I can not reset the password of my gmail,i have access to registered phone and email in recovery,but still google is not reseting it. i lost my back up codes and i dont remeber the account creation date. when i reset it they ask for last password ,registered phone,back code, account creation date and recovery email. some body help me

Just rooted with bean V5. Went to check my email and nothing is being received. I send a test from my email to my yahoo account and it shows up on my laptop. refresh phone....nothing. Reboot phone and still nothing. all my settings appear to be correct. I went to accounts and sync to delete account and re-attempt to add email account. It wont even let me delete yahoo account and says I must do factory wipe in order to delete this account. Its not my gmail account I'm trying to delete so why is this an issue!? I cant figure this out and it is pissing me off!!
Please give some direction if you can.
I have an odd Email issue. I turned on my phone and found a message saying that "Backup server detected an account change" it then deleted my legitimate @live.com email from the stock mail app and added [email protected] in its place. I now go to accounts in the system menu and behold, there is this new account that is not mine. It will not let me remove it either because it says it is needed by the system and can only be removed with a factory reset.
I also have backup assistant disabled and i am unsubscribed from it on verizon's end, so I don't know what backup server it is talking about.
I am stock, no root yet.
My family is not very savvy with computers/phones.
my mom has a Samsung galaxy S4 from a while ago and had her email setup for her on the phone (outlook/Hotmail). however, she has forgotten her password and cannot reset it because (stupidly) she had set the alternative email address to be of another email account that she has no access to!
The emails work fine on the phone though.
question is, is there a way to extract the email password on the phone? is there another way to change the email password without knowing the original password (i.e password reset)?

I got an A12 with someone's Gmail and Samsung account signed in. I removed Gmail but Samsung account needs password and so I can't factory reset. Tried QuickShortcutMaker to sing out from the email but I can't find the certain activity to change email. I want flash it and use my own Gmail and not Samsung account. Will it lock after flashing it in this state? I have OEM unlocked and USB debugging on
