reinserting won't help. If you had reinserted it when the issue started, it might have went away and you probably could have continued with flashing without issues.
Is there an option in flash tool to wipe/format the device or is there an option to repartition the device, an option that uses a file with the correct partition order to be used with the firmware when you flash it?

Good idea, I hoped returning the SD card to the phone will solve the problem because everything started after pulling out SD card. I didn't format SD card yet, but after returning SD card nothing happened, still prompting error message: "unfortunately the process android.process.acore has stopped" even after hard reset and returning to factory settings.
And about LG Flash tool there isn't any option to wipe, format or repartition just to flash ROM.
so than your EMMC maybe damaged.(unfortunately)

Does it mean that Octoplus box or some another similar box can't fix it?

Not if you have a damaged/faulty internal sdcard. Flashing software only fixes software problems, it does not repair damaged/faulty hardware components, the only way to fix bad hardware and components is to replace the faulty hardware components.
