I am creating this thread as a place to discuss development of unofficial CM13 builds for the T31x devices. Those of you that have been around here for a while already know that I tend to get busy with other stuff and disappear a times. So, with that said, if you would like to contribute to the development of this rom, please feel free to do so. I can make you a contributor and you will have the ability to modify this OP as required.

What Doesn't Work:
- Bluetooth has audio issues
- External SDCard will not work as "internal" storage
INSTALLATION
- Make sure you're running latest TWRP 3.0.2-0
- Copy GApps and CM ZIPs to your internal or external SDCard
- Boot into Recovery
- Perform WIPE:
In TWRP, select Wipe --> Advanced Wipe.
Check Dalvik/ART Cache, System, Cache, and Data
Swipe to Wipe
- Flash CM zip
- Flash GApps zip
- Reboot
Updating to a newer version of THIS rom ("dirty" flash)
- Boot into Recovery
- Flash CM zip (no need to re-flash gapps or wipe anything)
- Reboot
If you have any issues after doing a "dirty" flash, do a clean install before reporting any problems.

Tips:
If you flash a gapps package and get a force close on the keyboard, boot into TWRP, mount system, then choose the file manager option and delete /system/lib/libjni_latinimegoogle.so Fixed
You will need to give your browser permission to access storage before you can download anything with it. Go to Settings-Apps to adjust permissions.
If you flash a Gapps package with Google Camera, the camera may not work. Many i9300 users are reporting that the new Google Camera needs an API that we do not have and therefore will not work.
When connecting the tablet to a computer to transfer files, it will always initially be in "Charging" mode and you will need to select "File Transfer" mode by clicking on the notification on the tablet.
Camera - If you get "can't connect to camera" message, download Mediaserver Killer app from store and use it.
Netflix - If you get lines in your Netflix video, edit your data usage settings on the Netflix website to Low or Medium. I created a "mobile" profile and set the data usage to "low"; then selected that profile in the app and I no longer get the lines on the videos.
Google Movies - If you get a "license error", you need to give the Google Movies app permission to access "phone"; then reboot.
I have noticed that the latest version of Google Movies does not work (at least on my T310). It always gives the "failed to fetch license" error when trying to play purchased movies. I found this same problem when I first starting using CM13, but it could be solved then by giving the app permission to access "phone" in the permission settings for that app (then reboot). But, the newest version of the Google Movies and TV app does not request these permissions, so the "fix" for the previous version does not work.
If you want to use Google Movies and TV app, you can install the previous version (3.10.10) and allow the required permissions (then reboot) to get it working again.
I will not post the apk because people have varying ideas about installing apps that are not installed directly from the app store, but you can find the previous app on APK Mirror website.

Please don't ask how to setup a build environment in this thread. There are plenty of guides that will instruct you how to setup a build environment for CM. I will not repeat those instructions, only give you the additional info required for building for our devices.
In addition to the full repo of CM13 sources, I used the following from my git:

lt01wifi device tree
lt013g device tree
lt01lte device tree
smdk4x12 kernel source
proprietary vendor blobs
I also used from CM sources:

Will test on the t310 as soon as I can I am especially anxious of the Bluetooth headset problem that was evident during 12.X (and other custom roms)
Edit: Tried it out. Bluetooth is still a bit messy for headsets. Unless I am very close (less than 2 meters) - so far.

Great job gr8nole. One problem that I encounter that is found on lollipop too is YouTube having lag. I really like to use it but in lollipop and marshmallow there's still problems. Still, thanks a lot for keeping this device up-to-date with the latest version of android. Thank you! ?☺?

Ok... I installed without wiping data but sim issue is still the same...
Dint detect the sim.
Secondly i only have one mmc but its showing 2 diferent cards one is 5gb and another one shows 1.5gb n internal is different so altogether its showing 3 memories???... Gplay services crashes might b i have not installed or updated gapps.. Not sure. Bt d main issue is sim doesn't gets detected...

Before re-installing everything, can you maybe test if "nu.nl" , "ad.nl" and "rabo bankieren" are working? Just normally from Google Playstore

If you set your notification light to a custom one, it not works, only the default color, red. and green, would be nice to implement it! The hw is capable of, because on early color os ports. the led could blink white and yellow.

Why cant we have fast charge?

