Wizard will not boot

I have tried upgrading my rom and have had trouble with that. it is stuck on the RGB screen and the IPL is 1.05 and the SPL is 3.08. How can i fix this problem?
I have tried installing the XM6r5 and it stops at 99%. I am all out of ideas.

By what i see you have ipl 1.05 SPL 1.05
Have you CID unlocked the device?
Update the wizard again with the ROM 3.08
When you have both IPL/SPL 3.08 than you can try again.
Anyway double check

Its giving alot of trouble
It is giving me trouble w/ the first option with reflashing. it stops at 98% and errors. trying to download the other flash. we will see how that goes

Why don't you people read before tossing the coin with an expensive device ?
You must have 2.XX bootloader before you try an attempt at flashing any WM6 rom. Read the sticky-es to know how to or what to do.
I just hope you didn't bricked your device for good.

Noobie Hard spl question

NOt sure if this is in the right topic, but its slightly rom related.
Can someone please help a noob

all worked well, tried a couple of roms and settled on
L26 WM 6.1 Professional WWE V6a (MMS and JAVA updated) rom, seems to be working ok, certainly all my apps work.
However like a typical noob I missed out on some important reading about hard spl and how it can protect my phone from a bad flash.
Now that I've done all of the above, is it too late to go back and protect my phone with hard spl?

I think that's done automatically when you flash hard spl.
(someone correct me if i'm wrong please)

step one in that unlocker would have flashed hardspl on your device, if u skipped it then no, its not too late, you can still do it now

No i didnt skip step one, so I guess I'm covered.

Just go into bootloader mode (power button + camera button + reset). If the screen shows SPL-1.0.OliPof then you are ok. If not then just reflash hardSPL.

SPL-1.0.OliPof is there in bootloader.

Hard SPL

i was thinking the other day and came to wonder about hard SPL. we always stress to the n00bs that it is very VERY VERY important, but then i noticed that the htc rom tool in the kaiser kitchen has a place to build an spl into the rom. can't we just put the spl from hard spl into the rom tool on all of our cooked roms and save everyone a step later? i wasn't sure who to ask and i don't have a kaiser without hard spl with which to test this so i am asking anyone who can answer sorry if i'm not seeing why this can't be done

I think you've forgotten something.
HardSPL is needed to be able to flash your device. So even if HardSPL is baked into a custom ROM, it wouldn't matter. HardSPL has to be installed first, no matter what. Not having HardSPL installed would prevent you from flashing a ROM.
Luckily installing HardSPL ins't really that hard.

meschle's Artemis ROM's have two batch files.
#1 for HardSPL
And
#2 for the CustomRRU.
So First time flashers can't really go wrong.

Yeah but hard SPL does not always work the same way. Some get white screen. I got 3 devieces. All 3 original TyTN II's. First one (my first deviece) flashed spl easly. But the other 2 deviece were getting white screen. Finaly I managed to Hard SPl it but in a other way.

Can't Flash Kaiser

Hey, Im pretty expierenced in flashing htc phones but I cant flash the kaiser for some weird reason. When I use an RUU its stuck at 0% and then gives a connection error. When using the SD method its stuck on loading. I tried flashing hard spl's but its gives the same errors, its funny though that in boot loader it states that I have hard spl 3.56 or at least I think

Does anyone know how to solve this problem I've been scowering the forums for the past day and cant find anything, anyhelp is much appreciated, Thank you.
P.S: Does anyone know where you can get the tf3d tp2 keyboard and/or actual t3fd tp2 cab?

When the Kaiser goes to the tri-color screen, don't unplug the USB just hold power and camera buttons and press the reset button with the stylus. this should reboot the phone again but this time you will see "USB" in the white section of the tri-color screen.

I believe 3.56 is an AT$T spl, If it was HardSpl bootloader would read 3.56Hard.
Try following mskips tutorial and use jumpspl to install a hardSpl.

yeah, you haven't properly gotten a HSPL on there. SPL 3.56 is stock.
Should read 3.56 Hard or Hard2 if you're using cmonex's version.

Does neone know know how to get the sweet tf3d tp2 keyboard by any chance, I downloaded one that stated that was qvga but it was horribly sized.

just to be clear.......did you use jumpspl to flash hard spl or.........did you flash a complete new rom using jumpspl?

I used JumpSPL to flash Hard SPL, then I flashed my -G- ROM. Worked like a charm

Try ookba's roms, use Auto_1.19 worked for me... If it all goes wrong as we now have a shipped rom you can fall back to SD flash as in this post:

No, it didn't work for me. I thought by now there will be a solid solution to this. Now we are stuck with stock roms as we cannot HardSPL our devices.
SPL 1.24 is hard to hack. Anyone got any solutions??????

What didnt work?
I ran the Auto_1.19, (it prompted that device wasnt connected a couple of times, then got the prompt on the device to ask if an application should be run, selected yes (using left softkey), then had to use the trackball to select yes (the screen obscures some of the prompt), then screen went black and RUU began upgrade proces..

When I use Auto_1.19, i press the track ball on my device, I get an Error message and asks me to send the error to microsoft.

Try with the older version if still fails might be worth a hard reset....

Anyone knows if HardSPL for SPL 1.24 is developed yet?

Yeah anyone? I have a SNAP with SPL 1.24 running WINDOWS Mobile 6.5 but I cannot for the life of me get any of the JockyW SPL's to work 1.17 or 1.19. I hate these Bloody Telstra / HTC phones, there locking them down so tightly nowdays. Not even the SDA unlocker works.. it tells me the phone is unlockable

SNAP with 1.22 Telefonica

I´m running with a SNAP from Telefonica with SPL 1.22 and WM6.1 which doesn´t let me install any of the ROMS here. Not even upgrade to 6.5 of original ROM from HTC. It says 294 invalid vender ID.
I have also tried aplication unlocker.. and nothing seems to work.
A few questions... has HardSPL 1.24 been released?
Any ideas to be able to flash a new rom onto this baby...

I have MAPL110 with SPL-1.24.0000. Successfully flashed by hspl 1.17 and
this ROM - 3VOLUTION SERIES *][WM6.5 STD 21854][Build 3VO.2.50.112509.

succesfully flashed spl 1.25. used hard spl 1.19 through activesync. stuck on tmo load up page then used bootloader then flashed 11.25.09 rom from there.
all went well and my wife has a newish dash for $100
