Sensation stock alarm clock tones? - HTC Sensation

I know this may sound a little funny but I went from a g2x to a sensation and back to a g2x. The only thing I miss are the3 ringtones and alarms for the clock! Is there anyone out there that can extract these for me post them or email them to me? Any effort would be greatly appreciated!

Better kernel for cm6 stable?

I'm having a little lockscreen issue. Everytime I lock my phone I go to unlock it and I get a lag that is immensely unbearable. Would a different kernel help? Any suggestions? I'm running cm6 with a android phone 7 layout.

Deacd3nce kernels all of them but the # 13 and 12 bfs are the ones I use and trust me I have no lag but different hero's perform different so I would suggest going to hero android development on XDA and finding the thread Kernel/Bfs and Cfs for CM6 and read read read
That might help hope it does good luck

I figured I had to change the kernel
I got decs #13 and it fixed everything. Thanks for the advice my quad score went down about ten points buy ill deal with it for no lag

I've always had lockscreen lag on the BFS but never on the CFS. I usually just stick with the CFS kernels.
No prob @ all if you need anything else just pm me if I can help I will

[Q] One Quick Question!

Hey!! <3
I recently lost my Vibrant in chicago, being drunk in a taxi. So I recently picked up a Nexus S. I'm coming from a Vibrant with TeamWhiskey's Bionix and some kernels like Overclock, DoW, etc...
I figured the best route to take on the Nexus S is CM7 right now, so i'm wondering if people are using any overclock kernels with CM7? Anything stable?
I got some reading to do, but thank you for the quick response
Netarchy and morfic both have oc kernels out right now. Morfics is called honity and has a 1.2ghz version and a 1.4 ghz version. Netarchy is oc up to 1.4 I believe. Both have voodoo color and sound built in. Honity has backlight notification as well. Netarchy will include bln when neldar officially releases it. These are the most popular. Netarchy is the most stable IMO bc I can't get honity to boot on cm7 build 28 lol. Hope this helps.

+1 for Netarchy's kernels. He releases updates in a timely fashion and they're well done.
Neither kernels should disappoint you though, try both and see which one fits you.
And welcome to the Nexus S forum.
Thanks guys, <3!!

[Q] How do you change the vibration intensity?

Just installed a new rom and it vibrates like crazy. Is there a way to change how hard it vibrates or do I need to jump over to a new rom? It's the bionix rom by the way.

CM7 is the only one I know for sure allows vibration intensity adjustment. I don't blame bionix, however. The Gingerbread leak had the same massive vibration as compared to the froyo stock.
try looking up the trinity kernal, it fixes the vibration intensity for some roms
Aww. I thought it would be an easier fix than that, like it was some setting that I just didn't see. Thanks guys

Right, there are two from morfic, excellent kernels one is regular froyo, the other is maxmem which gives you 48mb extra of memory, both are great but for me they both gave me minor problems, sleep of death and browser lockups...

If you download the kernel listed in my sig, then you can flash it via Clockwork Recovery. As far as the governers, I'm not too familiar with them myself, but here is a little info about some of them. I believe Smartass is a little newer or made for specific kernels, so there doesn't seem to be much info on that one.
Pretty much trial and error and see what one works best for you. With LeeDroid's latest kernel, SetCPU lets you go as high as 1800Mhz or so, and I had it set to that as max, with 500Mhz (or whatever setting was closest to it), but just lowered my OC a bit to a little over 1000Mhz to try and get some more battery life out of it.
Okay thank you very much. Nobody got back to me last night. I had leedroid new kernel an i flashed it, and I noticed a HUGE difference in how fast it was.
When downloading new ROMS like some say data+++, aosp, an so on.... What does all that mean? I'm very new to all this but slowly catching on.
Also I don't have set CPU, you have to buy it... I have no frills CPU

Even though I've been rooting since my Captivate in August of last year, I'm still a newbie as well. All I can suggest is: Read, Read, and Read some more. That is how I learned a lot, asking questions only when I had exhausted my search- fu.
A lot of the times the answer you need has been answered by someone in some thread.
