I have a little problem and I do not know how to solve
I have a samsung galaxy s6 edge plus sm-g928g, a few days ago I became a root user and today trying to install a rom I jump blue screen of "And error has occurred while updating the device software"
Whatever you do, that screen appears, followed by a tutorial installing an earlier version of the current smart switch (because the current one does not let me) and I jump that "smart switch does not support initialization" investigate and apparently I can not put the software with smart switch because my knox counter is not 0 since the device was rooted
Also try odin, but when I put the device to not be in download mode does not catch the odin (since I get that screen shot of "And error has occurred while updating the device software"
I'm too lost and desperate with the subject and I have no budget to buy another cell phone

Samsung Galaxy S6 UK, Locked To Vodafone
SM-G920F Android 6.0.1 (I maybe incorrect)
Basically I tried to root my phone and It seems I bodged it.
I used a guide called 'Root Galaxy S6 G920I and S6 Edge G925I on Marshmallow and Install TWRP' on Droidviews. (I cant post links due to me being a new member)
After completing all the steps my phone was stuck in an endless loading screen loop.
I then used the backup I created via the guide.
After that was completed I restarted my phone and got a message in red text in the top left hand corner of the screen saying 'recovery is not seandroid enhancing'.
I then started to panic as this is a new phone so I did a factory reset on the device.
This changed nothing.
Please help me as at this time my phone is bricked.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
(I know about a potential method via Odin but I dont want to do anything without specific help in case I don any more damage)

It goes like I bought a second hand Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge+. Only the phone came, nothing else (no box or anything). The guy who sold me was travelling to some other country. After using it for few days, I realized it had a pin entered in it but not enabled! I tried to soft reset device but again, it asked for pin which I didn't know so I hard reset the device. However, it asked me to login using the same account & password it had before (of that guy's) which I didn't knew. I googled and came to know about this Factory Reset Protection by Google. This is when I decided to flash a rom onto the device (which I have never done in my entire life). I managed to get one according to my phone's model (SM-G928C) and it failed to flash using Odin, so now I am stuck at the "An error has occurred while updating the device software. Use the Emergency recovery function in the Smart Switch PC Software."
I downloaded smart switch but it asks for S/N number, which also I don't have since S6 Edge+ doesnt have remoable battery and I don't have the box either. I'm totally freaking out. Is my device gone forever? or can i find my serial number to enter in the recovery box??? PLEASE HELP THANKS GUYS!

I have recently rooted my phone with no issues and after this i had decided to install a S6 edge twrp recovery onto my device and i did so and i immediately have got a soft brick well i think it is a soft brick however it could be a hard brick as i am not pro at this, so i read some articles on here and decided to connect my phone to odin and install stock firmware and it had failed so now my phone can still go into download mode however it is not recognised by odin or any other Samsung programs such as smart switch and kies. I have tried 2 different USB cables all the ports on my laptop and no luck. I think it is the right time to mention that i also have the phone bricked on the light blue screen with the message ''An error occurred while updating the device software. Use the emergency recovery function in Smart Switch PC software'' It means a lot to me as this is my only smart phone and i really need it for my education and i would really, really be thankful if someone is willing to help me as i simply need this phone as cannot afford to buy a new one, thank you in advance Maciek.

Greetings and welcome to assist. In the smart switch software on your pc there is an emergency firmware recovery option that should repair your phone. As long as you have download mode the phone is usually recoverable so don't worry. If you put your phone in download mode and follow the on screen instructions from emergency firmware recovery you should be fine

have spent all morning searching this forum with plentiful ideas but cant seem to fix the issues
My tablet had been lying dormant for about a month
went to charge it this morning and it was giving me a
Custom binary blocked by frp lock
After a quick search found some solutions about re flash etc etc
did my thing in odin only for it to fail
The problem next was i can no longer get in to download mode because im getting a blue screen saying
An error occured whilst updating the sfotware
use emergency recov function in smart switch
so downloaded smartch switch and there is no recovery option available to me the tab is not appearing in the current version
So i downloaded an older versio
the tab became avaialble but when searching my device and serial number, it said it is not supported with this device and to contact the service centre??
any suggestions on a fix
feel like im stuck where i can not even get in to download mode to try and reinstall a stock build or anything

Hi guys, I recently bought this cell phone and I did not realize that it came in safe mode of the android (the seller did not tell me the reason. I suspect that the seller violated the guarantee) and since I am inexperienced you made it from the factory, in doing so the phone gave me the message of no command, so I thought ah , I'm going to flash the stock in the Odin, followed the steps and stayed at 95%, then accidentally moved the USB cable and now I have this message "An error has occurred while updating the device software. Use the emergency recovery function in the Smart Switch PC software" is there any solution?
