CyanogenMod is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. Its great to see this device get a CM ROM finally. Works really well so far.
Couple of issues though
1. Not detecting mobile network for me. Tried multiple wipes and clean install but no effect
2. Not able to install google apps. both the store and gmail crash on launch. Unable to add account in the accounts tab in settings either.

Tried that but the apps just crash. Am not sure why. Hopefully will get corrected in the next iteration. Bigger issue is that no mobile signal is detected

It's strange to me..... When I tried QCR89 - Google Play worked fine и mobile signal was fine too....

2. Battery draining faster compared to other ROM(s) only 3 apps running in background - WhatsApp, YT Music , YouTube rest all hibernated using Greenify

4. Google Photos takes forever to backup photos tried on WiFi as well as on LTE data

1,2 . Will be fixed in next update no worries you can join the telegram group for support we recomend a kernel change as of now currently to fix heating and battery drain isssues(Halcyon kernel or agni [HMP] is recomended)
3.That seems fine but ill look into it
4.Gapps are in intial build as well as rom so wait for a syable release or install nikgapps core and install potos from play store that works fine for me

no firmware needed if u need join the telegram grp for more support

1.For some reason Google files is showing internal storage as empty (might be a mistake on my behalf, but not sure)
2. Phone once rebooted itself while it was charging
3. Rebooted once when I was trying to screen cast to PC
4. Quick settings and notification tab in Legion settings is showing blank.
5. Battery seems to be draining fast
6. Manual Rotation sometimes not working

1.Gapps are not stable yet and google changed the way storage works (once again a new storage related api) so it will take some time for stuff to work u can use the inbuilt one or twrp if ur pro and need anything
2.Nothing known yet from users but still i will consider it
3.Screen cast will be fixed soon its a initial build so only necessary stuff is given
4.Its just because those are yet to be added in upcoming updates

Hi. Thanks a lot for this work. This is honestly a great ROM, far faster than lineage. Really love it.
I've found 3 bugs :
1/ bluetooth doesn't work for me. I can pair devices (car, bluetooth speaker...) but sound isn't streamed on it. Anybody encountered that issue ? I've tried several params in dev mode (bluetooth driver and so on) but nothing worked for me
2/ Google camera is crashing everytime. As you have no camera app included, it's a problem (I've found open camera is working and a descend app)
3/ Update UI is crashing when trying to read informations about the new release.
Anyway, thanks a lot !
EDIT :
The bluetooth now works with the LegionOS-v3.7-jasmine_sprout-20210322-OFFICIAL-GAPPS.zip build. Just fine !! That was my main concern Thanks !

External SD cards don't support POSIX (ext*, f2fs) or NTFS filesystems anymore. If this affects you then just bite the bullet, copy any data off you really want to save, and reformat as exfat.
The latest TWRP does work, but if someone has issues then perhaps try using the actual supported recovery.
If you are encrypted, even with insecure boot, you absolutely must format userdata on upgrade, as noted in upgrade instructions in wiki.
If you are not encrypted then disable lockscreen before upgrading and it *should* work without wiping userdata.
If you didn't disable lockscreen before upgrading then delete the lockscreen files and it *should* work. Use the power of search, I'm not going to help out with this one -- it's an unsupported path.
If you get terribly stuck then wipe userdata as our official upgrade guide notes.

Nice! I have been using this rom since 7.3! great rom!

Nice to see a developer revisit this dinosaur of a device and keep it supported. I have been running LOS since android 10 as I found advanced features of other roms are too intensive for this phone now. Will be interesting to try out this rom! First time I've been excited to flash a rom in ages. I don't know how I'm still daily driving this phone

Issues I am facing on this ROM:
- Settings interface seems to freeze whenever I visit an app info.
- Unable to grant access privileges to app (e.g. Giving file access permission to browser, which just doesn't respond to my touches )
It seems that smart pixels causes some of the settings' interfaces not to work properly.
- 5ghz band not working ( the connection status remains 'Saved' if you are trying to connect to a 5ghz wireless band)
- More to be discovered

Correct, this is a security feature of android. Smart Pixel or features/apps alike will behave similarly.

they probably mean the glitch when closing the quick settings panel where it stutters and renders itself multiple times. This is fixed by turning of quick settings blur in crDorid settings.

New rom update is live with temporary fix of qs flickering issue.... i guess !

1- proximity sensor not working.
2- auto rotation not working.
3- flashlight not working.
4- network take a long time to come.and after its came with a weak signal.

@sp56 After testing I found some bugs:
1. Device heats up quickly.
2. Sound comes out only when connected bluetooth headset.
3.video can only be played when connected bluetooth headset
4. Youtube videos can only be played when connected bluetooth headset.
5. Flashlight not working
6. Unable to connect camera.
That's all I found. The rest is fine and working. Thanks for this ROM.

I also tested this Rom.It is so excited for me.I am a normal user so I can’t test all of things but now I found the WiFi can’t connect bug in my phone.So please help for bug.Thanks for your ROM.I like that
Edit- WiFi is work but weak signal in long distance.Phone signal is also weak. Thanks brother

Thanks for the rom ^^. Quite smooth but wifi is unstable and i cant connect to 2,4Ghz AP. When i check with matlog i got something like this: "failed to register get pkt fate response; result = -95" moudle "Wifi Hal"

To be an Android 10 rom on an exynos variant this is really good, maybe one day it can be used as a daily driver. Thank you guys for your efforts!

I am working on samsung galaxy note 3 treble activation and vendor interface to avoid more custom rom issues we will be able to use gsi roms soon

So far works great, idk if mobile data works. It does say LTE on my sim card but I don't really know if mobile data is working since I don't have a plan on that sim card. There is a button for NFC for me, no idea if NFC works either since I don't have another phone for NFC. Actually runs pretty smooth for a quad-core 2GB of ram phone. Only issue ive seen is theres no charging animation when powered off which means it will just be stuck on the charging symbol from the firmware itself.
With all of that tho, pretty happy and it looks pretty stable.

yes we need gapps, I just used bitgapps 12.1 for arm (not arm64) and it works

Just assume its the same installation procedure as the other roms like unlocking bootloader, installing twrp, flashing rmm bypass, wiping data, system, dalivk and cache, and installing the rom itself
i might post an install guide here once i get it working

Problem Report :
torch {or flashlight} is disable when in camera app use flashlight
The flashlight will remain disabled in this mode until it is restarted
after restart the flashligh {torch} is enable
