My S4 gear is stuck - Samsung Gear S3

So I just got my S3 Gear watch yesterday from at&t playing around with it last night it got stuck on accessibility mode where it's highlights in orange and no it talks to me annoying. I can't do nothing else to it now it's black screen and still talks when pressing home button . Help :crying:

Been there, done that... You can fix it by doing a factory reset using the hardware keys. Here's how:

Vibrant Samsung stuck on the Galaxy s screen, any ideas to help me?

Hey everyone, i downloaded a kernal on ryans lag fix and then it made my phone get stuck on the VIBRANT SAMSUNG screen so i tried to fix it by using odin, but all it did was make it go to the Galaxy s sign now, any suggestions on how i can fix this? (and also, after the galaxy s sign shows up for about ten seconds or something like that it goes all black and all that stays lit are the home button, the back button, the search button, and the settings button)PLEASE REPLY, i need serious help.

[Q] Problem with Touch Screen Buttons on Samsung Galaxy S2

Hi Guys!!!
I recently bought myself Samsung Galaxy S2 from online store. It's almost about 3 weeks old now. I loved evrything aspect of it..to such an extent that I named my SGS2 'Andriod Monster' but this monster of mine soon showed signs of deprication
These are the problems I am facing.
-The two touch screen button are not lighting up. They are working fine but the light on them doesn't show. I have restarted my monster quite a lot times but that didn't help. Couple of times it glows for a mere 5 secs and then again the light on the touch screen button goes off.
-Also my internet has stopped working on the phone. It does not show the 'E' symbol on the top. One more thing I've noticed is that everytime I restart the monster, the 'Data Network Mode' is always shown deactivated. Even after I activate the 'data network mode' after restarting it doesn't help and my internet( the 'E' symbol) doesn't work/show.
Can anyone help me with this please.
Is this a software issue or hardware issue?
I haven't tried factory reset yet.
Also to note after I replaced mysim with my friends sim, the internet started working but the Touchscreen buttons still had the same problem.

[Completed] Black screen on samsung galaxy tab 4 problem

Ok so i have my sisters samsung galaxy tab4 ( sm-t230nu ) which she brought to me today.
Her screen went black, lights up and all but it stays black in color. Up down volume buttons work and u can hear them working, power button works, turns screen on and off, TOUCH SCREEN WORKS, on certain areas u can hear the noise it makes when u tap on the screen and apps. I pressed the power button alone for it to restart, it restarts but does not show samsung tab logo or anything at all just lit up black screen. I even went on YouTube to memorize the hard reset sequence of buttons u have to press in order to complete the reset and i did manage to hard reset. But screen is still booting up on a lit black screen. I removed the back cover, unplugged the battery and tried booting it up and still nothing. BTW its full factory, no root roms or anything of the sort. I need help on what could be the problem. Only thing i believe might have caused this was a recent update on the system. My sister sais a few days ago it gave her a notification about it and she clicked on yes. I dont know what version of android it had nor which it had updated to. Please help. Tablet is not that old. Unresponsive touch screen

Hey guys,
My wife has an att gear s2 sport. Her screen is unresponsive to touch. Everything else works, the bezel turns and the screens and scrolls though apps, the side buttons works. But can't seem to get the screen to work. There are times where it works and then it stops working again. I already tried to factory reset the s2 but it didn't solve it.
She mentioned that this started occurring after an update. Not sure what fw it currently is on. Anyone have a solution for this?

I have the same issue not sure if I had an update recently, but my screen is unresponsive and sometimes it will just start clicking things on its own.
Restart, and if that doesn't work, Factory Reset the watch.
I don't have the "how to" in front of me, but a quick Google search should find it easily.

Home button issue...

Home button won't work independently. Home button only works when simultaneously pressing it with the back button. Anybody else have this issue or know of a way to resolve this without sending back to Samsung?

Not too sure the model version. It's from AT&T.. I don't have anymore details to give... Home button doesn't work unless I press it with the back button.
I have same issue on Gear S3 classic started earlier this year
I have the exact same issue, started a few days ago. I have a Verizon Gear S3 Classic under warranty. I already opened a service ticket with Samsung.
This problem seems like a software issue, but rebooting and resetting do not resolve the issue. I am wondering if this is a mechanical issue of how these two buttons are put together.

Really sure success is because 2 Buttons pressed at same time?
Maybe if we press both buttons on Classic Gear S3... then maybe ankle different...
Maybe try 1 button from different anke with different pressure...
Maybe half dead Hardware button...

Idea seems nonsense... Classic have two heavy metal Buttons...
I started having the same issue on my Gear S3 classic 2 days ago. No home button activity whatsoever but if it is pressed simultaneously with the back button then function is restored. I have restarted and no help. I tried changing the watch face to make sure button action was not reassigned with no improvement. In addition, I changed to double press function to another app but still not working unless the back button is pressed as well. Hopefully someone will have a fix without it being returned to Samsung. I have not tried a complete reset ....has anyone else?
I have tried factory reset and it does not help. I also noticed that the "music player popup" problem disappeared when I have this "home button not functional without back button pressed" problem.
I sent in the watch for repair yesterday. My watch is under warranty until 2019. It is hard to imagine this is a hardware issue. I think this is some kind of flash mem corruption problem. In Android world we usually can clear the cache. There is no such option in Tizen world.
Will know in two week what Samsung say. Will update this thread.
Just chatted with Samsun support. They claim they have fixed the problem, after just half day. Basically they just replaced the motherboard and it is in QA right now.
They also claim my MEID, CCID, and Esim profile is restored on the new mother board. Will update when I receive the watch.

Same problem with Gear S3 home button not working. Don't know why this has suddenly happened.

i have same problem and no warranty what i do to fix that?
I have the same problem. Press and hold the home button for 10s to reboot seem to fix the problem for now.

I have the same problem. But my watch switched off and can't get it to work
Anyone figure out if this is a hardware or software issue. I having the same issue. Home/power button will not work unless back button is pressed at the same time. If the back button I pressed home button works normally.
I had the issue, was fixed by samsung (new motherboard and battery), 3 months later it's back. It's an issue thwy won't own up to, bring on the Google Watch!

I have the same issue on my Gear S3 Classic. I have tried everything (except take it apart) and cannot get it to go back to normal. It sucks as this happened after warranty expired. Cost to fix is probably equal to cost of replacing. Any other ideas?

I have same issue on gear 3 frontier sm-R760, on latest Tizen 3.0.0.2 and software version R760XXU2CRK2. Tried everything, resetting, recovery multiple times. Tried changing what dbl press did for home button. Nothing works. I have to press the back and home button at the same time and it acts like just pressing the home button. that has been the only way to do the resets and so forth. Pressing home button by itself for any length of time does nothing. Just hoping someone will come up with a solution. The interesting thing is it was working fine until the watch was factory reset.
Has anyone managed to solve this problem? My gear s3 SM-R760 is not under warranty. I need to solve this problem. Please

I still have not found a solution. Samsung did recently push out a new version of the Tizen OS. My watch is now on 4.0.0.2. It did not fix the issue. Home button still does nothing unless I click both buttons at the same time.
Would sure welcome anyone who has any ideas on how to fix.
