For a second I thought it was JB ROM for the One S. What is it taking it so long for a JB Rom to be leaked for the One S? The one X had JB based custom Roms for a while!

It is a stock 4.03 (1.11.701 Build) but this was very hard to find for me (sorry, i speak no Chineese ) so i thinked i post it it here... Much S3 Devices swapped via hungary general distributor to the EU and are here available for about €300.- new here in german speaking area!
So the problem is they all are S-ON and it is no SuperCID for S3 available till now (online tutorials failed for me). So if u ulock bootloader, flash recovery and flash a custom ROM you can´t go back without the right RUU for your CID...
If someone have a idea how i can get SuperCID or change my CID to "HTC__102" (Europe WWE) it would be great!

What about the standard procedure: unlock, root, then pull block mmcblk0p4 and search for the CID (i would guess its at the exact same offset), hex edit that block and then push it back to the chip.
That doesn't work on the VilleC2?

If you Upgrade to 4.04 ,You can not flash RUU 4.03 because Hboot is height than old version 4.03.Please waiting RUU 4.04 HTC WWW Asia or change CID complete for S3 version guy .:laugh:

I just got this today from HTC
RUU_Ace_Gingerbread_S_hTC_Asia_WWE_2.37.707.3_Radio_12.54.60.25_26.09.04.11_M2_release_188759_signed
Not sure if any cookers want this to try out this built. I didnt dare flash it as I'm not sure will be able to downgrade (I believe this is 2.37 ???)
I am a complete noob on how to post the file 265MB file but if anyone wants this pls let me know how I can post it up ya.
WARNING:
Please note that you may not be able to downgrade to a lower version after upgrading. The downgrade option on this site only supports till 2.36 so far if my understanding is correct.

Gingerbreak will not work, and it is not downgradeable unless you have Radio S-OFF. You can already see that in the version number.

Nope, Radio S-OFF just allows you to downgrade.

So this is the actual 2.3.7 and yet you can downgrade to older version? Any other improvements apart from the Camera? Does Connected Media works well for streaming? The original 2.2 does not

change cid in HTC__Y13, check new update
I'm trying to unzip firmware.zip from this OTA to extract boot.img, but firmware.zip throws an error in winzip (to be exact: Error: central directory not found.). Shouldn't that work?

I'd like to know the same thing. I guess there's many CID's but only some that will work. Why wouldnt SuperCID 1111111 work?
I managed to get it installed coming from CM10 with hboot 1.13. Now I have the 1.06 radio and hboot 1.14.0002 and went back to CM10 immediately.
Will report tommorow...

CID 11111111 works for RUU I It's like a development CID. You can't receive OTA updates with it though. At least from what I hear.

In order to install ota you must have 3.10.401.6 ruu , once ruu is completed then use stock recovery ti flash sense 6 OTA then after that you can HTC dev and s-off and supercid

you can use revolutionary.io method to S-OFF but AFAIK the site is now down
youR only way is to upgrade officially to ics and then use rumrunner method to S-OFF
how can i upgrade offically .... ive tried to find a rom that fits that CID but no luck ..

So failing this .. my only hope is to some how S-OFF and super CID ? .... square one ...
