Question Questions about authorized accounts and unlocking the bootloader via Test Point (EDL) - Xiaomi Poco X3 Pro

Hello, XDA forum members.
I am currently the owner of a POCO X3 Pro 6/128 (M2102J20SG) smartphone. In the future, my plans include unlocking the bootloader and installing a root rights manager. Before I start experimenting with a smartphone, I would like to know specific answers to my technical questions related to unlocking the bootloader itself, as well as what are authorized accounts and the Test Point method. Please answer the questions point by point.
1. What is an authorized Mi account? How do Xiaomi equipment repair services (including smartphones) get it? Do only official Xiaomi service centers receive such accounts, or do unofficial service centers also have such an opportunity?
2. Is it true that in the latest models of Xiaomi smartphones and the Poco sub-brand, an authorized account is required to unlock the bootloader using the Test Point (EDL) method?
3. Imagine the situation that I have already done some experiments on a smartphone. Let's say that I, in some abstract way, flashed the wrong firmware through the MiFlash Tool program, and flashed it in the "clean all and lock" mode. The smartphone has stopped starting, or is in a state of cyclic reboot, or does not respond to any physical actions. In this case, I believe that the only way to return from this state will first be unlocking the bootloader through the Test Point method, and then flashing the correct firmware for this device. I'm interested in the Test Point method. Can I, as an ordinary user, get access to a one-time authorized Mi account, or get the same opportunity on my personal Mi account in order to be entitled to one bootloader unlock at home without taking the smartphone to a service center? I have kept the complete set of the smartphone along with the purchase receipt, which I can provide as evidence of the actual ownership of the smartphone.
I am not a native English speaker, so this text has been partially translated, sorry for any misunderstandings. Any help is appreciated.

Hard-SPL Unlocker: How do I PAY, AGAIN, so I am NEVER BLOCKED in future after PAYING?

I thank the programmers for their work on the Hard-SPL Unlocker and they deserve to be compensated for it.
But, these are the issues I have with the unlocker and the programmers themselves:
#1. I already PAID for license for my PERSONAL use for ONLY my PERSONAL TP2.
#2. I'm still being blocked from running the unlocker
#3. My service "ticket" with PROOF OF MY PAYMENT filed on the programmer’s ticket system, private messages, and e-mails are all being completely ignored since 3/29/2010
Sooo,
What are ALL the details on the process that I have to undertake to PAY them AGAIN to get a version of the unlocker that will allow me to unlock my PERSONAL TP2 for my PERSONAL use that can NEVER be blocked again ???
Thank you for any help that can be provided.
Here is a copy of the license information they post on their site.
I have highlighted/underlined every issue that is NOT being honored:
Licensing information:
it's like with previous Hard-SPL unlockers - every user gets one free use of the Hard-SPL,
further use is subject to paying 3GBP per each device.
however, if you are a private user, you can have other uses free on request if needed, such as using it on a replacement device.
the license is valid forever and all this works as transparently as possible, so for normal users nothing is noticeable; while businesses who need to unlock more devices than that, can use the link inside the program to send payment or contact cmonex or Olipro if you want to discuss bulk unlocking.
contact info is: via support link
Again, I thank the programmers for their work and they deserve to be compensated for it.
You guys have done great work.
You've earned my money.
But, my money deserves service and a response.
Please get me working and provide a solution so this doesn't happen again.
Thank you.
I'd like to make a public request to change the system currently in place.
In exchange for our payments, can we get a downloadable program that works without future issues ????
This way, we don't have to rely on the programmers to maintain their website and communication.
They are many reports that the programmners are not maintaining either, and that's fine......
as long as those that paid can get access now to a downloadable solution that will work independtly without web access with no future issues.
I bought the SIM unlocker last year when it was released. I had it on my laptop and some how I managed to screw up my hard drive. I put in a ticket because I wanted to re down load the program in case I ever need to relock my phone to have it serviced. I received 1 reply asking for my IMIE, that was like back in dec/jan. I'm glad that my phone has not bit the dust but I'm still up set at the unloker team's under handed business practices.
i wait two weeks for them answer in my ticked --silence.
pay yes --support no.
it sounds like you guys have to re-submit your problems, olipro said the system was down and they had to start over http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=6571077&postcount=153.
I think olipro will get it worked out. I also tried to redownload the unlocker but unfortunately once you download for the first time you can no longer download yours again. I suggest that maybe olipro keep that link active for max 3 downloads. He has done great work though.

[Q] jailbreak dell venue pro

i have a dell venue pro running wp7.5 mango
i want to jailbreak it
please post a way to perform it.
will it void my warranty ??
"Jailbreak" is a totally ambiguous term. If you want the exact level of access it provides on an iPhone - custom apps, root access, and the ability to replace system binaries - that is flat-out impossible right now. If you just want custom apps, that's actually a built-in feature of the OS.
You can try using the registry editor buit into the EM app, but most likely you're going to need to get an AppHub account.
More info on the various unlock possibilities for each Windows phone: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1538801 (first page of the dev&hacking section... seriously, try a *little* harder please).

