As far as I know, 4K recording isn't working if you enable camera2 api.

Change to 4k recording

here find called resolution
tap on rear camera its 4k uhd option tap on it..
its done.......

Nice camera awesome quality but how can I update this ..If update came???Can u update this thread if APK got update??

I guess you are on MIUI? After changing it to 4k on custom rom camera stops working.

Works fine on stock miui 9.6.3.
Pro mode works perfectly too.

Am using pixel experience rom 9.0. Front camera works. But rear camera is stuck. And says camera can't access.

Poco F1 camera port for RN 7 pro?

is it possible to port poco's camera for our note 7 pro?
if yes, than any dev should do that, as our device's default camera app doesn't has lots of camera features. like Slow-Mo fps selection, super slow mo etc..

This post is created to share the experience of using Gcam Mod on Realme 5. Mostly the versions of BSG for Mi8 or Poco F1 are also supported on our device, which is a good news. What doesn't work ( At least for me ) :
You cant use wide agle and macro lense.
60 fps video recording ( Refords 30 fps ).

Portrait mode Edge detection is horrible sometimes.
I wish 60 fps video recording would be supported.
Does anyone know a video recorder app that can record 60 fps on realme 5?

Hardware is not the same, I was under the same perception in A5 2020 and A9 2020
Even in A5 2020, there are two different suppliers of sensors depending upon region. Lower end version (CPH-1933) use 12MP sensor from Omnivision and higher end use Sony or Samsung (I don't remember exactly, but the exact sensor models are listed in a system xml file) 12MP sensor. (Sony IMX 386 I think while 2MP sensors are samsung's)

installed and tested the MGC_7.3.020_RPII_v0f
- features working:
* taking photos in max resolution
* night mode
* videos in 30 or 60 fps
* portrait mode
- features not working:
* Shortcut to play videos does not work, playing from DCIM is totally fine though
* Slow motion does not respond and saves glitchy footage
* does not use the other lenses
So, that was my experience on that version

Questions about camera app (stock or GCam)

Hi guys.
I have an Oppo Find X2 Pro with Android 11 and ColorOS 11
I see that de stock camera app is a little poor in details (for example front camera)... With Pro mode, front camera quality improves...
I´d like to configure or use an other app to improve camera (specially front camera)
What version of GCam or XML or another app do you recommend me to improve cameras quality??

Hi, I wanna report here what i think is a HUGE problem of poco x3 pro (but i think poco f3 too), the stock camera...... the stock camera of poco have is very bad, even worst of xiaomi cam...... on Black shark 4 for example we have a better Dynamic range, Better details and more options (like 4k/60fps) with the same camera sensor...... so why this probelm? and ALSO the videplayer software is limited too! if i rec a 4k/60fps video with Gcam (it works fine) i can't play it properly, i need to use VLC or another Video player app....... so... i ask to you.....is it possible to change Stock camera or to update it?

To update the stock camera is a big NO,to change the stock camera is easy use Gcam or AMX camera(has a similar interface to stock camera ).
