Shining stars is an addictive puzzle game where the player is to solve a level with stars, each of them is switched off at first. The goal is to shine all the stars in the level by tapping them.
Shining stars features:
1. 120 interesting and challenging levels.
2. Beautiful graphics.
3. Nice background music and sounds.
4. Localized into English and Russian.
5. Available on Android phones and tablets (with different screen sizes).

What's new:

Tried your game and I have a few suggestions for you:
1. Learning curve is too fast. The levels get too hard too fast. make like 10+ very easy levels so that the players get more engaged with the game.
2. The buttons for completed levels look very similar to the locked ones, make them more distinguishable.
3. Maybe add a short ingame tutorial at the beginning, like just 3 start and an arrow pointing where to press.
Anyway, good luck, and post if you decide to make any of the changes)

As for your suggestions:
1. Frankly, I really though hard about this and I solved my first levels many times to make this curve more easy for the players. Maybe it's just the matter of tastes. And the levels (in most cases) are according to the field size (2x2, 3x3, 4x4 etc). First 15-20 levels are pretty easy.
2. As for me, they are pretty different. Some time ago the locked button was with gray border, but I thought it was boring and replaced the gray with the orange. I saw such samples in Angry Birds, Cut the Rope etc, and I don't know how else I can differ them...
3. Thanks, I think it's very good advice. I thought about the tutorial during the development, but decided not to make it interactive, so just added a picture on the About screen. Maybe you are right and the interactive tutorial would be perfect. But now I'm on the crossroad - on the one hand, I would like to make another game, but on the other hand the interactive tutorial would be nice for the players and I must think about the players first. I will think hard about this and maybe will make another update.

Thanks! Frankly, it's very pleasant to see good opinions about my game. Don't be shocked, I spent more than a year from the development start to the release, because I didn't have spare time or felt sick, but I really made every effort to make the game as interesting and beautiful as I could.

I love this style of game! I'm going to try this out for you ASAP.
Personally I prefer desktop market links. I can click on install on my PC and have it on my phone before I even pick it up!
Edit: I just beat all 10 levels. Needs moar challenge (or a timer to see who can finish them fastest!)
As far as presentation goes I'm giving you a 9/10. Fantastic job on the minimalist design. Gameplay could be made more interesting if you only flashed the images on screen for a second each. That would be a memory challenge as well. Still I'd give you a 8/10 in that category. Content is a little limited, I don't know if it's expended in the full version. Thanks for sharing!

I agree with k4p741nkrunch.
The levels are a bit too easy. They don't become much harder during the first 10 levels.
A timer or something to compete with others would be a addition to the game.
Please enable the wakelock, so the phone doens't falls back to the lockscreen when you're not paying attention to the game.
I like the design, maybe it would be nice if the user could select the preferred color.
The game play is also good, very simple an smooth.

Yes, it doesn't work that well on QVGA(Wildfire) devices. I can press one of them, and it'll come with a toast. But if it's correct, I can't press the Next Level button(at least, i guess it tries to tell me "Next Level")
That's what I can see on my wildfire, I can't press the text, and those dots need to be a little bit higher(I discovered that is for next/previous level).
Also I'd like auto-advance to the next level when it's correct.

I got the paid version. 10 levels is too short (I imagine it'll expand). It took me about 2 minutes to finish (I got 8 of them right on the first try).
It would be awesome if in later levels it also included abstract reasoning questions beyond those dots. Spatial reasoning questions would also be great.
I Agree with Tricky-Design, custom color background would be awesome, specially if there is true black for those of us with OLED screens (SGS).
Looking forward for further updates
PS I also expected for the game to automatically forward me to the next level after I successfully complete a puzzle. It's a bit weird to have to tap the arrow.

I could only get the Lite version, but I enjoyed it. I would also love to see harder levels as the game progresses, and I too was expecting it to advance me to the next level already, but it's a very good start to a cool game. My only suggestion would be to have a scoring system of some sort, maybe based on the amount of tries(and/or time) it takes to solve the puzzle.
I did not encounter any bugs or glitches with this game, if it helps. Played on a rooted Droid Eris running Gingerbread 2.3.4 (GSB3.5).

Hi I have the paid version but I would like to report some bugs that I experience in both paid and free versions.
1. No music when starting a new game on occasion. When you get to the next part where new music starts then music with play.
2. Sometimes when collecting stars you get double points and the sound effect plays twice.
3. Limited touch response though rare
4. Occasional force close when starting a new game (only noticed since upgrading to paid version)
5. When I bought a character I was told I did not have enough money but the character unlocked anyway. This only happened once and was the free version.
I am using the Acer Iconia A200 with ICS.

