Looks like u have a brick. Have u tried this: homekey+menu+ volume up+ powerbutton? There should be forced upload by keys... if that comes u still have chance.

No chance the phone dont turn on and the pc not recognize it. i installed the usb drivers and kies and odin both not recognize it and it is not shown in the hardware monitor in windows it is completely death what should i do try with usb jig or something else or should i bring it to a samsung service center?

Bricked???
Ok in first place i want to know how did u brick your phone.Dont u know that bootloader must be removed before flashing.Did u remove it?
If yes then whats the other reason for bricking the phone

I rooted my phone before i flashed new rom... perhaps it's that bootloader what bricked your phone.
Sent from my GT-I5800 using xda premium

did u get any error logo stating that ur phone is bricked
repairing android logo will appear

i dont think android can get bricked so easily…hav u checked ur battery?
there is one thing called "coal digger"(i dont know how u guys call it)

Okay it is the phone from a friend he would update the firmware downloaded all stuff connected the g3 to the pc in download mode, and then pressed start in odin directly @ the beginning the g3 went out and since that it not turns on and not goes download mode and not gets recognized on the pc. So no chance to get it in odin detected battery loading also not doing.
That is all i know about it since he tried to flash it with odin the phone doesnt do anything anymore.

Did he flash bootloader? If he did, its a confirmed hardbrick. If he didn't, I think you need to check with the service centre. Maybe the phone has something wrong with its hardware.
Cheers

Okay i asked him again he hold me the following. He had connected the G3 to the PC and wanted to start flashing but directly after he connect it to PC the phone was off since that it is dead he had not pressed start in odin and nothing. Just connected it to PC and seconds later the phone was completly Dead. No Bootloader flashing nothing. The phone doesn´t charge doesn´t gets detected by pc on usb cable doesn´t go to download mode. I have a usb jig for S and S2 but with that jig the G3 also not goes to download mode. so he not started flashing in Odin just had the G3 on the usb cable on PC and seconds later it was dead completly.

Restart your computer and then pull the battery out of your phone and put it back in. Now on your computer open Odin and then hold vol+ and vol- and plug in the USB cord this will put you in downlaod mode. And use Odin to get you back to a stock rom

Heimdall uses it's own driver so Jake you install that and uninstall all the others, SO that may help with the recognition issue, as the stock closed source driver can be a douche sometimes...like in your case.

I've seen that error code 43 on my machine when there's a larger USB issue. Usually two things will correct that - a reboot and switching USB ports.
I would also suggest (if you haven't already) uninstalling all of the drivers you have installed - Samsung- or Heimdall-related, then reboot, then do the Heimdall again.

Ok, I took a quick look at the videos in the OP. Two things I noticed:
- You have the phone plugged in prior to putting it into download mode. It's possible you're just keeping the plug in after putting it there (couldn't see in the video). Try putting the phone in download mode, unhook the cable, then rebooting the computer (leave the phone in DL mode), then hook it up again.
- I saw that you have an ICS build. Do any button combinations get you to recovery (V+/V-/Power, V+/Power)? If so, you might be able to flash another rom.
- You may also want to look for AdamOutler's One-click Unbrick. That might be of some use in your situation.

Ok, I looked a little more at the one click unbrick, and since you can get to download mode, it doesn't look like the right solution. So.. nevermind that one.
As far as removing the drivers, it's something of a two-step process.
Step one is to plug the phone in, let Windows see it (even if incorrectly), and then go to device manager. From there, find the phone, and uninstall it/remove drivers. Then unplug the phone.
Step two is to go to "Programs and Features" and remove any android/samsung drivers that show up there.
Once you've done that, check to make sure any folders that drivers would have been unpacked into (mine is in C:\usb_driver) has all the Samsung or Heimdall drivers removed (BE CAREFUL WHILE DOING THIS - ONLY REMOVE SAMSUNG/HEIMDALL DRIVERS IF YOU'RE 100% CERTAIN).
Then, reboot the computer, re-run Heimdall to get zadig.exe to do its thing, then connect the phone.
Also, have you considered dual-booting (or using a USB live drive) of Ubuntu? Heimdall seems to be a little happier in Linux, but you'll just need to make sure that Java installs with it.
There's also a really slim chance that if you hook the phone up in download mode, ADB might detect it enough to where you can give the "adb reboot recovery" command.

