Interesting, what is this app?
Anyway, if you deny root permission for this app, it will treat as the device is not root.

Apps can understand if a device is rooted. My banks application -which does not require root rights obviously- gives warning that it is unsafe if the phone is rooted.

Root for MT7-L09 B571?

Hey guys!
I was wondering if anyone has rooted the latest update? If so, are you using the same TWRP and SuperSU as with B561?
I also have a question for those that use AndroidPay. Have any of you been able to use AP while rooted? If yes, can you please guide me in the right direction. I'm a big AP user and I hate that I would have to lose the ability to root my device in order to get it working.
Thanks in advance for the help!
I'm using 3.0.2 TWRP and SuperSU v2.64 Pro, and it works perfect.

Can you tell me, why do yo want to root your phone?
I root because I use xposed for Adblocker and youtube adaway... plus the deletion of Gapps that are of no use.

But you must unlock bootloader and what not... And if you want it without twrp you will definitely need a computer to get it working.

On Pie you need root in order to get substratum themes to work. sadly you can't do it without root anymore just like how it was over on oreo.

XPosed: https://www.skyneel.com/uninstall-xposed-framework

AFAIK Samsung XCover 3 is Android 4.4.4 & Samsung Galaxy J3 is Android 5.1.1, Hence OP correctly spoke of XPosed.

Yes, uninstalling Magisk will result in your device going in no-root stage. Uninstalling Xposed doen't affect device's root-stage.

Seriously, until a few years ago it was indispensable, but today I don't know how to use it. If you have valid suggestions I will do root immediately!!! If It Is only to change the font... it Is useless ...

I think people want root for the same reason they want to be admins in Windows OS, which is to take total control of their devices.

I've just clicked your signature and visited Xiaomi.eu. What's the difference between the ROM in your signature and updating to the lastest MIUI? Both are 13.
Can't wait for other proper ROMs to arrive.

There is a full changelog somewhere on that site. TLDR? Much more customization, less garbage. Try it, there is no negative in that rom, but still...it is MIUI :\ Cant wait for real rom too...
