So i tried to put a factory image on my Nexus because my phone kept on boot looping. Putting a factory image and restoring everything and unrooting was my last resort. I literally tried everything. So now as I'm in terminal about to be finish the process, my computer freezes and crashes. Now my phone sits on the boot loader screen. Not doing . I tried turning it off and turning it on and it only goes back to the boot loader screen. Anything I do it goes back to the boot loader screen. Doesn't even show the google logo anymore. NOthing at all. Only the boot loader screen. So anyone have any advice?
ANYONE????!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!!?!?!
If you were flashing via fastboot and your computer crashed you may be totally effed.

Hold both the volume buttons + the power button down for 20 seconds and see if the phone powers off.

If you can get to the bootloader you should be able to flash the factory image. Have you tried running that again?

Okay, I'm assuming you have ADB/Fastboot set up. Do you have the factory image components in the same folder as fastboot?

I have no idea whats going on with my phone, I cannot seem to use the "master reset" feature of my phone I start it up and This (see attached image) comes up.
in addition: I find that for some reason when I do normally start it up it gets stuck at the "touch the android to begin" to I touch it, and I get "Sorry The process process .com.android.providers.calendar has stopped, unexpectedly, please try again. I force close and another message pops up android.process.acore has stopped please try again" I close that, and I get the application google services framework (process.com.google.process.gapps) has stopped please try again. I close that.and I get "the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped unexpecedtly, please try again" I try bypassing that screen entirely by using the 4 corners trick. (top left, top right, bottom right bottom left) and I get to the wizard screen only there is only the banner that says wizard screen and nothing else. (and then I get those same errors)

So first off, what did you do to make this happen? Try rooting? Rooted and tried to flash a ROM? Something different? Did it just start out of the blue? Give some info on how you came to this situation...
Yes I tried rooting, followed the instructions to the letter, and at first the phone would not go past the "Blaze 4G" logo, (I let it sit there for upwards of 20 minutes with no change, taking out and putting the battery back in) so I decided to flash it back to factory settings using the factory default package provided on this forum. ..and thats how this whole thing started.

If you still have a custom recovery you can install Gapps through it. You will have to do some research, though, and figure out which version Gapps you should use. Version of Gapps must correspond with version of Android .

Edit: Problem solved. After just using stock Blaze 4G I found elsewhere rather than the file listed on the tutorials here for the PDA section, I was able to boot in recovery mode again and was able to do a stock reset from there. Everything looks a little different, but at least it actually runs again.
Hello,
My Xperia Z broke and I sold it. Last week I bought a Nexus 5 (white) and yesterday the touchscreen suddenly stopped working while browsing twitter. I rebooted and the touchscreen worked for 1 sec and then it stopped working again. It keeps working for 1 - 5 sec and then stops.
Is there a way I can fix this? The phone is rooted because I wanted to copy WhatsApp over from another phone because I lost my sim bound to whatsapp.
I can go to the shop I bought it and get it fixed under warranty because I did not do anything weird with the phone nor dropped it. but first I want to see if it can be fixed from home or if it is a software problem because the shop is a hour drive and I don't want to do without my phone for another 2 weeks.
Here is a video how it looks: youtube(dot)com/watch?v=EsSyC50Dksw
Thanks in advance!

This system update spoiled my phone with out knowing it I clicked on system update. After upgrade my phone is not starting and going to teamwin console as shown in image. I tried to find out solution in lot of website but I am not understanding where to start, how to start and what softwares I need to download. I tried to go to LG Service center here in India but they wont service other country LG mobiles. Even I tried to repair in mobile shop but no use.
Can some one please tell me the steps how to bring back my LG G2 Mobile to Working state. I am really confused what kind of software to download some one will say download drivers install through LG Flash tool. Please some one guide me what all steps I need to do. I think my nexus 5 is hardbricked doing a paanodandroid ota update
This happened on latest paranoid android + latest franco kernel + TWRP
I wanted to update pa gapps (first 2 downloads md5 checksum failed, third time it worked) and when the phone booted afterwards, systemui failed and I couldn't do anything. I Thought this wasn't a big problem since the phone managed to boot. I long pressed the power button to shut it down so I could boot into recovery to restore my backup I had recently made. When I tried to boot into recovery it wouldn't do anything. Not boot into recovery and not into fastboot. How is this even possible by simply flashing gapps?
What should I do?
I've tried all the button combinations for more than 15 seconds.

As i mentioned I managed to boot once into the (not working) rom after the (corrupted I think) gapps package had been installed, does that mean that the gapps file cannot have messed up the bootloader since I already managed to boot once after installing the package?

reflash your rom, dirty(dont wipe a single thing). and if you dont have your rom/kernel in your storage, well, you just learned an important lesson. adb push/sideload will be your only option(besides flashing the factory img). use google to find the instructions to adb push/sideload.
Look under q&a on how to flash factory image. Did you volume down/power button to get to recovery?

Always worth having adb and fastboot set up and ready to go.
Also, anyone with TWRP shoudl update to 2.8, because MTP access is an absolute game changer! I'm actually really impressed with WRP now. I didn't think i would be.

Always worth having adb and fastboot set up and ready to go.