Hello, superdragonpt! First of all, thanks for your dedication on our device are my tests on this ROM. I suppose you only are interested in non-working functions and other issues. So, let's go:
Top apps than does not work properly: Facebook app (exits after login screen), Skype (same issue), Page Manager app (ramdon hangs), Aliexpress (does not open login screen), Asphalt 8 (loading screen and then exits with android process error). And still testing others. OK, webview update fixed it. Sorry
Automatic timezone by using network is wrong. I am in Spain (PEPEPHONE cell company - GMT+2) and it says China GMT+8.
Magnetic cover sensor does not work (or maybe CM ROM does not support it, I don't know, but RC does it).
Weather section on toolbar and cLock widget does not work.
Camera driver (photos and videos) looks like better than RC (or just I am suggested by the change). Anyway, quality level is still frustrating because of blurry pixel definition and scary postprocesing.
Compass has better accuracy than RC ROM, but still unaccurate (now looks like excess of effect when moving).
Missing MTK Engineer apk (please!) and fast charge feature.
I hope you find this list useful to improve CM ROM and make the best ROM over all . THANK YOU A LOT!

Smooth, stable, camera working (only few times crashing).
I just have one issue, voice recording, when i make videos or video calls no one can hear me, only if scream, i dont know why (I don't have such problem using an headphone).

I like your rom.
Almost all possible extensions are included, and they work well.
I have the following suggestions to include:
1) Add LTE on/off quick tile.
2) SIM card switch on/off provision.
3) Being targeted for Le 2 devices only, for saving battery power, include the scripts (e.g: from Kernel Adiutor) to reduce the CPU min frequency to 400 MHz, as part of the rom installation itself.
4) Similar to above, include the script of "Enable Doze for GMS Magisk Module", for Dozing Google Play Services, to help conserve further battery power.
Porint #3, #4 would avoid Magisk and Kernel Adiutor installation for ordinary users.

I had found some bug in every custom ROM.
But it's not matter.
I'm facing the bug is Bluetooth Headset.
My Bluetooth Device is connected but i can't talk in phone call and some Bluetooth headset work but not cleared voice.
It is occurring in every 8.1 OREO CUSTOM ROM
Will you please fix the issue.

9.6.27 -> Format data -> flashed LOS.
No separated flash for vendor.

Did you come from Xiaomi.eu? If so you need to flash back the stock ROM before flashing this

Have you tried GSI ROMs? If so, how does the FP compare to the poor GSI performance?

Pardon my ignorance, but is that necessary? I'm asking since from my understanding, Xiaomi.eu ROMs are based on the China ROMs? Unless they borked things up somehow.

Does camera pop out during reboot? Are the circular edges smooth or jagged?

After some hours of usage, i can't now wake up screen on power button. I can sense vbrations when i press it longer, but screen won't turn on. Only restart helps, but it happend every time when i lock screen.
Any fast fix?
Before i enter my pin after reboot, power button works well. When i enter pin, power button don't wake up screen anymore.
When i deleted my fingerprint its working now.
But when i try to add fingerprint screen won't turn on.

That was pretty fast

i have tried the 5thApr build, so far besides the known wifi problem I am not sure if this is a valid problem.
I tried to share internet connection using BT from my other phones. It connected fine and was able to open web pages. However when i try to login to my google account in the settings, it says Google server could not be located. Is this the BT fix you are talking about in the 6thApr build?

No, Google Services seems to be broken for now. I made WiFi working in the latest build. Also, I invite you to join my telegram group so we can easily communicate and maybe even fix a few issues.

I have fixed weak WiFi. Just a reminder
Also what exact model do you have? I have the PB1-770M

I have the exact same device.
I have tried the latest build with weak wifi, so far it seems to connect fine. I am using 5GHz wifi and so far no problem. Could you be more specific as what do you mean by weak wifi? Lose connection easily or connection is fine but transfer speed is slow or etc.

I have fixed it in the latest build. (patch)

i have just found another bug , the screen rotation function is not working as intended. most of the apps cannot rotate, except for the builtin MIUI web browser, however after it goes into landscape mode the screen kind of freezes and you have to force close it.
wifi is working fine

Not rotating is because the sensors aren't working. If you want to watch YouTube, sideload the latest play services and YouTube, don't login and it will work.

thanks noted about the rotation problem.
however i did try installing youtube using apk file, installed fine but app wont run, just force closes everytime. should i try installing from TWRP?

Gapps will brick the device, just use Aptoide and download them, I did that and it worked great.

Latest result: I did manage to flash Gapps, but it still wouldn't work.

Does This have sound issues on calling and viewing videos or I can download and work with it..!!?

Same issues, I do not recommend you using any Android Lollipop ROMs here, I discontinued all of them. No more bug fixes.