To unlock your phone do exactly the following:
1.) turn your phone off
2.) go outside where you get real good signal
3.) take your phone and throw it as hard as you can at the ground
4.) your phone is now unlocked
PS: this will only work once so make it count.
This guy should be banned "permanently" Complain already sent to mods...
My post was not about voluptuary or OP posts It was swindler's message here (above mine). But moderators have already taken care of this "merchant" His post is deleted and (I hope so!) he is banned.

App hub(dev-unlock)

hey guys i have heard that apphub can register 3 devices in one account...so i was thinking that if we connect a user who have an apphub account with a user who dose not have...by using internet ..so that other users can also register their devices....
Guys please tell me if this is possible????
It would be a gr8 help to many users...especially to omnia w users...
In order to register a device to get it unlocked, it must be physically present at the account owner's computer. It has to be connected via USB to the computer, and a program at the computer is run to register it.
So I suppose, if people are trusting enough to send their phones to others, then its possible. Otherwise, not gonna work.
so i guess its a yes....but if we connect the pcs via a software which would even help us to share proxy ports, usb ports, etc we may able to do it without the risk...
Guys plz need your support...
Well, you're not going to be able to do it *without* risk; I don't know of any program that would allow that level of remote connection without exposing one computer or the other to attack. The level of risk may be acceptable, though.
Side note: not everybody has unlocks to spare; some of us have multiple phones or have family / friends who needed unlocked too. That said, if there's a way to do it right, the idea certainly has merit!

... but not on XDA, my friend
I really dont know now if this is true but when i was googling i got the information that u can also remove the device if dont want it......so after u have registered the device u can simply remove the user....
plz correct me if m wrong!!!
That's right. But what is your point? No one will give you his Live account credentials. Also, this is a hoax, prohibited by Microsoft agreement. By the way, if you already ready to cheat - just open fake student's account and get your unlock for free (but I don't want to discuss it).
well i tried almost all the things on google and xda but none of it is working.....
anyways so i guess its a bit sad news to most of the omnia w users....
@sensboston, you misunderstood. The suggestion was for a way to remotely connect a Windows Phone to the computer of somebody who had an AppHub account. For example, if you could forward your device's USB connection to my PC via the Internet, I could then launch the Windows Phone Developer Registration tool on my PC, enter my credentials, and unlock your device (well, aside from running into the limit, that is).
I don't know of any such software that doesn't also give one ocmputer or the other way more access than I'd recomment allowing a stranger to have, but it does not (in theory) require handing one's credentials to anybody else. It may be against the ToS of AppHub, but then, you can believe that ChevronWP7 Unlocker was against somebody or other's ToS as well, and that didn't stop people. I routinely decompile apps, even though that's forbidden by mose EULAs. You get the point. We're not talking piracy here...
May be but I think OP is looking for free handset unlock, not for USB forwarding

see the tutorial i write in the HD7 General sub-forum.
don't want to look? no worry, link in my signature.
Currently, the only ways to dev-unlock (what you're asking about) every phone is to get an AppHub account (Marketplace Developer account) from Microsoft ($99/year from http://create.msdn.com, free with student email address from http://dreamspark.com). For some phones (gen1 or gen1.5 HTC, gen1 Samsung, Nokia Lumia 710 and some Lumia 800) you can install a custom ROM, and the info for doing that is usually available in the device-specific forum on this site. For LG phones, there's a built-in registry editor that can be used for dev-unlock. If you have a Samsung phone, you may be able to use WindowBreak, which is an easy and free way to unlock.
There's a list of available unlocks, categorized by type of phone and level of unlock, listing the various limitations of each, and with links to more information and instructions for each. This list is on the dev&hacking sub-forum.

[Q]how to get bl unlock code?

I tried to get code from huawei official website but unsuccessful because new policy need device login huawei cloud for 15 days to proceed. then I send email to huawei f. the code, they tell me the same things. i installed huawei cloud later login and wait for 15 days but result still same. how should I do?
here is huawei reply mail:
Hello Dear user:
Huawei Customer is pleasure to be at your service.
If you want to unlock your phone, you should meet these conditions as follow:
1、Please register your own Huawei ID on your phone other than any other third party.
2、Log in your Huawei ID for continuously 14 days on your phone which you need to unlock.
3、Each Huawei ID should not apply for the unlock code more than twice within six months.
You can log in http://emui.huawei.com/en/ to ask for unlock code When you enter the web page, please click 'Download' button, choose the 'Unlock Bootloader' to log in your Huawei ID, other than any other third party ID, then follow operations as the web page advices.
If you can not log in, please send the screenshoots of the erro message shows on the screen to us and we will help you to check your problems.
We also need you to know that once your phone is rooted, it can be out of the best working state and part of functions may not be able to work normally. In additon, the system is vulnerable to be invaded by viruses once your phone is permitted to unlock. What's more, for the lacking of fully tested, the third party software will not be compatible with your phone. Unlocking will bring unexpected negative impacts and if the device is not normal, and can not be restored, Huawei after-sales service office will not provide warranty service for your rooted phone, and you may bear the cost. So we strongly advice you to think it twice.
If you have any other problem, please send your feedback to us. We will always be at your service to help you to solve your problems. Thank you for your supporting to Huawei and you can add Huawei official Wechat ID: Huawei 400 to learn more.
Hard service 100+, out of service is just the basis, the excess satisfaction is our eternal pursuit!
