Has anyone installed the StarBurst ROM and experiencing very high sensitivity when trying to move widgets and Icons on the desktop. It can be really frustrating when all I want to do is move is over a little bit on that page and navigate to another page. I just wanted to know if there is a way to turn down the sensitivity.
I found the fix for this. Under setting is a Motion and has a sensitivity option to slow things down.

Greetings ppl
A while ago I was searching for a way to make finger scrolling in start/programs a bit faster. I found a small registry tweak somewhere (maybe here), but when I entered it nothing happened.
Well sort of. I now see that scrolling in programs folder is normal, however scrolling in other areas, like sms inbox and add/remove programs list is superfast, and in no way useable.
I know, I know, fail.
Problem is, I don't remember the setting which I changed so I can get scrolling speed back to normal (double fail)... any ideas?
sorry to be a pain in the back cover, but any ideas?
Well, turns out that setting both TF3D sensitivity and TF3D finger pressure to Intermediate or High (DiamonTweak 14.1/14.2) caused everything else to scroll at twice the speed!
Setting sensitivity to intermediate and finger pressure to default turned everything back to normal! Weird thing is, I tested those settings on my HD as well, and they didn't seem to have any effect on other apps!
Is there a way to calibrate touch on screen (similar to way we did it on Windows Mobile?).
My screen is quite a bit off. Keyboard enters keys below what I click; when I select links on the browser, even if zoom in close and be very sure I click in right area, it will select the link below.
Very frustrating.
I cannot find a way to calibrate it.
This on top of the VERY laggy response(currently trying Thumb Kekyboard) makes the experience pretty bad. I was working to make this something for my wife to use, but she may throw it and me out the door.
the browser is also off for me slightly, it works fine everywhere else though. It seems to be fine in Aurora browser (firefox alpha).
Also if it's laggy get a custom ROM.
I'm interested in getting this tab, and I've checked it out at bestbuy. My only concern was the web browsing lag I noticed. I've seen this also in some reviews of the tab. The lag happens when you click on a link at it'll take a good 5 seconds before it starts to even load the link. Viewing the pages is no problem, but going from link to link seems to be sluggish. I noticed this on my original galaxy tab as well.
I also noticed that the web browser for some reason dims the backlight. I know this was an option for the original tab, and I looked for some separate brightness setting but none was found.
Any owners want to chime in?
There are so many good alternative browser in the market that I do not bother to use the stock one any more. I recommend Miren Browser.

i almost never use stock browers. also it depends on the connection speed and what you are trying to view. usually on the demo models at best buy they show all flash video. if you change that setting to on demand so you click the flash it speeds it up greatly
another bug i saw today... let me know if it exists. Go into any web browser and try to scroll at the very right edge of the screen in landscape. I tried this and it did not scroll. I tried this on the left side and it was no problem. I tried this after noticing the backspace on the keyboard doesn't register half the time. It seems like something is wrong with the screen on the right side. I'm wondering if the firmware update fixed this issue too.
I just rooted my P3113 this afternoon and flashed CM10 (2012-12-01 build) onto it. I've really liked it so far, but there's one thing that's been bugging me - the lock screen orientation (and default orientation) seem to be landscape but I tend to use my tab more in portrait than anything else (Twitter, Facebook, browsing, etc).
I haven't been able to find anything in the settings to change it, so I thought I'd ask here to see if it's even possible to change it.
Found the setting I needed. Here it is for anyone else that has trouble finding it:
Settings > Display > Rotation
I don't know how I didn't notice the display settings in the first place, they were looking right at me!
Hey guys, i have a really annoying issue on my Galaxy S6. If i set a custom wallpaper, you can see the Wallpaper move around a few pixels sometimes. It really annoys me, i couldn't find any setting to disable this "effect". The default wallpapers don't have this issue, only if i set a custom one.
Does anyone have an idea on how to disable this ? It makes me crazy
P.s. i found out that it is some kind of movement effect, the wallpaper moves when your phone moves, it gives some kind of 3d effect, but it is extremely annoying... Any ideas?

Click to collapse
It's happening with me also. It seems to be interfering with the captive touch also. Causing a delay. I'll keep an eye on this thread for a result. please update if you find one.
Thanks,

It is the same exact thing on iOS.
The wallpaper moves a little bit depending on how the phone is tilted for that 3D effect.
No, I don't think you can disable it.
I have contacted the Samsung support, i hope they will provide an option to disable this effect with the next software update. I am sure, the more people complain about it, the faster they will add an option to disable this effect.
I mean it looks cool if you tilt the phone just to check this effect, but in everday use, it is extremely annoying.
You have to tilt the phone smoothly for the effect to look good, otherwise it sometimes even looks like the phone is lagging or something.
Chill guys there is an option for motion sensor wallpaper to get it turn off.. infact my motion moves sideways and sometimes it stops moving up and down.. and the option is in settings.wallpapper.motiin walpaper
Go to Settings-Wallpaper and Disable Wallpaper Motion Effect.
