Hello hope someone can help please have been trawling forums for a week now without getting anywhere.
I was running nxt-l29c636???? tried to upgrade via app firmware finder, first two I picked just failed then I picked older one thinking I might need to go from android 6 to 7 then to 8
Now it's stuck in a loop.
The firmware I picked looked like it was installing but failed early on 1 or 2 %
I can get to erecovery - does nothing and I've tried copying update.app to SD card and holding three button method but it does nothing.
When I fastboot it and rescue mode my phone status is locked.
Anyone know how I can recover please?
Ideally just want to flash it and if so it'd be great if it was android 8
Thanks for looking
So I fixed this by using the excellent DC-Phoenix, my problem was drivers
So for any noobs out there, got this work. My problem was the phone would never go into upgrade mode. The problem was in device manager (windows 7x64 but doesn't matter which version of windows), was when DC-Phoenix tried to put the phone in upgrade mode the command was sent and acted on but device manager showed warning triangles that it didn't have a driver or the driver was only partially loaded.
When I directed it to the downloaded Hi-Suite (which has all the drivers) it loaded the driver(s) there are TWO drivers on virtual COM ports. So if you phone is not going into upgrade mode best to check that Windows can actually see these TWO COM ports.
Hi all, thanks for stopping by...bear with on this one ill try and give as much detail as I can.
ok so, my son dropped the android 11 beta into the phone and ran the install from the power volume down menu, well we at least think it was the beta, and here now are the problems I'm trying to fix for him.
phone in a boot loop
vol down and power recovery gives
kindly reminder
system error, after select language please select online update ( keep data ) to recovery system, thanks!
this does not work - says cant find wifi , I'm then left with turn off and install from storage ,reboot and 2 chineese options that I assume are the same.
when I plug the device into windows 10 pc ( also tried a chromebook ) the pc acknowledges the phone but does not spring up as a storage device so I cant pop the old OS on it to my frustration.
it shows up in device manager for about 40 seconds while booting then disconnects and when it shows ALL its drivers are flagged as problematic , I get
DPL Data
OPPO Find X2 Pro
OPPO Find X2 Pro
OPPO Find X2 Pro
QDSS DATA
QDSS DATA
RmNet
all the above appear in the device manager as issues. when I try to update driver it simply says it cannot find drivers for your device, tried to uninstall etc but just comes back as a error flag in devices.
any ideas on how to get the colourOS back on it at all please? willing to pay for a remote in and fix if such a thing exists too. I am guessing USB debugging etc isn't enabled and that's why the device isn't popping up...not sure if I can change this not via the phone but pc?
thanks all
Dan
I learned a lesson that find X2 pro is like Huawei
Can't play with roms like OnePlus.
I would recommend to send to service center
For people suffering from screen flashes in lock screen after updating to android 11 simply
1. perform factory reset in recovery mode( hold down power and volume down when booting up )
2. do not uninstall com.coloros.weather.service when debloating your device
I was stuck at this situation after upgrade to android 11.
The pin code window did not pop up and fingerprint sensor malfunctioned.
USB Debugging is disable so I can't reinstall the bloatware...
Also I'v tried QFIL, but I can't get the correct firehose to dump the partition...
How to solve this problem and reserve my personal data?
Biggest mistake for me was to buy this phone

Hi,
Were you able to revolve your issue.I have a Realme X2 Pro that boots to a white screen. I am unable to boot to recovery. This happened after recent Android 11 update.
Thanks,
Model:Huawei p40 lite
Hello, recently I flashed most propably bad firmware version and now the device seems to be soft bricked.
Black screen, no vibration while pressing power button, nothing.
However when I connect phone to PC, it does detect a device, I download HiSuite and device gets detected as Sooner ADB interface, but via HiSuite shows that recovery is not supported within the model.
ADB is also installed but devices show no devices at all.
When I press power button and volume down it seems to enter another state but device name/driver is the same. No fastboot.
It seems like it is not dead at all but I would have to use somekind of flash tool.
Any ideas would be appreciated
Thanks
Hi, is there a solution?
I need a solution to. Someone?
I am in the same situation. Is there someone to help?
Hello everybody
I am a beginner and before look for bootloader my Huawei m5 8.4, I would know if it is possible to have Android 10 or 11 on my tablet (Sht-w09)?
Thanks for your help
Perhaps my request seem strange but it is important for me to have the answer to do not mistake.
If it is impossible, I don't touch at my bootloader
Officially you will not get Android 10 or 11 on your SHT-W09, inofficially you can run the GSI-builds, e.g. from https://github.com/phhusson/treble_experimentations/releases
Thanks. I like the inofficialy solution
If I understood, I must install treble on my tablet and choose any version of Aosp?
you do not need to "install" treble. The Android version of the M5 is based on treble and that enables you to install those GSI images.
... are you sure you know what you are doing and you have your bootloader already opened? Please read and study a bit before starting to mess with ROM flashing. It's quite easy to create a brick
Yes you have reason when you wrote your post because I had use DC-unlocker for my bootloader but when I installed test point, my tablet has turned off and no longer turns on, no longer charges.
I tried power bottom during 30 s, volume bottom etc.
My tablet is dead.
@Renarde I'm really sorry to hear that. It's always better to be save than sorry.
Thanks you AnDiSa, but I think that nothing can be save
Anyone can help me please.?

It is not clear, did you successfully unlock your bootloader?? If yes, did you flash the right phh treble "*.img"?
No I don't unlock my bootloader, I only install Software testpoint and then my tablet had turn off for ever I think.
I do that :
DC-phoenix enable software TP
DCphoenix enable software testpoint
www.dc-unlocker.com

I read that that sw is able to downgrade emui, contact the dc-unlocker team or you could restore the original firmware with the Huawei suite.

I suggest to search on the web, any android devices should boot in fastbost or recovery mode. Do you try to downgrade the firmware or flash a wrong one?
I remember to enter in fastboot mode: while is off, press VOL UP then connect to a usb port the M5.
For the recovery mode: the M5 is off, press POWER+VOLUP.
I downgraded via Hi suite to Android 8 before doing the manipulations.
I try fasboot mode and recovery mode without sucess

But android 8 booted? i think no. There is a guide to downgrade the os, you cannot simply flash an older firmware.
I found this, this user uses erecovery.