[Q][Help]Nexus S major problems

SOLVED
Well I hope my Nexus S didn't brick. Well I will start off with what happened. I've been running ICS Slim for a while and I noticed it started to become very buggy. Been busy for a few days so I havnt had time to fix anything. Well today I had some free time so I was going to just connect my SNS to my pc to transfer important files and pictures. My PC (Windows 7) kept giving me "USB Device not recognised" errors. I have correctly installed the adb drivers and have connected my SNS to the same computer. I also tried another connection usb cable to see if my original was defective but no avail. I also tried my netbook with both usb cords becuase I also had this SNS connected to the netbook before (Win7 Also) with correct adb drivers.... still nothing. I then go to rom manager download codename android and successfully install the rom. Tried everything again and still no connection. After shutting down the SNS and strating it again multiple times and trying multiple things my SNS went into "safe mode". Curious I thought there must be something wrong with some system files that don't get written over when a new rom is installed with a factory reset. I decided to turn off my SNS and turn it on one more time and I get this screen which ive never seen before.

Samsung Nexus S i9020a Koodo
FIX:
had the same problem. DEFINITELY FIXED NOW.
Whenever, I connected my Nexus S to any OS a USB Storage Mode dialogue used to pop up and once I clicked Turn On, the PC would find the mass storage. About a week ago, this functionality has stopped completely. I plug the USB cable and nothing happens but the phone starts charging.
I have read many posts about this. I have tried the removing the battery, Rebooting, Trying the boot loader screen, erasing the USB storage, resetting to factory settings, Erasing and dismounting the SD Card from the Boot loader, cleaning the USB Port, trying different USB cables (nokia, parrot, original Nexus etc)....
What has worked for me was the NEEDLE trick. Get a needle and bend the USB hub beneath the phone towards to the top. (What I realized is that it was pushed all the way to the bottom, lifting it up about 1 mm has centered it). I plug the USB and pops up the USB storage mode interface.
So, it turns out a hardware issue, probably a doggy USB port on the NEXUS easily gets disturbed. Using different cables usually helps the problem, especially cheap cables tend to damage the port easier.
So, I would recommend every one to use proper USB cables; the original nexus cable, a nokia cable or decent quality cable. (Do not use the ones from cheap car chargers etc).
Secondly, do not reset your phone for nothing.
Thirdly, keep your phone clean.
I hope this information helps someone. Thanks.

[Q][Help]USB Problems
I just removed my simcard and reinserted it again and my phone started normally.... weird...
But still at problem #1. Cannot mount usb. Windows 7 Still says "USB device not Recognised". My guess is that the usb port is broken. Its quite common apparently so i'm gunna see if Koodo will fix it.
Before I send it in should I go to a stock rom, stock baseband, and lock bootloader. or can I send it in with CyanogenMod 9?

[Q] Bricked Phone after installing Xposed Module?

Hi, before everything, i'm sorry for my terrible english, I speak Spanish, if you can't understand something, please tell me.
My Xperia L bricked after I installed a Xposed Module, I had intalled many others before and it worked perfectly.
I wanted to install "MaxUnlock", before that, I had installed "MinMinLock" and then "MaxUnlock", I don't know if it does make the phone brick or if I wasn't suposed to install both.
Here's a list of root apps that the phone have installed:
-ROM Toolbox: Just changed bootanimation, a lot of times, but since yesterday I had the same and nothing happened.
-Xposed Installer with:
-Gravity Box: Changed Clock to the center of the notification bar, changed JB icons for KK icons on the notification bar & putted Facebook and Whatsapp to the app ring (holding the home button on the navbar.).
-Unicon: Changed UI Icons for other pack.
-Xperia Flip.
-APM: Added Reboot button.
-A module to see the Wifi password, don't remember the name.
-MinMinLock & MaxLock (both installed after brick, I think this is what bricked the phone, Wasn't I suposed to have both?)
-ScreenOffAnimation.
I Repeat, everything was ok after I installed MaxLock, but I listed all of the root things that I installed just to know if any of these could make a incompatibility or something. (I know, my english is terrible, sorry, if you can't understand something please ask me, I speak Spanish.)
Thanks Everyone! I hope it have a solution.

Ok... So, how can I do that?
Because I don't have a backup of my ROM, and I don't know if I am doing something bad but Pc Companion doesn't recognize my phone and when I plug the phone on my PC it says that an unknown device has been connected
Oh, and for bricked I mean that the phone just keep on the bootanimation
Sorry if I do something bad bit I have never flash a ROM or something like that.
I assume that you're on stock firmware. download the latest firmware (its biuld number is X.X.17, search for it here on xda...)
download and install the FlashTool on your pc, then use it to flash the downloaded firmware into your phone. (there's few threads on how to do so.)

Any sounds from the phone? Nope, just the light turned red like always, and showed the charging icon, then turned off (like it does normally) and Windows shows "Unknown USB".
Thanks for the help!

So, you mean Sony PC Companion? It doens't recognize my phone :crying: Is there a way to make it work?

If you can still go into download mode, all is not lost
Try the AT&T unbrick using he following mirror page:

Hope this helps.

Silly question...are you in Download Mode now? Easy way to achieve is to pull and reinsert battery, then hold down both volume buttons while plugging in the USB cable.
If you are there and no COM port connection, then are you using a different USB port (or PC) since last time? It is said that Download Mode does not like USB 3.0.
Hope this helps.

