Xiaomi mi 4k rotors making strange noises after crash - Xiaomi Mi 4i

I crashed my drone couple weeks ago. The only damage were rotors. I replaced them. But now the engines of the rotors are making funny noises when hovering in the air. I made a lot of hours and the drone still hasn't crashed but I'm afraid there is something wrong since this strange noise isn't going away. I don't want it to crash mid air. What do you guys recommend? The noise is a squawking noise.

[Q] Audio distortion on asus tf300t? (SOLVED!!!)

Anyone else notice distorted audio? It only seems to be on certain lower tones but at any volume. Not a volume is too loud issue just seems the speakers don't like a certain tone. This is my second tf300t, on the first audio was always crisp and clear but it was always freezing so i exchanged it. This one hardly freezes but i notice a crackly hum almost like a vibration of sorts while playing some tones in either music games or movies. Sometimes audio is perfect and sometimes it does that distortion. Almost like a blown speaker. Its weird though because it sounds clear and perfect on some media its only certain tones that obviously not all songs, games, or videos will use. I'm running fully stock no root or unlock .30 firmware updated immediately after unboxing which could be the firmware i guess since the one i returned was .29 firmware and didn't have the issue. I'd appreciate it if someone on .30 would be willing to test and see if you hear it also. A game that does it is Hardwood Spades its free in play store but the music/sound in that game is a good one to test because it seems to use the tone that causes it all the time.
Thank you very much in advance for any help you can provide.
Edit: So no one would offer any help with this however I took it upon myself to figure this out. YOU WON'T BELIEVE WHAT IT WAS!
OK so I got fed up with lousy sound quality and didn't want to send this out and wait 3 weeks to get it back so I decided to take the back cover off (very easy with plastic spudger) I found that the speaker housing is made up of two pieces of plastic sandwiched together with the speakers mounted in the middle. The weird noise was coming from those pieces of plastic rattling together with lower tones being played. Why you ask? Well it was rattling because, ASUS MISSED A SCREW that holds the housing in place in the tablet. Yeah a screw was missing on one side. So I removed the whole speaker housing and looked underneath then put it back in and took a screw from a non vital area in the tablet and screwed the speakers in all the way and played some different things and guess what no distortion. WTF IS UP WITH QC AT ASUS LATELY!
Anyway thanks for reading :-D
If this post is helpful to you please hit the thanks button. I'd appreciate it.
Wow. That's resourceful. Good to hear that you fixed it.
That screw was intentionally left out to help with the light bleed in that corner. They are all like that.

Shield Tablet is making strange noises

I just noticed that my Shield Tablet is making strange noises. It is kind of a swoosh and it's getting worse, if I start Half Life 2 or a similar app.
It's actually very loud!
I recieved the Tablet half a week ago. Now I'm afraid it'll explode or something like that. (Joke, but there are horrible stories about burning batteries (Oneplus One..)! :silly
Are the noises normal or did I get a faulty device?

How did this phone ever get an IP rating

One of the main reasons I bought a Z3 is because it is apparently dust and water resistant, this is a big plus working in construction, but the fact these phones have recieved IP ratings is a joke. I had my z3 sitting at the side of the shower playing music, it wasn't recieving direct flow of water just droplets splashing on to it. I now have a crackly, low volume speaker. Waterproof my ass.
Have the phone drying out now but I don't expect it to rectify itself. What are my options here?
This issue has been discussed countless times... just let it dry. It'll come back to normal.
its actually water filling up around the speakers and takes a bit to dry out, quite common with waterproof speakers. all my previous sony phones have done this when they get wet, give it 30 minutes or so. dont sweat your phone getting damaged
Does this mean my phone is not waterproof or is it a common problem with all Z3s?

