I have not seen ir mentioned, but just thought I'd mention the Bizlink at MobileFun works with the Sensation. They've had stock and more arriving Monday.
As far as I can see the official one is still not out.
I don't know about European availabilty. I bought one from Tmobile here in the states for $25. plus. Still have not tried it, but they were in stock and it actually arrived very quickly.
All the adapters, regardless of manufacturer should work, thats part of the whole point of MHL - its a standard connection type. My prototype MHL adapter, and my Samsung MHL adapter both also work with the Sensation.
I got my MHL adapter today from Tmobile.
Doesn't seem to work. Tried connecting power adapter to the MHL adapter as well. HDMI input does not even recognize. Tried on TV and Pico projector.
Will return for an exchange. Hopefully a bad piece.

Mine arrived today from Expansys. Just short if £13. Worked first time and seems perfect. Plugged everything in and then power last of all to the adaptor. Displays everything thats on the screen fine. A right bargain compared to what Htc want on pre order.

This is what interests me, otherwise I don't really have much use for one. Which HDMI cable is needed for these gadgets, is it one with the standard full size ends or mini connectors?
Mine has a standard full size HDMI connector on it.
I just got the cheapeast one off ebay. Cost about £9. It's white.

Yes.
I am using Android Revolution HD 3.6.7 and it works fine!

And I tried it with 3.6.7 last night and it didn't work at all. Bulletproof 1.4 works but he connection is spotty. I would really like to figure out how to turn it on manually.
I received my MHL adapter today and the BBC iPlayer does work with it, the picture if quite pixelated in comparison to say Youtube, but it is watchable.

I'm looking for a compatible dock for my DHD. I've found this one on Amazon: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Proporta-US...KPUY/ref=sr_1_5?ie=UTF8&qid=1288103826&sr=8-5
My previous phone was an HD2 (and I still have it) and the DHD is roughly the same size as the HD2, though a tad bigger, and the MicroUSB port is in the same place. Does anyone have this dock and can they confirm that it fits the DHD?
Is that a picture of the actual dock; i.e. is the microUSB port dead centre?
If so the Desire HD will not fit as the microUSB port is to the right of the phone, and the 3.5mm jack is to the left.
Well if it doesn't fit the Desire HD for that reason then it shouldn't fit the HD2 either as both their USB ports are in the exact same place, but it's advertised as an HD2 dock?
A dock like this one ?

I am not sure.
Just imagine that you are a all-day-desktop-man and your DHD is on a dock all the time and you want to listen to music via headset (so that no one else gets disturbed) with your DHD while it's on the dock, so what is the suitable dock for that?

So I just got this thing for my One X called the Gameklip. What it is is a bracket that mounts your phone to a PS3 controller effectively turning it into an awesome portable game system. It is made by a fellow XDA'er, he charges $15, makes them to order specifically for whatever phone you order it for. Believe me when I tell you, this thing is worth EVERY damn penny. It's just a piece of plastic, but it is damn sturdy and the One X fits in it perfectly. Check out his thread to see what it's about and expect a video review from me tomorrow evening. To summarize what I will be saying in the video, if you game on your One X and use the PS3 controller, you MUST buy this thing. It's not an option. Buy it. This is EASILY the coolest thing ever made for Android phones. You buy now!

It is my understanding that ICS does have native USB game controller support but don't quote me on that. This is just a plastic bracket, there are no electronics in it. The "wired version" just comes with a USB OTG cable. If you have an OTG cable already, you can try it out and see if it works for you. You also won't need to buy the wired one then. But considering where you're posting, I must recommend that you do root. It opens up a world of possibilities, including bluetooth PS3 controller support.
What emulators are you guys using? I grabbed "john nes" from the Play store and I'm having trouble getting the PS3 controller to work with it.
I have used DroidEmu and N64oid so far. Yet to try Gensoid and GENPLUSDroid I have installed.
Finally tried XBox controller and was PnP!
I cant get anything to work with this PS3 controller. It pairs but thats about it.

I can't find a joycenter app on the play store. I'm using DroidEmu and the Sixaxis app. The Sixaxis app starts up and tells me "Client connected" then the 1 light stays lit on the controller, then I switch the IME to Sixaxis controller. When I fire up DroidEmu with a rom running I get nothing. I tried playing with some settings in DroidEmu but no luck.

I ordered the Infuse 4g dock from ATT for $5 shipped because it was supposedly a perfect fit for the Samsung Galaxy S3. However I sold my S3 for the Nexus.

UPDATE!!
ALRIGHTY THEN!
I received all the products today!
REPORT:
Connected the HDMI 1.4a to the nexus 5 to see if that would work.... NO GO Analogix sp1003 + nexus 5+ HDMI 1.4a = NO GO on my nexus 5.... BUT, it WORKS with the nexus 7 (2013).... but my nexus 7 worked with the old cables anyway so i expected it to work.... Analogix adapter? RETURN to amazon!!
so, offbrand LinkS 6ft Slimport to HDMI cable that i got (link above, no adapter, just cable)...... WORKS with BOTH my nexus 5 and 7! yay!
why the hell does the official analogix ( i don't know if its official but....) not work with the nexus 5? I don't know, and i really don't care now because I have a cheaper set up with no need to carry around an extra HDMI cable...
By the way, I think i may have gotten a bad adapter from analogix, but I mean, it works flawlessly with my nexus 7 but not at all with the 5 so not sure on that, many of you reported that the analogix is the perfect one for the 5, but it was a no go for me, so YMMV! ( your mileage may vary)
any questions?
