I have big problem - when I try flash my MDA Compact with ANY ROM I receive ERROR 114 I try all that I can find on FTP and all give me same ERROR 114 Also battery indicator now have RED light when I connect my MDA Compact to PC Normally had yellow when charging Can I recover this device or can send it to hell?

I was doing an Update to my i-mate Jam using ma_cdlsku2_arb_10300_141_10100_ship.exe but something in the middle of the upgrade went wrong, the computer rebooted.
When the computer booted up I tried to update again I turned the i-mate (Qtek S100) up it wont boot completly. I get the blue Imate screen and at the bottom right corner I see in red

and it stops there, I tried to run the MaUpgradeUt.exe and I got Error 120 Country ID ERROR, then I tried QtekS100_FRA_DT_10302_157_10100_For_MDA_T_Mobile.exe but nothing I get the same error.
I hard reset it and I get the USB written on the screen. I tried to run an upgrade but ma_cdlsku2_arb_10300_141_10100_ship.exe gives me error 101 connection problem and I tried QtekS100_FRA_DT_10302_157_10100_For_MDA_T_Mobile.exe and get the Error 120 Country ID error.
Please help what to do ?

I have a problem after CID unlock. My Qtek show me ony bootloader screen, I try a lot of combination of reset and finally i observe on my qtek screen picture with 3 color gradient screen (red, green, blue) and USB sign in left corner.
Coud you any idea to upload ROM to my device ?

I fixed CID unlock problem, below i try explain this operation.
below manual tested ONLY with Qtek S200
If your device blocked on bootloader screen (picture with Qtek logo) please press camera button + soft reset after this operation device enter in bootloader load screen (red,green,blu gradient color)
Next plug you device by USB cable to PC (in left lower corner of the screen you will se USB text).
Last point is UPLOAD Orginal ROM to you device (very important point for example if you have German version you must upload the same version - like manufacturing relase)

i have big problems when im trying to update cerom or extended rom,i have 2 error codes ,error 112 and error 113!!!the only thing that i can do with my universal is to set him in bootloader mode 1.01 or to do hard reset and have the white screen witch ask me to puch 0 to restore default or x to exit,when i do this and puch on 0 to restore default settings he shut down and do nothing else!!!!when i charge my universal no light wil appear like before,the orange one!everything is begon when i do clear storage in running windows of my universal!!!!
please please help me to restore it!!!!
when i try to do update of cerom or extended rom it begin the update from 1% in one step to 7% ,then i got error 112 or 113,please anywone can help me,please....
my universal is unreconized in xp but my htc tytn is reconized!!!!

during my upgrade to a jamin it stopped at 80% then an invalid command error appear
after that i tried the NVID rom but the same error appear
so i turned it off and get out the battery about a minute then NOTHING
it alomstly daed no power at all although the charger is connected???
is it possible the failed upgrade process damaged the device hardware???
can any body know what can i do?

How can I fix this problem, the phone does not want to enter into arrangements Booth, the problem is a program StorageManager, then it does not want to load win mobile, hard reset and give accordingly pressed 0, the phone off and nothing there, it even laptop recognized, please advice on what to do in this case, how to put it in standby Booth, so I can reinstall it.

problem is solved, I found the right combination of buttons, then came into phone mode flash, now works perfectly
please help!!! O2 XDA Exec - CANT OPEN
lm still in the official o2 rom wm5, but last week, l hv try to install a file "Xda_Exec_Upgrade_v1.30.162" through my computer (window 7), when i installing the file , l saw my xda exec's sceen is freeze!!!!! so l just unplug the usb cable through my computer, and soft reset my xda exec, but a worse thing happen. when it it start loading is freeze at the o2 screen with 3 line word at right down corner - ( R 1.09.00 ) , ( G 42.42.P8 ) , ( D 1.30.107 WWE ). And so strange, when l charge my exec there is no light showing, when l remove the battery the light is showing red. l hv put my battery to my friend exec it work!!!
so please help!!!!

2. when remove battery, and then put it back and charge, the o2 screen come out immediately. without touch any button????? and no light showing.

@ jeffeu : put your universal (exec) in bootloader then try to flashing (install) it again.
and do not forget to read xda-wiki -- universal (our device).
Try to activate bootloader and from there to flash, I have a problem with the Win Seven and flash only XP