Ok thanks for that, I'll use the search before posting in anger next time.
let the phone dry first. the speakers will return back to normal once it gets dry.
Yeah not a problem. Speakers work via vibrations. I can't vibrate when wet
Just use vibrations, and you will become vvet ,)

It's not a problem, but a normal characteristic of waterproof speakers.
If you read the user manual they explain that it is normal and can take up to two hours to dry, although in practice that is always 30 mins for me or less.
Sent from my D6603 using XDA Free mobile app
when there is water on the membrane which creates the soundwaves this changes how it moves and thus how it sounds. That is just physics @ work and not the fault of sony
Hello, last night i decided to wash myphone under the my shrink. After that also i had low speaker volumes. My lower speaker completly died but after an hour or two came back to live. Now my phone passed 14th hour since i washed it but still the volumed didnt went back to normal. Should i go to Sony Center or wait a little bit longer?
I dropped some baked beans on my Z3 and the sound was muffled for a couple of weeks until I realised I obviously hadn't washed it properly.
Now it's still a lot quieter than the top speaker, but I think that's normal? I'm not sure now, which is annoying.
RTFM before making yourself look clueless
If the speaker or microphone get wet, their function may be impacted until the water
has completely dried. Please note that the drying time can be up to three hours
depending on the environment. During this time, you can, however, use other
features in the device that do not utilise the speaker or microphone. All compatible
accessories, including batteries, chargers, handsfree devices and micro USB cables,
are not waterproof and dust resistant on their own.

[Q] Noise from the Nvidia Shield Tablet

Hi,
I'm worried about a noise that I hear from the center of the tablet. Precisely, with my ear close to the "S" of the inscription "SHIELD" on the back of the tablet.
It is like the noise of a hard disk, but certainly, the tablet does not have one.
My shield is new (4 days) and works very well, no bugs and antutu bench over 55000 points...only this strange (for me) noise.
I've the last hotfix 2.2.1 with android 5.0.1
My question is: does someone have the same noise?
Thanks in advance and regards.
I have the same noises too (LTE Version). For me they come out of the front side speakers and they only appear if I use an App that needs lots of performance (like Nvidia Dabbler). Those noises exist since the first use (my shield is only 4 days old too!!! ). I read about them and now I know they aren´t made by a fan (like some people think), they are made by some eletronic stuff (tansistors etc.).
But you don´t have to woory about it. But there is nothing that cuts of those noises (in the speakers).
It's just whine from the components, nothing to worry about. As previously mentioned, it seems to go away after awhile.

Oh this is something I didn't know. That's nice but for me those noises didn't matter. Some people became really angry about that (in the feedback in the german amazon site).

Yea I was too but either it went away within a month or so, or I just became accustomed to it. It's kind of like coil whine on a GPU. Annoying at first but then you end up not even realizing it's there.
" This 'whine' or 'squeal' is the sound of these things ( inductors, coils or chokes ) physically vibrating, and it is a sign that they are poorly insulated. However this does not mean they have a shorter lifespan than a coil that does not whine and you really shouldn't lose sleep over it.
Why do they only whine when the PC is under load? What you're hearing is an effect of the PWM frequency, and as you pull more current through the inductor it induces a greater magnetic field in itself and in turn vibrating more aggressively.
Will it go away? Well, Possibly. My 8800GT squealed like a piglet in a housefire for months, and one day the noise disappeared completely. Either some characteristics of the circuit had changed or the windings in the coil had shifted.
Can you stop it? As most people know, you can stop inductors whining by chucking hot glue at them, putting high voltage putty around them, or soaking them in resin and waiting for them to set. Most (apart from PSU) inductors in PCs are covered anyway, so you can't properly silence them.
"
cheers

Question Loud camera rattle

I noticed yesterday that the camera is rattling loudly when you move it back and forth, sometimes even when I pick it up or put it down. I know the OIS has a rattling sound but can it be this loud?
Phone is 3 weeks old, haven't dropped it, was in a case since day 0.
Either I haven't noticed this before or this is new.

Sounds like spray paint can stir ball
Hate to say this but it might be normal for this phone. You're the first to post a recording of it here as far as I know.
My N10+'s are stone cold silent if a do this.
