Has anyone not in attendance at I/O or an owner of a Xoom received an invite?
I signed up for one just before the announcement, but haven't received an email yet.
Saw some xoom owners that received invitations.

So I'll take that as a no :/, I'm dieing for my invite, but no one seems to be getting them. I think that this may be a hugee feature for android phones.
Had a invite early this week still nothing yet.

I emailed asus last week registering my interest in the keyboard dock offer and having no reply I was wondering if anyone had received a response from them acknowledging their interest?
Sent with a tin can and a piece of string using XDA App
I sent my email off around the 21st April and had a reply with an invoice within around 3 hours.
Was this in regards to buyin the dock/keyboard form them seperately?

Yes it was, however since posting this morning another thread has cropped up explaining that there was a backlog in replying to emails.
What sort of price did they quote on the invoice, and what email did u use to contact them thanks.
I had a mail today saying mine should be sent out next week. It was in response to a mail from me saying I'd paid but hadn't heard anything back (I sent it about 2 weeks ago, so they must be very busy!)
I had an email today with an invoice (replying to my email sent on 18/04)
Problem I have now is i need to pay from my business account and i dont have internet or phone banking on my business account.
So i guess i need to send a cheque unless anyone has a phone number for ASUS payments ?
If anybody has one to spare I wouldn't mind one.
I signed up on the beta invite list and will start inviting folks in here once I get mine.
too bad its US only ._. no love for canada
I submitted my request this morning for Google Music. I was lucky enough to get in many of Google's products such as Gmail, Wave, and Voice before it went public.
Gmail had 100 invites and Wave and Voice had 5 invites during beta.
I remember Gmail only having 5 invites in beta...
If anyone have a spare invite, I'll be a very happy dude if they could send me one my way. Thank you
I too would really appreciate an invite if someone has it to spare. I will certainly pay it forward as well!
no one has been invited yet (as far as I have seen) there also is no word if you can invite your friends or not. As soon as I get my invite I will post in here with more info.
Well I signed up as well hopefully the invites are out today! I'll give any if I get them and take any if i don't lol. But I think if your one of the first ones on the bandwagon today you'll get an invite.
What is the link for me to sign up your beta?

You can use the music App but you cannot stream music until you are invited to the music beta.
I signed up too, but I doubt I will get it.
It's important to know, they do not give you invites to give to other users. It is request an invite with ur google account, receive an invite. There are scams popping up everywhere to get invites. Sorry, you gotta wait just like me and everyone else. I signed up before the keynote when the site went live. I'm still waiting. Hopefully soon, though.
Has any one got an invite yet?

People can't invite
google posted online that only a select few people will be getting invites to use beta service. you can get app to play music but not service unless invited. they also warned saying that NO PERSON, BUSINESS, OR OTHER ENTITY then Google can invite anyone into beta and to watch out for scammers. saw this on Engadget yesterday so no point in asking people to give you an invite. can only apply on google's site.
Pleaseee!!!! Send me an invite when you recieve one

Dear MrGreg,
I bought Roam Control back on July 31, 2012 and it worked fine for a while. Now that I have updated to a new Rom it won't accept the license. Can you please respond with a solution? I have emailed your support 4 times in the last month with no response. I have called with no response. I have sent you a PM with no response!!!!
What kind of customer service is this!!!!
I have read several threads and apparently this developer does not bother to respond to anyone's questions or problems!!

Typical answer from a Wanker Troll!!!
I have to agree. I wrote several emails regarding the application no longer working for the GNex on 4.1.1. I offered to get logs and assist in anyway possible. I received no response and now the only way to get it to work is to set it as an HTC Rooted Device. That being said. I don't mind the having to use a work around and honestly don't mind that it didn't work. I used it on an epic touch for a long time before the GNex and I feel I got my money worth. But what bothers me is I didn't even get an email back. If I would have gotten an email saying "I'm working on it" I would have been pleased. So I think that he is lacking in the customer service area.
Anybody ever get a response. i have not had a response to 5 emails asking about retrieving my license key.
There was an update to Roam Control either today or yesterday, but it doesn't look like much of anything was actually updated.
Your not alone! The support unfortunatly continues to suck. Many emails, and no answer. They seem to be aware there is a problem, and are unwilling to help. Taking money, knowing the product won't work , is considered fraud, last time I checked ??????
Emailed few weeks ago because my confirmation isn't working so I can't get into the app itself. No reply yet. Just horrible customer service.
All development which creates a unique and functional app is needed. Android needs more talented folks like the developer of this app. That said, if the developer cannot support their [paying] users, we as a community may actually be getting the short end of the stick. You do everything you know how to get in touch with them and get ignored. It's boot manager for dual booting roms from sd slots all over again. Still selling the app and getting every dollar that can be had whilst abandoning their consumer base and ignoring tueor support threads. It's unfortunate that this kind of behavior is rewarded. If I allowed my company to ignore customers who needed support I would soon find my company losing customers faster than getting new ones since people would spread the word
Google is starting to p*** me off more and more lately.
I use or should I say used to use an app called #Picasafolio to manage my #Picasa photos. It's a paid app but the best at what it does and is reasonably priced.
The dev has always been really responsive and usually has a resolution to any issues the same day. I was having some problems relating to the 4.4 update and downloading folders. Emailed the dev who chased down the issue and pushed an update to the play store. Updated last night but didn't try it till this morning. Had an issue where I couldn't login so contacted the dev who responded promptly with the following email:
'This is because Google has terminated the app for apparent violations of copyright. I've appealed but this looks like the end of my business.
Thanks,
Brian'
Checked the play store and sure enough a search reveals nothing. No explanation as to why the app is no longer there, nothing.
I feel angry on behalf of Brian who is a dedicated developer for the android market, no notice, no attempt to resolve the situation, just the app removed from the play store and an email.
I'm one of the lucky ones who are aware of what's happened but what about everyone else who purchased the app? This app has been in the store for a long time so the decision to pull it now seems ridiculous.
Surely as Google Play being a middleman then they have some responsibility to the buyer. After all if I purchased something on Amazon which later didn't work etc I could contact Amazon for a resolution.
There are still plenty of apps on the Play Store which perform similar functions so why remove this one.
I've purchased plenty of apps via the playstore but from now on unless I can get them through Amazon I will have to look for alternatives. I'm not spending money on something just for Google to decide they no longer like it or it no longer fits in the terms and conditions.
Still bloody annoyed with Goggle!!!!!

Yep. I have multiple devices with PIC backup so having something like this is essential to manage the auto backup folder. Since Google has blocked the OAuth the app is now useless.
Well suck me sideways..
This explains why I can't find it in Play store from my tablet..

Anybody know how to raise a complaint with Google about this?
Sent from my Nexus 7 using Tapatalk 4
Some good news! ?
I have republished the app on Google Play at https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.snapwood.pfolio, addressing the most likely reason for the ban (app name). I have no assurance that Google won't ban this app as well, but as the rest of the app had been stable for at least a year, the app name was the likely reason.
I was able update the app on Amazon, so users there will be receiving an app update to fix the login issue once Amazon approves it.
For Google Play users that want to continue to receive updates or want to avoid the login workaround, please purchase the new app and send me the email address used to purchase the original app. I'll refund that prior order so everything comes out even in the end. I apologize for this mess.
Thanks,
Brian
