Hello,
I upgraded my Motorola Razr Model XT910 Android version 2.3.5 to 2.3.6.
Days later I was upgraded to version 4.0 was a mistake, because the system does not start anymore.
The following message appears on a black screen with white letters:
AP Fastboot Flash Mode (S) (Flash Failure)
0A.74
and MMC Info: Seize 16g
To return to normal mode, first press key to power dowsn
Device is LOCKED. Status Code: 0
Battery OK
OK to Program
Connect USB
Data Cable
Does anyone have any solutions to this problem?

I flashed my stock. 2.1 Milestone (rooted) preparing it for froyo. Apparently the .sbf was corrupt or wrong;
GOT_TELUS_2_2_1FULL.sbf
I am told the correct sbf is;
BL_9078_GOOD_sholes_HS_Consumer_replacer.sbf\BL_90 78_umts_sholes_HS_Consumer_replacer.sbf.
- Now It’s stuck in bootloader mode
-RSD Lite seems to recognize phone but the “Start” button remains disabled, grey, it can’t be pushed (with either .sbf file.)
-I’ve loaded a fresh copy of RSD Lite v5.0 (previously had v4.7). Both behave the same; the start button is disabled.
I want to save this phone. I'm looking for alternative tools or methods to ultimately flash the proper .SBF…Help please!!!

Atrix 4G/ Atrix HD /Atrix 2 what's yours ?
you have to flash a stock .sbf file/rom
Identify your device model and post in right thread find it from Menu choose Devices by OS or Manufacturer
post here if I can help.. at least post here details how you solved that !
to flash a stock ROM you have to do something like that
1. install RSDLite and driver package
2. Power down your phone
3. On your phone hold vol up (??) and power till you see RSD at the top of the screen
4. Launch RSDLite on PC
5. Load SBF file
6. Plug your device into your computer RSDLite should recognize your phone right away if you installed the drivers
7. Press the “Start” button
8. it takes a while...will reboot a couple times (??)

same
same problem... :/
Recently, I unlocked my bootloader because I want to root my HD. Actually, I did it.
However, when I use this application to downgrade my HD from 4.1.2 to 4.0.4, somethings happened.
The CMD showed that it was successful but my HD just stuck in the bootloader mode.
Every time I turn on my HD, it came into the bootloader mode(it's bootloader mode, right?I'm not sure..) And no response. After a few minutes, it came back to the bootloader mode again. My HD just loop and loop.
I tried to type out the situation: (because I have no phone to use)
My HD shows that in a black wallpaper with some white words:
AP Fastboot Flash Mode (S)
10.98(*) (sla-5b608bc, 2012-11-13 20:26:57)
eMMC Info: Size 16GB
Device is UNLOCKED, Status Code:3
Battery OK
Transfer Mode:
USB Connected
Fastboot Reason: Flash Failure
usb connected
Actually, I didn't root my HD since I cannot find a way to root my 4.1.2 HD. I tried to connect with the RSD lite 6.0. It shows N/A for all of the in info about my HD...
I really hope that someone can help me with this situation...I just bought it 2days only...s
Thanks so much

Do you have an XT925 or XT926 (Verizon)? If you have an XT925, flash your carrier fastboot file using rsdlite, then check the development thread for the rooting package you can use.
If you have an xt926, you're out of luck, we're still waiting for a way to root that one. Either way, you'll need to fastboot your phone back to stock. If you have questions on using fastboot, check my tutorial in the general forum.

Well, hello everyone
I was hoping it would not come to this, but this is a dire emergency. I am sort of new to this as well.
My Droid Razr M or (xt907) was boring so I rooted it. After doing so I wanted to look through some settings and stuff to see what it could do. I tried to add partitions to my sd card along the line and when I did so I must have chosen the wrong place, even though it said SD and it did not crash when i did whatever it was. I was using an app to make partitions I forget the name, but when I did so it asked to restart and after it did it showed the AP fastboot Flash mode screen
this is what it shows exactly...
-------------------------------------------------------------------
Device is LOCKED, Status Code: 0
Battery OK
Transfer mode:
USB Connected
Failed to hab check for gpt_main: 0x35
Failed to hab check for gpt_backup: 0x35
failed to load GPT
CID Read Failure
Invalid CID status 0x69
No SP partition found
-----------------------------------------------
I have no clue what to do, and I really need my phone. I dont have any knowledge of android programing.
Someone please just help me.
