For a second I thought it was JB ROM for the One S. What is it taking it so long for a JB Rom to be leaked for the One S? The one X had JB based custom Roms for a while!

Post 1 updated! Now fast DB Link available!
It is a stock 4.03 (1.11.701 Build) but this was very hard to find for me (sorry, i speak no Chineese ) so i thinked i post it it here... Much S3 Devices swapped via hungary general distributor to the EU and are here available for about €300.- new here in german speaking area!
So the problem is they all are S-ON and it is no SuperCID for S3 available till now (online tutorials failed for me). So if u ulock bootloader, flash recovery and flash a custom ROM you can´t go back without the right RUU for your CID...
If someone have a idea how i can get SuperCID or change my CID to "HTC__102" (Europe WWE) it would be great!

What about the standard procedure: unlock, root, then pull block mmcblk0p4 and search for the CID (i would guess its at the exact same offset), hex edit that block and then push it back to the chip.
That doesn't work on the VilleC2?

If you Upgrade to 4.04 ,You can not flash RUU 4.03 because Hboot is height than old version 4.03.Please waiting RUU 4.04 HTC WWW Asia or change CID complete for S3 version guy .:laugh:

Yeah I used that one to update to hboot 2.15 in order to get use the new 3.4 kernel and the newer ROMS. However I don't have S-OFF, as it only works with the Tmous 3.14 (as it says in the thread), and I have the Telus 3.16 version. My problem is that with this new hboot and radio update, I have no service :/ I installed the new CM and even tried some other ROMS with the 3.4 kernel, they all work fine except I never have any service. And I am not s-off so I can't go back or use a different RUU :/

I read that you can use Moonshine on this ROM now. So you have a choice. Apply moonshine and see if you can fix the radio that way or take it back to the shop. At least it is "as shipped" in it's current state so as long as you are inside the warranty period they should replace it.

Depends what CID and Carrier you have

my carier are telus
my cid is telus001
so i think i could update whit this one

Just turn on your phone,.connect to pc, run RUU.exe from PC and you are done.
Note that you have to RELOCK your bootloader before running RUU.

That is an ICS OTA. find an OTA with firmware version 3.16.xxxx or 3.14.xxxx JB OTA

my original rom was Telus ruu think it was the 3.16.661 but no nandroid backup
now im using ViperOneS 2.2.0 based on 3.16.401

You can use any JB OTA for s4. But don't flash firmware.zip. steps 11-16. Skip them.

For those searching for RUU 1.29.401.16 here it is, I've made a pack using RUU executable from Cingular using the rom.zip of 1.29.401.16, all you have to do is:
S-Off Needed;
If possible backup 1st;
1. Download it;
2. Extract it;
3. Execute ARUWizard.exe;
4. Follow instructions;
Nice flashes
DOWNLOAD: Here (depositfiles)

Nop..., connected via USB with debug mode enabled, but i think it works with fastboot too

I Think so, it depends on your CID but sonner or later you will get it, in Europe I think by now all devices CID you'll get it

Can you make a system dump? Unfortunately I don't run Windows so I can't run a RUU in order to make one myself. Be very appreciative of you. ?

No you can't, To flash OTA you need to be on a device that's never been htcdev unlocked because it deletes some apks out of /preload/app ... or you need to run a RUU and achive full stock and then you can use OTA with stock recovery

You need to be htcdev unlock and root. Once you have that just enter these commands on your pc with your phone connected

That's it.. development community needs it badly

You'll need to run ruu. But make sure you do everything that's required before doing ruu

3. Then update ... and install latest Sense 6 OTA that Mrs. @xXminiWHOOPERxX provided.
