I know that you haven't actually offered to sell anything and I am not even sure you can transfer a data line to another customer, but sooner or later somebody is going to make you an offer and then this thread will be violating xda rule 7: Do not spam, sell or trade on the forums. If you wish to advertise a product, contact us we provide ads. But do not post it in the forums, it will be removed and you're likely to receive a ban. From Nov 30 2012 the Marketplace will close. No new Wanting to Buy or Sell threads should be made after 19 Nov 2012. From Nov 30 2012 selling, buying, trading and exchanging devices or any item will no longer be permitted in any forum or via Private Messages.

No chance, its a paid app. Can always buy to try and return if you dont like.

I'd also like to see it posted. I'm not going to pay almost two dollars for a keyboard that could be a complete fail.

You did know you can return apps you dont like back within 24 hours and get a refund.
2. Android Market Business Policies
Returns: You have 24 hours from the time of purchase (not download) to return any applications purchased from Android Market for a full refund of any applicable fees. You may only return a given application one time; if you subsequently purchase the same application again, you may not return it a second time. Where the option to return an application is available, it will be made available to you through the Android Market user interface. You may not return any Products other than applications.

We arent supposed to ask for things like that as it is illegal..
But can someone upload a trial version of this?

There isn't a trial version.
What part of "it's illegal" do you not understand? Moderators on this site, for good reason, do not put up with warez being distributed. If someone were to post it they'd be banned pretty quickly. Google is your friend.
I seriously hope you get banned for being so damned stupid as to request warez on XDA.
this dude is quite simple he's gonna get banned guaranteed lol. The market allows you to buy apps and return them within 24hours so why not just buy and try it and if u don't like it return it? Besides its two dollars. Thats 8 quarters i find more than that under my car seat lol is it that big a deal?
Hello XDA,
I am an occasional viewer but first time poster. I have searched the forum but couldn't really find anything to help. I was in Germany in December and used htcsimunlock.com to provide me with a code to unlock my HTC desire (locked to Virgin).
I paid the intial fee then then told me I need to pay another fee for a "deep search" and I recieved my code. From what I can tell from reading previous posts it seems this is a legitimate way to do it (not that I agree with the way they informed me about the charges).
However the code they gave me didn't work. I have since emailed them 3 times to get a refund as they advertise how you can get a full refund but They have completely ignored me.
It seems some people have used this company sucessfully but from my perpective it seems like a terrible company a best and a complete scam at worst.
I am just hoping somebody can advise me how to go about getting a refund?
Thanks again.

Why would you give your girlfriend used phone for christmas? If you like her, buy her a new one.
This was one of the many gifts, I don't need to spend 2000 bucks on her, nor does she want me to, a N5 is plenty for her. She has a iPhone 4 atm...

I just received a 2nd 128GB SGS6 from my provider. So what would you guys do? Googling experiences from other people who have had this happen to them with my provider returning the phone turned out to be quite a hassle (they want you to pat for shipping!!!!) If I understand the law correctly I can hold on to the phone and holding on to it does not mean I agree to but it. In other words I am not obliged to let them know and just wait for them if they charge me the phone becomes mine and I they must give me back my money. Anyway it's still sort of abusing other people's mistakes a bit....
I'm confused with your situation. You received a second S6 from Samsung as a warranty replacement??

It looks like you are in the EU, but these are the guidelines for the US. Short answer for here: you are legally allowed to keep it, however the US FTC recommends you write a letter to the sending company notifying them that A) you received it, and B) you are legally allowed to keep it, and that you are sending the letter to notify them of this so they do not bill you for the item. And then it goes on to suggest a fair option, which is allow the sender to pick up the item at their expense.
If your EU laws are the same, you got a free gift!

no a second from my provider. I extended my contract but made a mistake and had that order canceled. Than I reordered, this 2nd seems to be from the canceled order. My contract details show the correct details from the 2nd order. I have received my first phone correctly already 10 days ago
I would just keep it, they probably won't give it to charity.
Give it to me! So that I can use my 32Gb S6 for the development, and your 128 Gb one for personal use! LOL
I think the most practical and honest thing would be to hold on to it until they bill me next month. If the bill me the (subsidised ) price the phone legally becomes mine and rather than going through the hassle of return and refund just keep it for spare or just sell it myself. If they don't bill me I will return it to a Vodafone (which won't accept it going through experience from others ). I can then / have to keep onto it until they arrange pick up or shipping (which they won't )
Very similar situation with Verizon.. called them many times but they saidthe phone was under contract and I'd need the account info and before they can help me. I've tried to contact the guy on fb where I bought it and seen his post from a sell/buy page yet his account. Is no longer available or doesn't show when I search his name. I asked if I could have a number they have on file or can they contact him and they said that they couldn't due to privacy issues.. I bought the s7 edge from him and now only use it have of it is an Internet Explorer... it's a very nice phone set me back 240.00 between a rock and a hard place please help. Or any advice on what to do just try and sell it across seas get a Lil money back. That was about the best advice I have gotten so far. Thanks guys

You've been had, it seems they sold you a device that has been blacklisted due to non payment on their bill.
The only way to activate this phone is for the former owners bill to be paid, then they will remove the block.
Otherwise, sell it, but make it known to any buyers that it does not have a valid IMEI/blacklisted.
Don't cheat someone the way you were cheated, cut your losses and consider it a lesson learned, then be smarter the next time you buy a used device. Remember, when you find a deal that's too good to be true, it usually is.
If you buy from ebay, only buy devices that say they have a good/valid IMEI and only from sellers with a very high rating.
The safest option for buying used devices is to use Swappa.com.

Not sure if you got my earlier reply I just want to thank you for taking the time to answer my question.. Verizon totally left me in the dark basically. It's weird that Verizon won't let me pay a balance if there is one left won't lmk anything. Especially seems how I'm on a sister network and ultimately I'd be bringing them money in not even bring the phone in. Lol anyways I appreciate it again may try and sell it no worries won't do unto others what was done onto me feels kinda crappy.. ttyl

They won't discuss or handle anything specific about an account with anyone but the authorities or the owner of the account, for security and privacy reasons, they are bound by law on this.
On a side note, if you bought the device from eBay then eBay might reimburse your purchase because what you received was not what was listed, you didn't get what you paid for. It wasn't listed as invalid IMEI, it was posted and sold as if it was all legit when it wasn't. eBay might handle this for you, it's worth a shot, at least.