No sir phone it is not getting in download mode.
Like I said last night it was going into download mode today it is not.
Some hardware is detected but com port is not being detected. No samsung port in device manager.
I think the bootloader is corrupted. As I said I opened the PDA file in bootloader section and then very very stupidly pressed the start button.
It flashed 17 percent and then stopped. I then again even more stupidly (like it is even possible to be this much if an idiot, but evidently I am) disconnected pulled the battery out and tried to get into download mode.
It did screen was messed up showing rainbows but Odin detected the phone.
Then I made this post after the first reply I tried to go into download mode so something is detected but not the com port.
So I think it is safe to say that the bootloader is corrupted. Now is there a way to repair the bootloader without the ort jag?
Thank you very much for your answer and your time.

Download mode is supposed to be independent of the bootloader, so if you still cannot get into Download Mode, you should luck out with a jig.

Wait you mean even if I have messed up the bootloader I can still get into download mode. Wow this is great news. Thank you very much.
Can you please tell me if I can create this jig thingie, do you know a guide because I am pretty sure I am never going to find one here in my country.
Thank you very much for your help
I have seen some videos looks pretty simple just put a 300 k ohm resistor between the 4th and 5th leg.
I will try and make the jig and post the result tomorrow.
@joel.maxuel thank you very much for your time.

Hello sir, if I am able to get into download mode will flashing the Phone and PDA files from your package be enough or do I need to find the bootloader too from somewhere?

The Unbrick package rescues half-trashed bootloaders (among other things) from what I read in other parts of the forum, so you should be fine. You may, however, need to flash a back to root package (my mirror has option C, albeit in an extracted mess) in order to get system working properly again. When I had my Infuse, it was the Rogers version, so I could never use the AT&T packages (so I never knew first-hand the difference between the unbrick and back-to-stock).
Can cross that bridge when you come to it. Hope this helps.
Okay I am having trouble making a jig. I could not find a proper 301 k resistor to I stiched 3 100k resistors. Somehow it is not working. Maybe the USB connector us faulty. It had four connectors on the main side and 1 on the other.
I will change the USB connector and try again.
Thank you very very much

Hmmm, that should work... 301K is pretty specific but there are a lot of variance with resistors, and unless the variance is being amplified by daisy-chaining three 100K's, there shouldn't be a problem. If you have a multimeter, you should check the resistance readout to see if it is off by much.
If not, then it comes back to my original theory. Jacked bootloaders can be modified/restored via ODIN or Heimdall, although the problem screen you have (in the end, a really jacked bootloader) isn't the same as what I was going on (which was the wrong, partially functioning bootloader).
I thought the Download/Odin mode was called off at the Modem level (before the bootloader), but I may be wrong. If so (that is, if your jig does not work), you may need a JTAG service after all.
Sorry for any wasted effort.
I could not find a 5 pin USB connector, I tore apart at least 7 USB cables and all of them ONLY had 4 pins.
I think I am going to have to tear apart the original cable of my S3 and I really really don't want to do that.
I will post the final results on Friday evening
Okay I found a 5 pin connector and made a jig but it did not work. Looks like I a going to have to pay for a jtag service.
Thank you again for all your help
Fixed my Phone
All right I have finally fixed it. The problem was I had some newer or I don't know older driver versions installed. I installed i997 Kies mini and installed the driver that came with that software.
And as soon as I connected the phone while pressing Vol Up + Vol Down computer detected it and odin detected it too. Then I installed your provided firmware.
It is okay now. It is working, there is a rainbow effect every time I turn it on but that is okay. Only recovery is not working. I can't go into recovery.
Everything else is working fine. Thank you very much for all your help.

GT-S7582 - Odin stuck at initialization and Kies is not working

Hi guys, I have a GT-S7582/Samsung Galaxy S Duos 2 and it was on a stock firmware unrooted. I accidentally installed some virus apps on it, and voila! It is stuck on a bootloop, and only powers up in download mode. However this was not such a problem as it could be recovered using odin, but as soon as i used odin, i found out that odin was stuck initialization. I've tried installing/reinstalling drivers, changing from pc to pc and used a laptop too, tried different ports, used different cables (and yes, im not using a usb 3.0). I need help! I've been stuck here for days!

Remove the battery before you go into download mode and put it back in once Odin recognizes your phone.
Let me know if it works for you.

Sorry to hear that. Could you try using a different USB cable or PORT? Let the phone be connected in Odin mode and remove the battery. Wait for 2 - 5 minutes and assemble the battery again

The phone turns off when I pull the battery out ?
Sorry man! Please try this : Try to flash with Odin3 v1.82(or any older version). Once it gets stuck on "setup connection", close Odin3 v1.82 and open Odin3 v1.83(or latest version) and try flashing again.
