I have an LG Stylo 6 and I forgot my pattern and I cannot afford to erase the data in the phone so is there any way I can possibly bypass the pattern lock on it?

The screen on my LG Stylo self destructed.. It costs as much for a new phone as it does to replace the screen. It hasn't been rooted or unlocked yet. Not sure if it's even possible, but is there any way to retrieve data from this phone?
I'll try anything since there is nothing left to lose
If you look on eBay, the screen is about $75. About half the price of a working stylo. Or 1/3 the cost of a new style plus. According to the YouTube videos, replacement seems straightforward, especially if you get one already in a frame.
While. I haven't. (yet) done a stylo screen replacement, I will be next week when the part for my son's phone comes in.

Thanks, that might be a viable option them
Do you think you can touch it? Did you ever set up adb?

I'm familiar with adb. I've done a lot with HTC phones, but I can't seem to get any response from touching any active part of what's left of the screen on the stylo. I can't read it at all and I've tried the poke and hope method using my wife's stylo as a reference. No luck. I think that unless I can turn on USB debugging I'm SOL.
I just received a factory refurbished LG Stylo 2 L82VL from Straight Talk as a replacement for one I bought a month ago that suffered the infamous "invalid SIM" failure.
Immediately after activating the replacement phone I notice that the touch screen becomes unresponsive anytime the screen is locked or times out.
The hard keys still work but to bypass this I have to remove the battery, restart the phone and enter the unlock code before the screen times out.
After that it operates flawlessly but if the screen is locked or times out I have to repeat the process.
It's quite bothersome and I have a 2nd replacement scheduled but I'm curious as to what could be causing this issue and how it might be resolved.
I've hard reset twice but to no avail.
Any advice or insight would be greatly appreciated.
Please help...
I bought MI note 4 last month and my little brother had put a pattern lock on my mi note 4. Which he doesn't even remember. Now my phone is in non-working condition because of pattern lock. I dont want to reset my phone. Please help how to byepass that pattern lock.
Do you have TWRP?
A padlock unlocks while booting
I suspect I know what this means, I had something similar on a Galaxy S Nexus a few years ago
The phone Boots normally and outwardly seems to show no sign of anything wrong

From what I can see it seems to be after you encrypt your storage, padlock unlocking is showing it has decrypted it ready for use
Pls delete
That would be cool if you're right?
Anyone else or is detection bang on the money?
So basically instead of uncrypting on the fly like the Nexus 6 did.
The S7 does it from the start when you put your code in ?
It still unencrypts on the fly, it just replaces the normal boot animation with the padlock for fanciness' sake.
I was worrying because of my phone came back from a Anovo (Samsung UK repair centre contract) a few years ago, the idiot who tried to fix my Nexus Galaxy
unlocked the bootloader and did not relock it before shipping it out meaning the Warranty was potentially invalid.
And also flashed a carrier branded firmware on a Samsung supplied phone.
I bought this phone 3 weeks ago, but i noticed that the fingerprint lock option dissapeared from security options, any solution for this problem?
I algo restarted they phone so..... I need help
The moto g7 power never had "Fingerprint Lock" option

Maybe I am crazy but I swore my g7 power used to do this pre Android 10. But maybe I am just imagining it.
