Rebump. I can't seem to find one. I would really love to have this: Something like the google G1's background; It moves when you slide from tab to tab.
SPB mobile shell does this. But its a paid app. Try throttle launcher, that has it to (check windows mobiel deveopment themes and apps forum). I havent come across a mod for sense that does it.
I remember this for a few versions of Sense/ Manila/ TF3D ago. I wanna say it was TF3D 2.0 or something around there. I am not sure if those mods will work or are compatible with the newer versions of Sense 2.5

it should hopefully be, since there are 2.1 versions available.

My Nexus one arrived today (UK).
My mate has a Hero, and on his hero he has a set of widgets from HTC, e.g sense clock etc.. Just wondering if you can get them for the nexus one, ive seen a few imitations, but I would really like the real thing!
Real things require the Rosie framework, which is HTC specific. That's why the imitations exist.

Does that mean that we won't get sense on the n1 until htc releases sense on a compatible piece of hardware like the bravo? Or do we just need someone to rip it out of the hero?
We probably won't get sense until an Android 2.1 compatible version comes out. I suppose it might technically be possible to use the current 1.6 Sense (I don't know, I'm not a developer, so don't quote me on that) but why would you wanna go from 2.1 back to 1.6?
It won't be long, though. Bravo supposedly releases in March, and Hero 2.1 update is supposed to be approx. the same time.

There's a 2.1 based Hero rom floating around, and the Espresso rom, so it's potentially possible, but neither of them is especially good. Once the Bravo comes out, the similar hardware should make for a quick (and almost perfect) SenseUI port I'd think. Look at the 32A Magic/Hero - same hardware, eventually got an official SenseUI, and it works very well.
That said, unless Espresso/Sense2 added a lot of new features, I'm not entirely sure of the appeal beyond just Rosie. 2.0/2.1 added most of the best features of Sense to stock Android.

Do they work OK on Nexus? I'd be interested in those. I don't like the Power bar because it takes up 4 spaces - really only want to toggle Wifi and Internet - Plus the individual ones can be put on different screens Are they .apk ?

I'm not sure you can. I know some ROMS come with it but besides having lockbot I don't think you can do it without having 2.1.

I remember this coming up a few months ago, and I thought the 2.1 lockscreen on 1.5 was a no go...
What's the deal you drop 2.1 to get back to 1.5?
it's possible, but i doubt anyone is willing to backport the apk to 1.5 especially with 2.1 dropping within a few weeks. The nexus one news and weather widget was backported for example, but i dont think people are willing to put in all this effort with 2.1 around the corner.

stock android lockscreens are not apk.s they are in the codes you can run the stock donut lockscreen when on donut roms or enclair lockscreens when on enclair

and the reason i don't like lockme or lockbot is ...it's an app that doesn't fully let your phone sleep which drains the battery more.

mine slept fine with it installed but it laged to much for me to keep so i went back to custom locksceens from NOJ (for 1.5 roms)

kind of. for me it was too laggy for a replacement. i'd press menu and have to wait for lockbot to bring up the lockscreen. it was counterproductive for just a nicer looking screen.

exactly why i just uninstalled it after 48 hours of use...
also, its not treated like a regular lockscreen and my handscent messages were popping up over it even though i have the setting to only show after the lockscreen is removed which works perfectly again after uninstall... nice concept, but not refined enough for me...

+1 to everything above. Also it doesn't allow the adjustment of media volume when the screen is off.
Is there a droid launcher for our cdma heroes similar to the nexus launcher that can be downloaded,if so can someone post the the link?

Here you'll find launchers, widgets, dialers, fonts, frameworks, etc. Now THAT'S something I'd like to see ported.
He has also developed three ROMS of his own for the Touch; all 2.1. Only one has Sense. The others have Live Wallpapers working.
You would be amazed at how much can be done on that old Touch. I love my Hero. It has such a nice screen. But the Touch is such a nice size.

Or, on a Touch, you can run Android from your SD card and be able to switch back to winmo by just rebooting. You can even flash one version of Android and run a second from your SD card.

no, because they have files for the touch's hardware. or are you talking about the themes? the themes you might be able to. I dont see why not. Can you flash tar files with the hero?

Yea, just the themes. I misread your post, I thought when you said you had all versions ported... that you meant, you had already ported these themes over to our phones, lol.
They look good. I'll see which one I want to port over for us CDMA guys.

Just think it would be nice to see a small Monday, Tuesday, etc. above the nubmer date on the calendar icon. YES, i've searched for this and cannot find anything, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

You'd be the man if you find this. I could've swore i saw this or heard someone mention this while browsing around some site here recently, but can't for the life of me figure out where it was?
If it doesn't exist, i CHALLENGE one of the genious's here to make a cab to make it happen. It doesn't seem like it would be that hard, but then i'm no programmer and have no idea how to edit manila files, etc.

Many of NRGZ's roms for example (and others with newer builds) have this on the calender tab already??

I have a CDMA Touch Pro 2 on the SPRINT Network. I have the current updated Stock Sprint Win6.5 ROM OS Version 5.2.21889 ROM version 2.04.651.4

Any luck finding anything? I don't want to flash a new rom, i'm happy with the one i have, just would like to update my calendar icon as stated earlier.

I did have a little dig around but didnt come up with very much. I know on certain build this has it, certain ones dont.

Here it is, I modified the version from Steve0007, the size of the font of the selected tab was a little to big.
I think it's compatible with Sense (Manila) 2.5.xxxx

If someone tries to edit this to make the font a touch smaller, can they repost if it works? I have no idea how to do this and even with the directions above would be totally lost as to where to begin.
