Oneplus 6 root , nfc - OnePlus 6 Questions & Answers

Hello everyone. I.m planning to root my op6 , just for the adblock. Does anyone who rooted the phone knows if i can still use the NFC pay option ? I.m using ING Pay , will i be able to hide it in magisk ?
Or, there is any other way to block ads without rooting ?

Use DNS66, no root required.

I know Google pay works with magisk after you erase playstore data to become certified

Try using blockada app from xda labs to block ad without root. Currently im using Adguard premium verison to block ads from all apps and using vanced youtube to block ad inside youtube... Works pretty well for me

Root for MT7-L09 B571?

Hey guys!
I was wondering if anyone has rooted the latest update? If so, are you using the same TWRP and SuperSU as with B561?
I also have a question for those that use AndroidPay. Have any of you been able to use AP while rooted? If yes, can you please guide me in the right direction. I'm a big AP user and I hate that I would have to lose the ability to root my device in order to get it working.
Thanks in advance for the help!
I'm using 3.0.2 TWRP and SuperSU v2.64 Pro, and it works perfect.

Can you tell me, why do yo want to root your phone?
I root because I use xposed for Adblocker and youtube adaway... plus the deletion of Gapps that are of no use.

Chrome will only block ads that are known to be intrusive. They will not block all ads. So it's way better to use the host file.

Not necessarily. There are a couple of Magisk modules which uses the host file for ad blocking. Using one right now.

No broooo, u r extremely mistaken about adguard... Im using it from past 4 years...
It block ads from every apps and allow users to block the internet permissionto specific apps to protect your privacy...
##Im always sending reports to them about new ads comes with installed apps... And they are blocking it ontime##
""" But u need to PURCHASE the app """" otherwise its only block specific browsers...
If u dont like to pay, simply download the cracked adguard app from TRUSTED source and use it... im damn sure U ll feel the difference....
Ah, so we need to purchase adguard to get it's full capabilities

Yes, uninstalling Magisk will result in your device going in no-root stage. Uninstalling Xposed doen't affect device's root-stage.