[GAME][2.3+] Flat Frenzy | A game inspired by WarioWare

[GAME][2.3+] Flat Frenzy
Information
This is a game I've been working with on my free time for a couple of months and I've just released it on Play! It's a fast paced game consisting of a chain of minigames which increase in speed as you progress. The minigames are 3-5 seconds long and have very simple goals. After three wins the speed goes up, and it gets very challenging after a while! It's heavily inspired by the WarioWare series but adapted for touchscreens and with a simplistic, flat design. There are built in Google Play Leaderboards so you can compete against your friends and the rest of the world!
The game is free on Google Play and can be downloaded here. If you want to get the latest updates before anyone else and also help me developing the game, consider joining the Flat Frenzy Alpha group on Google+. This will enable you to get the alpha builds of the game and test out new features before anyone else.
More minigames and features are planned and will be released soon. However, don't hesitate to come with your own suggestions for new minigames or features, I want all the feedback I can get! Please also report any bugs in this thread or in an email to [email protected]

New version uploaded! This version brings a new minigame called "Pound". It should be live for everyone in a few hours.
Forgot to publish the leaderboards so they only worked for alpha testers. They have been published now though and should work for everyone!
I like it. But I thinks the graphics could look better. Shinier colors for example. And the shadow doesn't match with the flat design.
I think it has good potential and it feels like one of those game which makes you keep playing for longer than you had originally planned. It gets you frustrated when you lose (in a good way). I'm looking forward to more competition from more people in the leaderboards.

Thank you! The style is supposed to be kinda flat and papery. I might change the colors a bit though and maybe make some new lighting effects.

Thank you! Yeah, I agree it has the "I know I can do better, just one more time" feel to it. The number of people on the leaderboards is slowly increasing, and they're getting better and better scores too
New version!
Lots of sounds added! Sound effects for every minigame and arcade background music. These can be toggled in the settings. Also added a "Relax" minigame which will show up every now and then. It has no objective, you simply win automatically after 4 seconds. It's used for getting a small break mid-game where you can breathe or adjust your posture or something without having to pause.
Also fixed two bugs, one where the game would crash on some devices when entering settings, and one where the game would crash when pressing home button or switching to another application.
Please tell me what you think and what you'd like to see in the future! I'm open to all suggestions
Very nice game! Reminds me of Dumb Ways to Die, but the minigames show even more variety! One bug I encountered: when I click on Leaderboards, nothing happens.

Thank you! Haven't played Dumb Ways to Die before but I tried it out now and I agree, it's the same sort of genre.
I had that leaderboard bug before on my N7 and it was really weird. I believe it's a bug in the Google Play API because everything in my code was working fine. It was like the "connect" method of the Google Play API didn't do anything, no errors either, it was just like the function instantly returned. Anyway, I fixed it by rebooting my device and then it worked again which is even stranger!
Very fun, fast paced game so need to pay attention. Quite addicting

There is now a proper tutorial in the game. I also added symbols to give you a better hint on what to do for each minigame!

Its advantages (why I hold it's outstanding):
1. Lots of Settings.
2. Fog of war (on some levels).
3. On some levels may appear walls: simple or as a Maze.
4. You can zoom the map and move it. Because map size can be ultra big - up to 200x200 tiles.
5. There may be 2 or 4 players - bots or humans.
6. Bots AI does not trick. It may train you, it may be stupid; but if you selected hardest level for it - then no mercy for you; and be forbear - AI may think really hard (so long).
7. There are no any advertising in the game (so the game does not get any promotion).
The game is allowed for people of any age (3+ by PEGI).
The game is member of the program “Designed For Families” ("Brain Games").
The game supports the commonly used languages (13 for now).
Alas game has a poor graphics design; no kittens inside or other nice stuff.
Game has simple: animation (e.g. showing current player tiles), demo and sounds.
Game description:
To win - own the half of all cells first;
Tap the screen to select the new color for your tiles, to own nearby free tiles of the same color;
Touch and Hold the screen to see full game info;
Tap during the animation to make it faster;
Press "Menu" or "Back" for more control.

However, I think you should improve the algorithm that selects the colors among which the player has to choose. Many times, especially at the beginning of the game, you don't really have a choice : your surface is in contact with 2 or 3 colors, and the game asks you to choose between 2 colors, but your surface is in contact with only one of these 2 colors.
Or even, it happens that none of the colors that are offered is in contact with the surface, like in this case.
The game is great, I think you only need to fix this point.

Thanks for a valuable suggestion. But that is strategical part of the game: to select a color, which your opponent need most
Without preventing opponent to choose your color - game becomes very simple - just keep selecting next color.
Another good strategy: to select a color, after which you anyway will have a good colors choice, whatever color opponent choose (that makes the opponent angry).
Game become much harder when you battle against 3 bots: sometimes (on map 4 or 5) you just have to loose few times to get into the good corner (with comfortable start position), then start prying for opponent to make a bad choice. On failure - press back to start from the same corner, where start position is the best (for this map).
so interested game! good to play on free time.

Hey, I'd like to give you some honest feedback because I know that's what fellow developers need!
First impressions: The icon and the screenshots are bad. I would not of have downloaded the game based on the screenshots and icon.
After downloading: During the tutorial, the "screenshot" where it shows me what is going on, could be significantly bigger. A lot of information was given to me quickly, in my past experiences people do not read as much as you would like them to, myself included.
After playing: Why do you even have to use just the green button to jump? If you could just click anywhere on screen it would be a lot easier, I found that my finger did not want to stay on that small button. It's not obvious when you lose lives, it should be a bigger deal. The bar at the top seems to be far too small, that bar is the focus of the game, seems like it should be bigger and clearer to the user.
Other notes: That's cool that you allow the user to pick male or female for free. I like the second themed background and platforms. I like that you can go back to the tutorial if you wanted. My highscore is 14, there should be a share button at the end of a successful run, this is one way your game can grow.
