Well when I first for the honor 6x I tested in on geekbench 4 and for the single core I got 800 and multi core score of 3333. After the update I got single core 814 and multi core 3384. Ok not much of a jump there. I tested compute also. When I first got it I got a score of 1908 but now I got a score of 2795?!? I tested it twice. The second time I got 2810. Is this even possible?

Of course it is. There are plenty of optimizations done from Marshmallow to Nougat, and of course add Huawei's in house optimizations.

Well bro .. that issue is with emui 5 itself .as we know emui 5 is based on android 7.0 which is a battery hawk, all optimizations are done in 7.1.x which we call as emui 5.1 .

Hi
When I purchased my S6 it was on 5.0.2 and I got a geekbench 3 score above 1450 in single core and above 5000 in multiple core, multiple review sites did as well.
However now on 5.1.1 I never get that score any more and the scores on geekbench 3 website for S6 have been dropping, check this link.
https://browser.primatelabs.com/android-benchmarks
For example now I always get below 1300 in single core.
Can you install geekbench 3 from Playstore and report back score and Android version

Thanks

intresting, kernel?
Just enjoy your S6. Its currently the fastest Android smartphone. You probably won't notice the difference in benchmark speeds in real life usage. 5.1.1 is still more stable than 5.0.2.

Uninstalled Geekbench 3, reinstalled it, fixed it.
I noticed in you're screenshot that it says: AArch64
I didn't have such a line of text at all when I got my poor score results which leed me to belive that geekbench 3 was running old school Android 32 bit instead of 64 bit.
Works good now, thanks for helping.
Test between Xiaomi Mi4c with 2GB RAM and Xiaomi Mi4c with 3GB RAM.

Thanks for this one!
It's really minimal difference between the two, despite 1GB difference in RAM. I just wish there was a SD-card slot in the device, as the 16GB variant is pretty much just as good as the 32GB version.. But as it is right now, you kinda have to buy the 32GB variant, in order to not run out of space

interesting... so I flashed the weekly xiaomi.eu ROM from http://xiaomi.eu/community/threads/5-10-8.28692/, and the Antutu score took a massive hit, as compared to my previous test with default MIUI7 stable ROM!
However, xiaomi.eu ROM is debloated and Play store runs seamlessly....

sorry, china dev version is 5.10.9
I can't explain why Xiaomy.eu release is slower than Xiaomi.com stock ROM; I mean, as far as I know they perform some actions to *optimize* and debloat the ROM, so the result should be the opposite.
Let's hope it will be sorted out with next week's release; for what I read it looks that Xiaomi.eu ROM should fit better non-chinese people.

You should report your performance degradation to xiaomi.eu, maybe they can do something about it who knows. Those bugs reported in those forums do make me want to hold off a bit on getting this phone..

I am using China Developer ROM 5.10.8. You must be using the Balance profile for that Antutu score. Once you selected "Performance", you should hit 50k or more. My Antutu:

guys...if someone has the 2 gb version can he answer me how much ram is free from 2 gb in every day use??
Thank you in advance(i am between 2gb version and redmi note 2....but i like the smaller screen more...)
I own one and my free RAM is always between 800Mb and 900Mb, never less... When clening it gets 1/1.1Gb free... I clean it all the time so I get 1gb most of the time...

Is it rooted?
Yep... I installed the pre-rooted dev miui version... But must warn you... Cm 12.1 or Mokee make the phone much faster... The biggest diferente to me in speed is downloads... Lightning fast...
Really no big difference to me. Currently on 2GB version.
Its something people give too much care... If its because of the storage then OK... 32g is twice the 16g version. But regarding the RAM... The 2gb version does exactly the same performance as the 3gb... If you dont need 32 GB... Then stick with the 2gb RAM version... And save money for the same performance....
mine with 3gd ram does only 44k points, why?
What ROM are you using?
Mine does 61885 with xiaomi.eu 5.11.26 beta
hey guys im new here...
i just got my new phone zenfone go 5.5"
and downloaded ALOT of games and they all run lag free
so i decided to install gta sa on my phone that I saved on my pc
2 years ago and it installed perfectly....
when i open gta sa i was so excited but when i got in to the game it lags alot
even though my phone is powerful and my gpu is adreno 305
help me fix this
pls notice me....
Sorry to say this, but GTA SA is completely unplayable on your device. You have a device with a Snapdragon 400 CPU which is very low end by today's standards, your phone is definitely not powerful. You'll need a device with at least a Snapdragon 600 series CPU for a smoother experience.
Of all phones, why did you pick the Zenfone Go? For the same price or cheaper you can get a Xiaomi Redmi 3 Note Pro which has a Snapdragon 650.
Try lowering the graphical settings a bit. If it's even possible.
i lowered the settings as possible and its horrible but it gives me more fps thanks btw

I played GTA SA smoothly on single core 1ghz sp8810 processor.(mali 300 gpu)
I don't think there's a problem with processor.
Maybe there's a problem with the game or how he handles his phone.(maybe he has a lot of apppp installed which consumes huge ram)

Scroll down and see game performance benchmarks. If those games don't run that well, then GTA SA will run even worse.
Mali-300 is superior to the Adreno 305 too.

well it is surprising that it runs very smooth even on high graphics on my nokia 3 (which is cheaper than redmi notes 3 btw) but it terribly lags on my redmi 4a which has a better processor with higher clock speeds
i think the issue is that gta san andreas isnt optimised for snapdragon SoCs and only for meditek
I got this, tops every other android in market on geekbench site.

Hello fellas.
got the N985f as you know it's loaded with the Exynos 990.
Need to ask if anybody did benchmark his device after the (ATJ1) Update.
Cuz I just did and the results aren't good.
isn't the single-core score should be around 9xx?
