Hello, I bought my titan in February of this year. My girlfriend actually bought it for me for my birthday (doesn't get much better does it? Haha.) Anyways she didn't set up the equipment protection for the phone, and now I am having some problems with it. I am wondering if there is any way I can get sprint to let me get on this. I know it has been after 30 days but does anyone know of a way to do it? I would be forever grateful!

So I have an HTC Surround currently, It's a refurbished model (I had a Focus, screen cracked, insurance gave me the htc) and I received it about 2 months ago. The microphone lately hasn't been picking up my voice over phone calls the past few weeks. So, I want to do a warranty check on it. My question is, because At&t no longer sells the surround, will they give me an alternative option; or have they set aside a number of units for such a case? If I wait will they give me a 2nd gen WP7? Any thoughts? Experiences?

They no longer sell it as new but they still have some for warranty purposes. They just sent me one because I'm having an issue with my Surround losing it's data connection after soft resetting the phone with no way to get it back.

So I spent $150 to get a refurbished Sprint LG G2 through Asurion in November after cracking the screen on my HTC One. I then recently soft bricked my Sprint LG G2 while messing with a ROM. Before that though, I was having problems with maps and parts of the touchscreen not working. I got fed up with it so I decided to take it in to Sprint and see what would happen. They didn't even look at it and ordered me a new one, however they have to send the old one back to Asurion. My question is whether or not I should go through the trouble of getting it back to stock since there is no physical damage. Any advice? Will Asurion check and charge me?
