at least the bootloader method will work. if you use an 'upgrade' tool im not sure if it denies to install when it detects a higher version on the device as the upgrade it contains.
bootloader doesnt care for versions it just overwrites all the rom.
Yes, download german version for sd card flashing, use xdatools to program sd card with rom from kitchen, then insert sd card to xda, push reset while holding power button, when prompted push the action key, once programmed, push once in the hole next to headset socket, wait one minute push once more, your phone will now be restored to german rom.

hihi....Many reasons!
1-Now,my Macgic is dead!Cause it has problem with ROM!I upgraded but it can be done:Can be upgrade from bootloader--->always dhow the warning:can not regcognize USB cpnnection.I took out battery and then put it back,Macgic restarted,Align,Setup from ExtROM.But when the process done.Macgic restart and come back to bootloader!I tried to upgrade by SD but it has nothing betters!--->SO i want to upgrade my bootloader and try re-upgrade ROM!
2-I see someones have higher bootloader version--->so i want too!

i tried to flash my universals rom to WM5, but the device just turned off and the old 6.1 version was deleted

OK i've done this, but this is "STOCK IN BOOTSCREEN", but my problem is that

So are you saying there is nothing on the screen at all? No signs of life at all? I seem to remmeber having a similar problem a while back which i managed to sort, so maybe i can help, however in order to help you need to explain exactly whats going on.

Really need your help. I just flash my Touch Pro.. but now its stuck on start up and just can see word "Touch Pro" but not move to boot.

When you say that you flashed the wrong ROM, do you mean to tell us that you flashed a GSM ROM to a CDMA device or vise versa? Also, it would help to tell us what exactly you flashed.
Just flash a stock rom.
