Hi all,
during the past week i noticed that my today screen looks strange at least once a day.
When i close an application, sometimes the today screen moves up some pixels and remains there. The lowest part of the window of the last used application can be seen then at the bottom of the today screen (in the example pic it's the phone dialpad).
The only solution is to reset the device.
This strange behavior happens regardless of the application that was opened.
Is there anybody out there having a clue ? Thank you.

it looks like you've installed some sort of "task bar" application. Either uninstall that app or disable that app from displaying information on the bottom of the today screen.

This is a known issue with a certain release of Raphaels.
There was a thread discussing this over in the general section.

Hello guys,
I've just received my TC and couldn't wait to set it up and install all applications I need.
During this procedure I recognized that the screen flickers whenever there is activity on screen.
Doesn't matter if the device is looking for WLAN or GSM Network, filling up a progressbar during restore of my SMS Messages with PPC PIM Backup or just navigating around in TomTom.
Found out that flickering stops if I hide the progress-bar filling application by opening the Programs-tab in startmenu and if the device is idle and nothing happens on screen (no animation or screen change) it wouldn't flicker at all.
This flicker-thing is quite annoying. Anyone else got that?
Maybe it is an effect of the video-driver problem. Don't know.
Maybe the device is just "broken" in some way and I have to return it to my dealer.
EDIT: Just saw that the screen even flickers slightly when the cursor is blinking in the SMS-Editor
Never seen this problem on my TC. Had it for nearly 2 months. I would return it and get a new one.
OK, now I'm quite sure that it is a device error.
Woke up this morning and the flicker-effect has gone.
The I "navigated" to work (just for fun). And when I arrived (50 Minutes est.) the flicker was back again. Seems to happen when the device works hard for a couple of minutes.
Anyway, I'll stop investigation and send it back to the dealer.

Forgive me if this is not the good place for my problem.
In fact I'm trying to setting up iPhone Today which work correctly, but I've got a problem with the today screen as a small part at the bottom (see screencap) is appearing.
I searched everywhere to disable this but cannot find anything about this to turn it off. Can someone help me for that ?

My phone is three weeks old and i just noticed that on white screens like google search screen there are horizontal lines flickering which disappear when i touch the screen and appear again when i remove my finger. Also they are more visible as the brightness gets lower. Also the first time i used my phone after a few hours of using i was watching a replay in clash of clans and suddenly vertical pink lines appeared and the whole screen was distorted (like a broken lcd monitor) and a restart solved this problem however it hasn't occured since. Last issue am having is when changing brightness it's not smooth ie the increase or decrease is not accurately gradual don't know how to describe it but you may call it flickering. These issues are not affecting anything but am worried that it may worsen overtime and become a problem. Any help or suggestions please.

Im having a strange issue after the 5.1 update on my nexus 5. If I unlock the screen and click on an app, the screen does a weird refresh. After having a close look it almost looks like the home screen is moving down and the app i have clicked on is moving over it. A bit hard to explain and it is cosmetic but looks very ugly.
On occasion when i have received a whatsapp notification, and i double click on the notification from the lock sreen, enter my pattern, the screen will go black and think about what it is trying to do for a second, whatapp will not be displayed and the homescreen will be displayed instead, where as before this procedure would take me to the whatsapp message screen
Wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue ? any fix ? Many thanks

For months ive been battling with a screen issue on my phone. Anytime im sliding or holding my finger on the ads, be it in app or browser, i get the touch noise like the screen is touched tens of times per second.
Ive tested multiple configs and checked for viruses, reset the phone and I still get this ****.
Additionally I get a random ghost touches with the screen looking like its a bit "warped" in the lower left corner as well near the top of the frame.
I have a hard time reproducing the ghost touches but im trying to prepare case for samsung warranty to get replacement.
So my question is: had any9ne experienced something like this before?

in the Developer options you activated the "Show touches" or something similar.

Its about the noise. The show touches and cursor position is for the troubleshooting and is not relevant to the video. Addding another video that shows what i mean. This is exprienced with both finger and s-pen.
I haven't experienced anything like that...sorry
