I have resistive touchscreen supporting only single touch. I googled many apps but they support pinch and zoom functionality which I am unable to do.
Please suggest any app or method for calibrating touch screen supporting single touch only!!!

Is there in WM6 a registry entry to increase the sensitivity of the touchscreen, because the touch function works quite poor.

have you tried to clean or change the protector of that screen. I had the same problem before, and after remove the protector and clean very well the screen, that doesn't repete.
Just don't expect the same sensitivity that you see on a lot of the newer phones. They use capacitive touch screens where as the wizard is a resistive touch screen.
Would it be possible and would it work if i would change resistive touchscreen to capacitive touchscreen?
Decided to test the multi-touch capabilities of this phone since my last two HTC devices had a very crappy sensor (G1 and Nexus One).
This phone seems to test fine for two fingers but the instant I put down a third finger the apps that shows the hardware inputs stop responding to finger movement and doesnt show the third input. As soon as I lift my third finger, the sensor starts to report the correct position of the two fingers.
Has anyone come across this ? Is it the apps fault or did HTC again cheap out with the digitizer ?
Go into settings, find the screen setting and then touch the 3-finger setting. Then you can use up to 5 fingers.

To clarify: uncheck the 3 finger gesture option.
The phone seems to handle upto 5 inputs now.

Are there any current ROMS or mods I could use to completely disable my capacitive buttons and have onscreen buttons used (GNex style)?

Are there more devices support 3d touch like (Black shark by xiaomi) and (iPhone x and older)? I mean force touch that a screen is sensitive to the touch hardness. Not only holding on screen.
