Help with Arabic support

Hi folks, tried doing a search in HTC Sensation forum but couldn't find an answer...
I have a European T-Mobile HTC Sensation and want to install Arabic language on it..
What are my options? Would it need to be rooted and flashed? Etc

You will have to 1st unlock your phone then you have two options:
1- Root your phone & install arabic files on it.
or
2- Change the CID of your phone & install official HTC Arabic ROM.

Omar thanks mate... My phone is unlocked but T-Mobile UK branded...
Change the CID and installing the official Arabic ROM is favourable... Anymore suggestions?

You can do it w/o CID, you do need S-OFF and CWR.
Someone has posted a ZIP version of the official Arabic Stock ROM 1.34.415.1 :

Download and flash it with CWR. It works!

If he changes the CID & then flash the Arabic ROM his phone will then automatically receives the FOTA for that specific CID numberm which also includes the 1.45.415.4 update.

You are completely right my friend.
However, flashing a ZIP file through Recovery is simpler than the RUU way. Also, if he's now got a Stock Rom, he will not have to wipe the current content and after running the ZIP file all his data,apps and home screens will be there as before.(Backup is recommended anyway)
You mentioned 1.45.415.4. Has it already been rolled out?
If so does anyone got a link to the RUU?

You have to S-Off your device first.

For a second I thought it was JB ROM for the One S. What is it taking it so long for a JB Rom to be leaked for the One S? The one X had JB based custom Roms for a while!

Post 1 updated! Now fast DB Link available!
It is a stock 4.03 (1.11.701 Build) but this was very hard to find for me (sorry, i speak no Chineese ) so i thinked i post it it here... Much S3 Devices swapped via hungary general distributor to the EU and are here available for about €300.- new here in german speaking area!
So the problem is they all are S-ON and it is no SuperCID for S3 available till now (online tutorials failed for me). So if u ulock bootloader, flash recovery and flash a custom ROM you can´t go back without the right RUU for your CID...
If someone have a idea how i can get SuperCID or change my CID to "HTC__102" (Europe WWE) it would be great!

What about the standard procedure: unlock, root, then pull block mmcblk0p4 and search for the CID (i would guess its at the exact same offset), hex edit that block and then push it back to the chip.
That doesn't work on the VilleC2?

If you Upgrade to 4.04 ,You can not flash RUU 4.03 because Hboot is height than old version 4.03.Please waiting RUU 4.04 HTC WWW Asia or change CID complete for S3 version guy .:laugh:

[Q] Software number issues

I am trying to go back to stock and just found out that my software number is 1.45.531.1 which is of "T-Mobile US (United Kingdom)" but I am in India so I am trying to flash x.xx.720.x RUU, but it shows an error... so please help me how do I flash the "Asia India" RUU ??

You can only run the RUU which can match with your phone's CID. If you want to run any RUU other than your CID, you must super CID your phone..
Have you read that guide thoroughly? Are you S-Off..??

Yes I am s-off and I am trying to flash RUU of Asia India only but still an error comes up..

Then you should supercid your phone. Flash the ruu and you should be sorted pal.
Edit: hang on what error are you getting? If its 131 I believe that is cid if not then its another issue.

How to update hboot to the latest version?

Hi guys, recently I have been trying to flash latest Maximus Rom but then I found out that I need to be on the latest hboot to be able to boot it. I'm on CM10 nightly and hboot 0.94. How can I upgrade hboot to the latest version?

Download CID Getter from the play store to determine your CID Version. Then, refer here for the hboot file http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1957376 and download the one that matches your CID number(if it doesn't matches any of it, then you've gotta wait for your carrier to roll it out).
After you've downloaded it, you can flash it manually or use the tool here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1924003

Now I want know : Can I install Sense 6 OTA For Europe On My Device ?

In order to install ota you must have 3.10.401.6 ruu , once ruu is completed then use stock recovery ti flash sense 6 OTA then after that you can HTC dev and s-off and supercid
