I have a Black O2mini with Chinese ROM, after Upgrading to WWE, soft reset, the screen shows only white with sound "ting" like hardreset sound. It still boot but does not show on the screen. Connected to PC and I can explore my device.
Upgrade again is not be able with caution "Checking the information on your device ... please wait.... " But I wait for a long time ...
Anybody has the same problem and how to solve it? Thanks

Hi,
By mistake I put a custom ROM for KJAM on my S200...This ROM is used before u start unlocking CID. The ROM went ok in the setup, and then it reset the device.
After that I could not even see anything, as the screen was black, with some white light flashing...& and the power, bluetooth LEDs kept flashing with black screen.
I tried to get into the bootloader mode, but no way...it gives the same black screen with blinking LEDs....

I have a Qtek S200 and have been using the Prophet_Orange_UK_Rom. I decided this morning to revery back to my initial upgrade PDAMobiz_Prophet_WM6_V1.00 Rom. However in the middle of the update process in step 2, something happened which caused the update to fail.
No my qtek starts and gets stuck on the boot screen where you see the orange logo and IPL, SPL etc... info. When I plug the usb cable, there's no message from my computer (and no ack from activesync) but the power led shows it's charging. Any ideas as to what I can do? I've tried hardware reset several times and after saying Format is completed!, I end up with the same stuck-up boot screen.

sorry for the bother. Was doing hardware reset with both cam and comm buttons pressed. Did not know about boot reset with comm button only...

Hi fellas, I have a I-mate Jamin (Prophet) G4
While upgrading to RUU_Prophet_220734_22-7114_024721_NVID.exe, I lost ActiveSync synchronisation. This was while it was copying the extended ROM. Now when I did the hard reset, it only shows the Qtek splash screen and doesn't do anything else. Is there any way to rescue the XDA?

i faced the same problem before
you need to go to bootloaded mode (press camera button and soft reset)
you will get tri colour screen...
Flash again....
it will get stuck at 85% but wait for the 100% completion.
restart...

I have a problem with my imate jam. When I soft rest the device it shows a screen with Serial ( V1.0 ).. and nothing happens... I don't see any progress !
then, and in order to turn on the device again, I have to take off the back cover and place it again and then press on the power button. Then, when I start the device, it goes all the way with a loading process until it shuts off by itself. for no reason. any ideas what's going on ?
one more info. I tried to update the ROM, using imate website. I downloaded the latest version available in their website, but the phone turned off in the middle of the update process, and showed USB V1.0 on the screen.

Been searching for this problem on google and on this forum, but i can't find an answer to this
It's like this that i've installed wm 6.5 on my prophet, everthing was fine!
The problem was when i was trying to install another keyboard layout it restarted, and then it got stuck at the "splash screen" with the Qtek logo.
I did an Hard SPL, nothing happened.
After that i tried to boot into bootloader, everything was fine, i saw the three color screen and i started to install a new clean copy of the WM 6.5..
Everything was fine, it went to 100%, but when it was at 100% the device shutdowns.
When i tried to start it again i got into the three color screen again, and after about 7 seconds it restarts, and it starts in the three color screen...
Please help me..
